- yoko (10/5): - 大満足して帰宅しました。 理由は最近他の東横インにもずいぶん宿泊しましたけれど、鶴見の東横インは規模が小さい為か、朝食で働いている方と触れ合う時間が多く、何より朝食が大変健康的なおかずになったことです。５月にも宿泊しましたが、それに感激しました。品川のはおかずの種類が大変多く、それが好きな人もいると思いますが、私は健康的な方が良いです。又、品川などは外国人が多く、朝食を入れる入れ物をたくさん撮ってきて、６～７人分の朝食をぎっしり入れて、帰る人（中国人）がいて、大変腹が立ちました。

- Yoshihiro (8/5): - 7階に宿泊。 電車の音と雨が滴る音が大きく窓ガラスの防音設備に改善の余地多い。 早めにチェックインしたいと電話したが定時からしか入室不可の一点張り。他の東横INNではできる事が鶴見だけ不可なのは謎。 フロントの女性スタッフの方の接客対応が抜群でした。お名前はわからないけど失礼ながらふくよかな体型の方、マスクしていてもあまりある笑顔と挨拶、言葉遣いは完璧だと思いました。 この方以外はレベル低すぎ。もうひとりのフロント女性、客の目前を横切るおばちゃんスタッフ（そのあと退勤した仲間と話していた）とレベチが激しすぎます。 長文失礼しました。

- Robert (10/5): - For the price, great location from Tokyo, Yokohama, and Haneda airport. Short walking distance to either the JK line and Keikyu-KK local line trains. Hotel was clean. Toyoko Inn hotels have automated kiosks that allow for quick check-in and check-out. I really didn't have to speak to the staff. Biggest perk the the awesome breakfast every morning.

- Dom (8/5): - A great budget option that offers rooms larger than those in central Tokyo, however this Toyoko site was flowing with Showa-era atmosphere in the form of a beige/maroon colour scheme. The staff was very helpful while the complementary breakfast is great for travelers and business-people alike. Tsurumi Station is just a few blocks West, while motorway access is very convenient. There is also ample parking around the surrounding blocks that charge overnight rates, while Daikoku PA, Nismo Omori Showroom, and USS Yokohama are in very close proximity via the free roads. There is also a vending machine on the ground floor that is accessible all hours.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 電車利用に便利 - 横浜、東京、新大久保と電車移動の観光を考えていたので、駅に近く便利だった。車で行ったのでホテル近くに2日間とめられる駐車場があるか心配でしたが、午前中到着にも関わらず、フロントにてホテルすぐ近くの駐車場を分かりやすく、利用時間に応じた料金割引券の利用方法まで丁寧に教えてもらえ、ありがたかった。部屋は綺麗で清潔感十分でした。朝食は御飯にパン。おかずの品数もあり、バイキング形式で程好い量でした。

- YUMI (10/5): 朝食サービス満足しました！ - 予約の際に無料の朝食（パン、コーヒー）とありましたが、実際にはその他にご飯、お味噌汁、焼きそば、スクランブルエッグ、ウィンナー、惣菜2品程とスープ、ジュースもありロビーで食べてもお部屋で食べる事も出来て大満足でした。接客も電話対応も丁寧でとても気持ちの良い対応でした。駅からも近くまた機会がありましたら利用したいと思いました。

- Michael (8/5): One week stay - We stayed for a week, the hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. Very convenient for transport and reasonably priced. Only limitation was the room size, which was very small for two people.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Noisy - Incredibly noisy hotel. Beware what you might get a hotel room right next to the elevator and you will hear it working every second/minute even at night. Plus there is a railway and a train station near, so you will also hear trains passing by. I would never choose this hotel again. But worth to mention room was clean and staff members were nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A decent place - The best part about this place was its proximity to the train station and the rest of Yokohama. The hotel is located in a good area, but I expected better from the room itself. A strange smell emanated from the bathroom so I could not leave the door open, and some strange noise kept coming from the mini-fridge too. Breakfast was substantial but I've seen and tasted better. As I was only there for one night and spent most of my time exploring the city, I can't complain too much, but next time I'll definitely shop around for better hotels in better locations.
