The pillows were uncomfortable, we had to request extra pillows for comfort Strict rules for check-in time at 3pm Buffet breakfast was average.

- Tsukada (7/5): 初めての人もスムーズに - 朝食がある事は期待していなかったが、内容もまずまずでした。 始めての宿泊で勝手が分からず受付で待たされたが、結局予約者は機械でチェックインして下さいとの事で待たされ時間は何だと思いました。 フロントの人は電話していて対応が遅かったと思いました。お客様の対応電話だと思いますが待っている者としてはいつ終わるのかとイライラしました。

- YOSHIMI (1/5): もう利用したくない。スタッフの対応は良いのに、施設として良くない。 - 大雪だったため、立体駐車場であったことは良かった。 スタッフの対応は良い。特に、立体駐車場のスタッフ（高齢の男性）の対応は親切で素晴らしかった。 ツインの部屋が狭すぎた。バゲージを2つ置く余裕がない。窓の外は隣のビルの壁。気持ちが暗くなった。 エアコンが古いのか、エアコンの風の音がうるさくて眠れなかった。極寒にも関わらず、エアコンを止めて寝た。 掛け時計が安物なので、秒針の音がうるさいので、深夜に時計の電池を外さなければならなかった。

- MASATAKA (5/5): 寝るには十分だが、朝食が今一つ。 - 清潔さ、従業員の対応といった宿泊の基本に関しては問題はありません。 むしろこの価格では満点に近いと思います。 朝食に関してもオニギリやニンジンジュースは、なかなか良かったと思います。 朝食のメニューに関して、タンパク質や野菜類が不足しているように思えました。 卵焼きはあるのですが、どこのビジネスホテルでも必ずと言って良いほど見られるスクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、その他肉類が少なすぎると思います。 牛乳等の乳製品もありませんでした。 予算の都合もあるとは思いますが、せめてソーセージだけでも追加して欲しいと思いました。 又、同様に野菜類ももう少し種類を増やして貰えればと思います。 例えば、緑黄色系野菜のカボチャ、ニンジン、ブロッコリ等があればと思いました。 更に一言、言わせてもらえるなら、このように肉類をや野菜を増強してもらえるのであれば、「パワー朝食」といった感じでセールスポイントとして宣伝できるのではないかと思われました。

- Erika (8/5): ありがとうございました！大満足です。 - いたって普通のビジネスホテルで格安で泊まれた点。 立地もよく、敦賀駅すぐそこのため新幹線を見たりコンビニも徒歩1分のところにありかなり満足です。目の前にデパートあり、徒歩10分以内に昔ながらの銭湯もあり。朝食もいたって普通でしたが、コスパが良すぎて最高でした。 お部屋が若干タバコ臭かったくらいでそれ以外はなし。
