- YUTAKA (10/5): - 部屋もベッドも広くて大きく開放感のありました ゆっくりくつろげました また、朝食時の料理を運んでくださるスタッフ（おばさま）の方達の元気でちょっと八戸なまりのあるイントネーションのある挨拶に心が温かくなりました チェックインの際に初めて使うことになった機械操作の仕方がわからなかった チェックインが22時過ぎと遅かったのですが、男性と女性の2名いたスタッフの応対が雑だった チェックインの機械の操作に戸惑っていました。 カウンターから出て説明するわけでもなく、口、言葉だけで片手間でパソコンの画面から目も離さないで目配せも無かった。 こちらは、初めて機械操作をするわけなので、もう少し丁寧に説明して欲しかった。 ホテルの顔であるフロントマン、ウーマンの態度によりそのホテルの印象が大きく左右されると個人的には思うのでかなり重要なポジションなのでは？とあくまで個人的な意見ですが。

Breakfast was tasty and there were quite a few nice spots for food around the neighborhood. The laundry machines are good The rooms and bathroom are a bit tight, and I had some slight issues when setting up the wifi

- Sasaki (9/5): 深夜の騒音 - 初めて東横インクラブのカードを作らせていただきました。スタッフのかたが教えてくださったので、大変感謝しています。 713号室に泊まりましたが、深夜二時半頃、壁かドアか何かを「ドン！ドン！ドン！ドン！ドン」と(一定のリズムで)、叩く音が頻繁に発生。他のお客様がついにドアを開けて音の発生源に向けて「ウルセエ‼️」と、怒鳴ってくださったので、音が止みました。 朝も七時前に廊下の遠くで、女性が奇声をあげて(会話ではない)いたのが気になります。

- 佐々木 (5/5): フロント、駐車場管理のスタッフの教育をちゃんとして欲しい - ロケーションが良かったのと、朝食の種類は少なかったのですが、まあまあ美味しかった。 初めての宿泊だったので勝手が分からず、スタッフの方に聞きましたが、チェックイン・アウトの仕方を教えてくれなかったり、アメニティのある場所などの説明もなく、対応がとても不親切で、残念でした。駐車場の管理人も、素っ気なく無言だったり、気分を害しました。後、全体的には清潔感がありましが、バスマットの下に長い髪の毛が落ちていて、ゾッとしました。
