- Matteo (9/5): - Ottimo hotel, posizione estremamente tranquilla e fuori dal caos, fermata della Metro a meno di 10 minuti a piedi ma abbiamo usato sempre l'ottimo e precisissimo servizio navetta da e per la stazione di Tokyo. Stanze non enormi ma con tutto il necessario ee molto molto pulite. Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. Consigliato!

- Alaina (7/5): Great Breakfast-Included Hotel by Sumida River - The train station shuttle service was a lifesaver since it's 40 minutes walking distance from the Tokyo Train Station. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The location by Hamacho Park and the Sumida River was enchanting. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very short with us. Distance from the Tokyo Train Station upon arrival, which was after 12:00 a.m. at night (as budget travelers).

- PIN-Jung (9/5): 非常喜歡，下次還會找東橫INN住 - 飯店有接駁車到東京車站，非常方便 雖然飯店本身位置離地鐵都需要走一小段（濱町只要五分鐘很近了），但到東京車站會需要轉車，有接駁車就可以省下轉車的麻煩，而且服務很好非常喜歡 每天強制給新的毛巾，即使不需要也還是會裝在袋子掛在門上，變成多一袋毛巾佔空間

Free shuttle bus mades trip travel from station to hotel very convenient. Staffs were generally very helpful and friendly. Felt a little put off when I first arrived at hotel late and tired, and got told use the automatic check in by the front desk staff, not realising that it is my first time using the system. Another front desk staff took the initiative to show me how to properly checked in when she saw I was struggling.

- Paul (9/5): - Nettes Personal. Auch meinem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in der obersten Etage konnte man nachkommen. Vielen Dank. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und es gibt Frühstück inklusive (da ich es nicht genutzt habe, kann ich auch nichts zu sagen) Das es in der Nähe weder Restaurants noch Supermärkte gibt, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Man muss halt 7min laufen. Finde das persönlich nicht weit. Aber da ist jeder anders. Außerdem kann ich persönlich nicht sagen, dass das Hotel weit außerhalb liegt. Wenn man in Tokyo 35min zu Fuss zur Central Station braucht, dann kann es nicht "weit außerhalb" sein. Die Betten sind völlig in Ordnung. Die Matratze ist dünn, aber das ist einfach Geschmackssache und defenitiv liegt man nicht auf einem Brett!

- Michela (8/5): Good stay - Shuttle from the hotel to Tokyo station. People at the reception should speak basic English. I would suggest you to indicate more clearly where the stop of the shuttle is. We have found the correct position but we were not sure due to the fact that the name of the hotel was in Japanese.

- Silia13 (9/5): Very good choice for your stay in Tokyo - The hotel was very nice and we would choose it again for our stay in Tokyo. Its location was good, close on foot to 3 metro lines and the free shuttle bus they provide for Tokyo station is extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious (taking into consideration that we had 2 big pieces of luggage and a smaller one). Plus, even though the hotel is located nearby a busy highroad, it was extremely quiet! Breakfast was also decent. It was a bit weird that hotel staff doesn't speak english, but they were more than accommodative and willing to help. A bit inconvenient if you wish to use the washing / drying machines, because it only has 3 of each (with coins) and they were occupied all the time we were there and tried to use them.

La chambre est petite mais convenable avec une salle de bain propre et pratique Pas tout le personnel ne parle anglais mais avec un effort de communication et le fait que le check-in/check-out se fait sur une machine , cela se passe bien . L'heure du check-in peut sembler tard mais l'hôtel garde nos bagages en toute sécurité si nous arrivons trop tôt ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des petits plats typiquement japonais changeant tous les jours .

- masaki (10/5): 泊まるなら東横INN！ - スタッフさんの対応が送迎バスの運転手さんも含めて良かった。 朝食もビジネスホテルにしては料理の品数も多くて美味かった。 地図で確認するより最寄りの駅が意外と近かったので交通も便利な場所にあるんだなぁと感じた。 横が公園、裏が隅田川なので都会の喧騒感が無く落ち着ける環境でした。 窓の外がビルの壁だったので窓からのロケーションは楽しめなかったのが残念かな。 ただ、逆にプライベートは保てることもあるなとは感じた。
- Matteo (6/5): Good Hotel. Ok Location. - Good hotel. Very clean. Near (7-10 minute walk) from Metro. Overall, a good hotel with an 'ok' location. A few things. First: I made my booking on this 3d party site. As I got closer to my check-in dates, I attempted to make 'direct' contact with the hotel; I did not want to use this 3d party site for this...I want to make direct contact with the hotel for this confirmation. The Tokyo-Inn hotel site for this location did not work. I tried several times, but did not work. When I used this 3d party site to send the confirmation message, the message received with this 3d party site would not open. I needed to contact the 3d party site customer service so they could read me the message from the hotel...!!! If the Tokyo-Inn message system worked, I could have made that contact directly and quickly. The other negative with this hotel was the location to any convenience stores. I asked the hotel for the location of the nearest "Conbi" (convenience store), but that store was not there...or the directions given was not good. There was a Family Mart about 10 minutes away, as instructed by the hotel; was about a 10-minute walk.

- Wei-Chieh (9/5): - 房間寬敞。 員工非常親切，雖然我不懂日語，但是能從他們的笑容和身體語言中感受到被尊重與被歡迎，從櫃檯人員、早餐人員到交通車駕駛員，全都讓我期待再次拜訪 浴室很危險，浴缸是較深的款式且底部很滑沒有防滑設計、頂部沒有防滑握把，整個浴室裡也沒有任何防滑握把，我沖澡時感到數次腳滑很難穩住身體，很遺憾飯店也沒有止滑墊能借給需要的住客。

- Santiago (9/5): Alles in allem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! - Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal und die gute Ausstattung der Zimmer. Dass man erst um 15:00 einchecken kann und und schon um 10:00 morgens das Zimmer räumen muss.
