• Joshua (10/5): A good room with all the features you need. - It was very spacious for a single room. Lots of amenities to choose from at the service desk and helpful staff. The hotel itself is well kept and clean. They have 2 laundry machines near the front desk, which if I am not mistaken were free to use. The airconditioning stayed on even when you disconnect the room key, which is very handy during the warmer days in Japan. The bathroom had a bath and a toilet with bidet. The entire room was clean and had a nice overall design. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo. FYI: the familyMart is right around the corner. The shower/bathtub height was not very ideal for people of 1.8m and above. But you can stand fully without hitting your head. A very small detail which would be nice if the tv had netflix and or other streaming capabilities.

El desayuno está muy bien servido con variedad de comida japonesa y occidental. Hay servicio de lavadora y secadora en el propio hotel. Nos encantó el barrio, cerca del Templo Senso-Ji donde se puede ir a pasear por la noche lo que es un lujo. Cerca de restaurantes para cenar muy recomendables así como paradas de metros y trenes. El personal de la recepción, aunque es difícil la comunicación con ellos, es amable. Tuvimos un problema con el transporte de nuestro equipaje por la mala "comunicación" pero desde el hotel nos lo resolvieron de la mejor manera posible. Es difícil entenderse con el personal de recepción, aún así tratan de enfocar las cuestiones con amabilidad.
• Kenichi (9/5): とても満足です - 14 m²の部屋に泊まったのですが思ったよりも広く、清掃もしっかりされているので快適に過ごすことができました。冷蔵庫も大きくて強弱の設定も可能なタイプなのが良かったです。朝食もホテルでは珍しいたこ焼きや焼き鳥もあり楽しく食事ができました。駅からは少し歩きますが、浅草では比較的安く泊まれるのでまた機会があれば利用したいです。 トイレを流すときの音が物凄く大きくて、朝や深夜だと周りの部屋に響いているのか心配になります。あと、何気にVODが無くなっているのが残念でした。

Przy recepcji są wszystkie artykuły higieniczne, które można zabrać ze sobą do pokoju. Dostępna jest pralka. Automat z napojami na dole. Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej dzielnicy, co jest ważne po całym dniu zwiedzania Tokyo wśród tłumów. Blisko do atrakcji, pobliskich sklepów. Niedaleko również przystanek autobusowy na dworzec. Bardzo dobre śniadania są serwowane.

The design felt incredibly efficient and modern, utilizing every inch of space effectively. the id have to mark it down for cleanliness, there was a persistent mould odor in the room. Additionally, the pillows were quite firm and lacked the comfort needed for a good night's sleep, which was a minor but noticeable drawback.

We wanted the comfort of each being able to have our own room within the same hotel, without breaking the bank, and that’s exactly what we got! The staff was amazing! The bathroom was a bit elevated requiring a big step to be taken over a large threshold which was quite unusual. The ceiling there was very low, too.

Eles são muito amáveis e realmente te fazem sentir bem vindos. A localização é incrível. As instalações do hotel são um pouco antigas. É ótimo que eles ofereçam máquinas de lavar roupas grátis, mas as roupas cheiram mal depois. Os carpetes e cortinas estão velhos, a banheira tinha uma peça caindo o tempo todo. Os elevadores são pequenos e demoram e estão sempre cheios e o acesso às escadas não é claro. A cozinha não dispõe de talheres ou pratos. O hotel precisa de uma renovação eu acredito.

Обязательно вернусь сюда снова! ⸻ One of the main reasons I returned to Tokyo was this hotel. I stayed here in both 2023 and 2024, and I absolutely loved it each time. The location is very convenient, the staff are polite and kind, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. There are many sightseeing spots nearby, and the subway is within walking distance. It’s a quiet and peaceful area — perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I’m always greeted warmly, and I truly appreciate the hospitality. I’m very thankful to the staff and also to the friends who recommended this wonderful hotel. I will definitely come back again!

The breakfast option was convenient as well as free washer and cheap dryer. Additionally, the staff provided extra pillows at no charge (I have been charged for requesting this at other hotels). The location of this hotel is very far from any transit stations. The closest station is 12 minute walk away, with others as far as 20 minutes away to get connected more quickly to other parts of Tokyo. This hotel is very close to Senso-ji, which is beautiful, but I would think twice before booking in this location unless you know you want to be in Asakusa. I would recommend staying in Ueno to be a bit more centrally located to transit, but in the same general area. The bed was extremely uncomfortable in the "Comfort" room. It was hard as a rock, and provided little give. The bathroom floor was also nearly 18 inches above the main floor. This meant constantly hitting my ankles/feet on the entrance, and having to balance to move from bathroom to bedroom. Additionally, the bathtub drain was not cleaned, so I had to clean it myself before using the tub. The breakfast option was convenient, but it was extremely busy. On the days where I didn't show up before 7:30am (breakfast was open 6:30am-9:00am or 9:30am), there was a wait for a table. Additionally, food was refilled less and less as breakfast went on, so there were days where I missed sections of the buffet due to not being earlier.
• Hayley (4/5): Friendly staff. Disappointing and unhygienic room. - The staff were very lovely and really helpful. Reception area was nice and clean and tidy. The room itself was a shoe box and smelt like cigarette smoke. The bathroom smelt like raw sewage in the mornings if you didn’t flush the toilets or run water down the bathroom sink. We had next to no room to put anything and were constantly shuffling around the room amongst our suitcases. The photos online are nothing like what we stayed in.
• Marta.89 (7/5): It's ok for a short stay. - Well located, nice and helpful personell, at reception you can find any toiletries you may need. Super small room, everything was older than may look in the pics. The room smelled like tobacco, probably from the ventilation system or from when it was legal to smoke in all rooms. That was a bit nasty.

• Alessandra (8/5): Nice hotel with rich breakfast. - The rooms are small but well organised. Breakfast is rich in Japanese food, with a few Western options. Plenty of restaurants around it. Quite neighbourhood. The hotel is easy to reach from Narita International Airport. It is a bit far from metro station.

• Ron (6/5): Liked the location, lots to see. - Location was good for many things around Asakusa. Small room, noisy road works, not enough storage space for convenience items.
• Laura (8/5): Cosy, convenient, well located - Helpful staff, we were able to upgrade our room very easily. Location-wise I would recommend. Easily accessible and close to interesting spots, but still quiet enough to get the right amount of relax from the crowds. I highly recommend booking the bigger rooms. The standard ones are still very clean and cosy, but your leg area will be very limited and 4 suitcases (even 2 actually) will eat up ALL your living space. Traditional breakfast is certainly an experience, and yet I wish there were international options as well.

• Carmen (5/5): good location, not comfy - I liked the location since its off a main street. The subways are a little far but not so bad. We were able to take the airport shuttle to asakusa view hotel and walked 5 minutes to Vessel Inn. They also offer lots of nice amenities on the first floor. Toothbrushes, hairburshes, hair ties, shampoo, conditioner, etc just about anything u might forget as far as toiletries. they also offer free drinks like apple juice and coffee and other goodies. it was also nice that they have a bathroom on the first floor open for anyone so u dont have to go all the way upstairs again. Lets start with the staff. While most of them were nice, some were not very helpful. I'll get more into detail below. They also failed to tell us there was a curfew from 1am to 6am where they lock the front door and we'd need a code to get back in. This happened the first night, one of us went out at 12am and came back about an hour later and the doors were locked. The manager and a few employees were at the front but would NOT let him back in, didn't even ask if he was a guest and provided no help. If it hadn't been for another friend letting him in, he would have spent all night there. The room was small which is typical for japan, but the bathroom was exaggeratedly small. The toilet seat was children sized which was not similar to anything else i experienced in japan, this was not my first time in japan so this was definitely not the norm. It was honestly so bad that i dreaded having to use the toilet because it was so small. The beds were hard as rock which wasn't nice after walking 10+ miles a day and coming back to. They also dont do room service until after you leave, but they keep bringing new towels every day, which is excessive. We could have probably asked them to chill out on the towels but most of the staff only speak japanese or very little english. While i wouldnt stay again and wouldnt recommend, I do appreciate this being our home for a week and was definitely part of the experience

• Katherine (10/5): Excellent and affordable - The staff was very friendly and helped us with our luggage forwarding on the last day. The amenities that they had also came in handy when we forgot things. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but otherwise we loved everything.
