- Sachi (8/5): - ロケーションとてもよい！駅近で、景色もよし。無料の朝食がとてもいい！バリエーションも豊富、補充も常にされている。ウェルカムドリンク（コーヒー）が飲めたのは嬉しい。部屋は清潔、保湿機もあって、快適だった。その他・・・は、まぁ、普通だと思う。 エレベーターは３機あるが、客室階が多く、待ち時間が長い。混雑時には、各階停車になるようなことも。無料朝食は大盛況のため、ものすごい混雑。部屋でゆっくり食べたい人は持ち替えればいいが・・・部屋で食べたくない人もいる。ゆっくり食べている人、食べ終わっても席を立たない人もおり、朝の混雑した周りの状況を理解してくれたらいいのにな〜って思った。最低限のアメニティしか用意されていない。髭剃りは大量にあったが・・・ シャワーキャップ、ボディスポンジ、櫛はなかった。宿泊客は男性が多いのかも？女性の客を増やすためには、アメニティ充実はマストだと思う。東横インのご当地ピン目当てに宿泊したが、売り切れていた！なかなか熊本まで来ることはできないので、心底残念。
- Patrik (4/5): - The hotel was very close to the station. As others have mentioned, the breakfast room is directly in the lobby and I also liked the selection of food and drinks here less than in other Toyoko Inn hotels I've stayed in before. For some reason there was a really bad smell in the bathroom from the beginning. The WiFi was not stable at all so I could hardly use it.
- Yehlen (10/5): - Best location. A few steps away from Kumamoto Station and tram stop. Good quality bed and bigger than most hotels.
- 上杉 (9/5): 安心 - 夕食の場所から始まって翌日の観光地に行き方をグランドスタッグに尋ねた時、大変に丁寧に行き方、場所、帰りの乗り物まで説明してくれた。午前中だけの時間でしたがお陰で効率の良い観光ができました。 朝食時にロビーが大変に混み合っていた。朝食用スペースが狭いです。
