- NKC (8/5): good location hotel with amazing staff - Firstly, the location is really good, between Tennoji Station and Dobutsuen Mae subway lines, within walking distance to shinseikei and Tsutenkaku tower, and heaps of eating places!! The hotel staff members are really friendly, helpful and always smiling, greeting you whenever you enter or leave, or along the corridor. The breakfast is lovely, and water/coffee available till midnight (at level 2) is a really nice gesture. Laundry machines are easy to use, and clean, inexpensive. The room (15sqm) is spacious enough for 2 adults , with good amenities and clean towels. We extended our check-out time for 2 hours (with a fee), and that's great for us. Shower water temperature was hard to adjust, wither too hot or too cold.

- NKC (9/5): good hotel near Tennoji station - Location is unbeatable, easy access to train and subway stations, and lots of good food and shopping around it. Hotel is comfortable, good air-conditioning in room and common places, all the amenities provided are clean and useful, like facial cleanser, lotion, etc. Breakfast was tasty and with different varieties daily, coffee was good (and coffee remain available until midnight!). Staff members are very helpful and friendly, always smiling. They can communicate well in English, and some of them in mandarin. Check in and out was easy. We like that there are many laundry machines that worked well, washed clean and not expensive. Would stay again in future. Bathroom shower water temperature was difficult to adjust. Water strength was great though.

- たまみTamami (8/5): 第一次入住，住宿體驗很好，以後去大阪會是再入住第一選擇。 - 位於新今宮、動物園前站跟天王寺站中間，機場往返交通還算方便。 大廳有櫃檯人員，入住退房是機器自己辦理，有問題時，櫃檯人員會協助處理，不怕沒辦法處理。 (2026年4月下旬入住) 一樓大廳有免費自助置物櫃放行李及備品自行需要取用。 二樓有免費咖啡機、飲水機和製冰機可以使用。 有早餐免費，個人覺得好吃。 客房清潔和早餐服務人員都很友善且熱情。 房間整體很大，床是個人喜歡的軟硬度，浴室有淋浴和浴缸，馬桶是免治的不怕冷很棒。 飯店離通天閣、新世界、天王寺站和阿倍野購物中心商圈都很近，交通算很便利。 隔音較為不好，房間(此次是入住低層樓)靠鐵道側，有電車和馬路車子經過的噪音，個人算是還可以接受的。

They have a pantry that you can use for eating and a water station - you can refill your bottles - if you are a coffee lover they coffee too. The facility is clean - towels are changed daily. We are a family of 3 (7yrs child), and the family room is just right for us. The shower heater is a bit hard to figure out 😆 but all good.

- WAN CI (10/5): 地點好，從天王寺走來需在車站搭電梯上天橋，推薦直接轉地鐵搭到動物園前站。採買附近有兩間唐吉訶德，推薦去mega那間東西更多更好買，營業時間更晚。天王寺附近很多商場美食，非常好逛。 - 飯店距離最近的動物園前車站走路不用五分鐘，車站出入口有電梯很方便。 此次房間靠近電梯，覺得安靜沒有任何噪音，飯店後面電車經過也沒有聽見。 飯店有三部電梯，速度也很快。 飯店早餐每日變化，都非常好吃。 辦理入住退房都是用機器，機器有繁體中文介面，就算不會操作飯店人員會幫忙處理。 往後若有機會會再住這間飯店。 飯店本身無可挑剔

- ねっこや (3/5): この部屋だけだとは思いますが - 朝食がついていたこと 部屋の匂いが前の人の匂いが残っていたのか、スパイスみたいな辛いような変な匂いがしていました。我慢して過ごしてましたが、耐えきれなくなり職員に相談しましたが、そんな匂いは感じないと言われ相手にされませんでした……やはり入ってすぐ言うべきでした。一泊だったので一晩我慢しましたが、二度と泊まりたくありません。
