正樹 (7/5): リーズナブルでトータル的には満足 - 価格の割に室内の設備は綺麗で上等でした。トイレの便座の裏が前宿泊者の使った後の掃除がされてなくて、触るのが嫌悪感あり不快だった。見えるところだけでなく見えないところもしっかり掃除して綺麗にして欲しかった。

MENGDONG (9/5): 很好。 - 1: 位置好。离JR很近。 2: 一人行友好。性价比高。 3: 早餐也很好。虽然是吸烟房间，但是烟味并不重，可以开窗通风也有喷雾香香的可以喷。所以不吸烟的人并没有太困扰。

Elizabeth (6/5): Clean freindly hotel. Normal Japanese hosting, cleanlyness, amenities, and included breakfast. - Staff were lovely, rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Close to train station, though a bit far from the beach. We were in a smoking room and the window barely opened making the room a bit stuffy. Not the fault of the hotel, but there was an extra stay surcharge installed by the city of Atami. Not a huge amount, but it caught us off guard as there was no mention of this on Booking.com. A heads up or rolling the fee into the price paid would have been nice. We weren't trying to be difficult about the fee at the front desk, we were just a bit blindsided, as it was unexpected.
