- HIROSHI (8/5): - 朝6時30分から朝食が取れるが、既に6時30分には席が埋まっていた。ここのホテルは部屋で朝食を取る事がOKということで簡易のお弁当みたいな形で持っていけるのがよかった。 三郷駅降りてわかりやすく、近くにコンビニや飲食店があるなど立地はいい。南流山からつくばエクスプレスで都内にも簡単に出れるのがいい。 隣の部屋からなのか1日中振動音(スマホのバイブ音)のような音が鳴っていた。
- Tuan Nurul Shakira (9/5): A good place to stop to rest before continuing our roadtrip - We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Saitama Misato. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very organized, which is what we expect from Toyoko Inn. The room was compact but functional, with sufficient lighting and all basic amenities provided. Heating worked well and kept the room warm, making it comfortable during colder weather. The bed was comfortable, and everything was neat and tidy. The location is convenient, especially if you’re traveling around Saitama or using nearby train access. Staff were polite and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, a reliable and practical choice for a short stay or transit stop. Good value for money and suitable for travelers who prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency. We did face an issue with parking that could have been communicated better. When we arrived, we were not informed in advance that parking needs to be booked beforehand. In my country, hotel guests are usually provided parking automatically, so this was unexpected for us. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, all parking spaces were already reserved. We had to look for nearby coin parking, which we were unfamiliar with, and this was quite challenging as it was raining. After searching for almost an hour in the rain and struggling to find a convenient option, we returned to the reception. Only then were we informed that we could actually park at the hotel parking, but with an additional charge in which didn’t mind to pay at all as long as my child no need to work about 2 km from suggested coin parking area to the hotel.

- namo (5/5): - コスパは良い。値段以上でも以下でもない。大きい道路に面した側の部屋だったが、騒音はそこまで気にならなかった。駐車場が目の前で助かりました。ただ、頂いた駐車場の地図を見ると数台は道向かいや近隣の月極駐車場の一部に止める形でした。選べるのかわかりませんがそこは注意した方がいいかもです。 部屋の乾燥が酷かっため、加湿器を使おうとしたが、加湿器に赤カビ？水カビがあり使用を断念。チェックインしてすぐに確認すればよかったと反省。
