- Olga (3/5): Сервис был слабым, номер старомодная конура - Завтраки и персонал на завтраке. Действительно с душой подход. Средства гигиены и выбор и качество хорошее. Расположение удобное. Особенно до замка близко. Номер был очень не удобный и маленький. Комната для двух человек с 2 кроватями. Как каюта на корабле самого дешёвого качества. Окна в стену в метре от окон. При том открыть можно только одно окно. В номере настолько тесно, что даже маленький чемодан поставить некуда. Там одному человеку негде развернуться, не то что двум. Обувь пришлось под кровать поставить, так как её больше никуда не снять. Настолько мал номер. Я забронировала номер с 2 кроватями на 1 взрослого и ребёнка. Но так, как ребёнок не взрослый и я не плачу за него дополнительно. То ему не полагалось полотенца. Хотя номер ведь на двоих, значит я уже заплатила больше изначально. Но отель просил дополнительно деньги за полотенце. При этом каждый день они его забирали, и нужно значит платить повторно. Чай был только порошковый Lipton. Да и кофе похоже на, что угодно только не на кофе. Нормальных напитков вообще не было. Ковры, что в номере, что в коридоре давно пора отдать в химчистку. И вообще весь номер выглядит, как было в начале 90-х. Морально устаревший и старомодный. Ещё этот жёлтый цвет ванной и туалета добивают вид. Персонал показался не отзывчивым. Только в первый день была девушка, кто действительно работал и старался. В остальные дни персонал работал лиж бы отвязаться, либо просто глуп. Были моменты когда хотелось спрочить, Вы сооброжаете вообще, что говорите и делаете. Никакого хорошего сервиса нет.

- Geza (10/5): - Staff was speaking English well and was super kind and helpful, the nicest I encountered in my 4 week travels through Japan! Being able to leave multiple luggages (stored safely inside a closed room next to reception) before check-in and after check-out was a great help as well. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good size with a bath tub. Breakfast had nice choices, I liked the warm foods especially. Great value for the price, I would come back anytime.

- Taha Bilal (7/5): It is a decent hotel if your on low-to-mid budget. - Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to reach from Shin-Osaka Station. It had a private bathtub you could fill and relax in it. It has included breakfast, 5-10 minutes to local metros and close enough walking distance to Osaka Castle. The windows were closed but you could still feel the cold wind entering through somewhere from the corners of window. It wouldn't be so bad if the AC heated correctly but it was kinda not working as in it was blowing normal air frequently in between hot/warm air.
