- Alejandro (8/5): Cerca y bien comunicado, pero experiencia impersonal - La cercanía al Castillo y Jardines Kenroku-en, la conexión directa con la estación (hay una parada de autobús en la puerta). El check-in automatizado es algo engorroso y el personal estaba demasiado pendiente de cada tecla que pulsaba, habría sido más sencillo si hubieran hecho el trámite por mí. Mosquitos en la habitación (asumo que por haber abierto la ventana al ventilar). La cama era en extremo dura.

- Nirasawa (10/5): 金沢観光の拠点として間違いない一軒 - 金沢観光の動線にぴったりハマるホテルでした。兼六園・美術館へ歩いて行ける距離感が心地よく、街中なのに騒がしさを感じないのも好印象。立体駐車場で盗難などの心配も不要で、車の出し入れもスムーズ。館内は清潔で、朝食も軽く整えられていて快適に過ごせました。価格以上の満足度です。 特に不満はありません。あえて言うなら、設備はシンプルで“東横インらしい”標準仕様。立地とコスパ重視なら問題なしです。

- Yan (9/5): - The location is superb. We can go to kenrouken garden by walking for about 5 or 10 min. The room was small but we managed to put 2 big luggage and 2 stroller inside. I will definitely come back and using this hotel chain whenever I planning to go to japan. For what I paid, I think it's a great deal.

- 993b3ea11609730399307b5cdb63d563 (8/5): 東横インを各地で利用させてもらっていて、どの地域でも金額以上の心地を感じこちらでも同じく全てのスタッフの方の努力やホスピタリティを感じてます。心より感謝です！ありがとうございました。 - 観光アクセス。 夕食などにも周辺に沢山の飲食店がある。 金沢駅への無料送迎バスがあり、バスの種類やバス停の場所が点在するので旅に不慣れな方にも移動する際に送ってもらえるのは助かると思う。 喫煙者にとって、別の東横インには駐車場スペースなどに灰皿があったりするので、エリア的に喫煙可能な場所がどこかなどは事前に分かるととても有り難く思う。 (今回のステイに関しては、お尋ねした際近隣コンビ ニ裏手にある旨を伝えてもらったので助かった) 良くなかったには該当しないが、喫煙ルームの方に関しては吸えるエリアを地図表記などで知らせられるツールがお部屋ないし、チェックインの際に 提示してもらえるとより希望に添えるのではないかとは思う。

- Erika (9/5): Consigliato - Ottimo il servizio navetta gratuito da e per la stazione, peccato che sia poco pubblicizzato (consiglio alla struttura di fornire le informazioni nella mail di conferma della prenotazione). Bagno piccolino nella media delle strutture ricettive giapponesi, camera ok. Degli hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone su questa fascia di prezzo l'unico con la pulizia giornaliera della camera ed il rifornimento degli asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione a buffet abbondante in stile giapponese (non aspettatevi cornetto e marmellata ecco) che costituiscono un vero e proprio pasto, molto apprezzata! Posizione vicina al Kenroku-en, un po' lontana dalla stazione ma servizio navetta comodo.
