Angela (8/5): - My husband and I stayed here for two nights and found the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Being a room with two single beds it actually felt more spacious than other places we had stayed with double/queen beds. The room also had a surprising amount of storage space - plenty of room in the wardrobe, and space under both our beds for suitcases. Breakfast was included, and was a fairly simple (but satisfying) buffet, offering Japanese choices of food e.g. boiled eggs, noodles, rice triangles, miso soup. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the train station, and there were a reasonable amount of eating choices nearby.

Verified traveler (4/5): 個人的にはもう少し清潔にして欲しかったです - 備え付けのポットでお湯をわかして、マグカップでサービスの粉末のお茶を飲んだときにわずかにヌメリと生臭さを感じた。梅昆布茶の粉末がサービスで置いてあったので、前の人が使って、洗浄が不十分だったと推測します。また、部屋のバスタブに黒い傷がついてて、一応室内に注意書きで「傷はあるけどちゃんと清掃してるから大丈夫」と記載してあったけど、カップのこともあったし、本当にちゃんと清掃されてるか疑問だった。また、この点についてフロントのチェックインなどでは何も説明がなかった。問題がある部屋なら修理するなそのまま使うなら宿泊客の了承を得るか、訳ありとして他の部屋より多少安くするなどの対応をすべきだと思いました。

Daniel B (6/5): Room without a view - The room was large enough but we had a room in the basement without any view. My husband asked for a good view on a high floor. The stairs going up to the hotel are terrible when carrying 2 large heavy suitcases. Not great for seniors.
