Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und bei geschlossenem Fenster ist auch der enorme Lärm von draußen erträglich. Das Frühstück und auch der Frühstücksraum waren absolut schlecht. Ist keinen Cent wert, nicht mal der Kaffee. Die Platzverhältnisse im Badezimmer sind extrem beengt und besonders für breitere Menschen oder welche mit Einschränkungen ungeeignet. Der Baseballplatz nebenan verlangt einem viele Nerven ab, da bis spät in die Nacht abgeschlagen wird. Keine internationalen Fernsehsender verfügbar, ausschließlich Japanische. Auch sind alle Beschriftungen ausschließlich auf Japanisch. Ohne Übersetzungsapp mit Bilderkennung nicht nutzbar.

- Danielle (9/5): - Easy location right in the heart of the action, 7 eleven co nveniently across the road and close to the subway, korea town around the corner, great daily breakfast with and ammenities bar. Housekeeping staff super friendly with daily towel change over. Check in and out was simple and luggage storage in the foyer if needed. Tin single room was a great size. The only negative we experienced was the beds were very hard, but we did request some blankets that we then used for under us which made our stay more comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again if ever back in Japan! As stated, only issues was the hard bed.

Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. La stanza era nella norma per gli standard giapponesi e ogni giorno venivano consegnati asciugamani puliti. Comodo anche il servizio lavanderia a pagamento presente in struttura. La colazione però è stata un po’ deludente: principalmente orientata alla cucina giapponese, con poca scelta internazionale. Mancavano anche elementi semplici come tostapane e latte.

- Susan (7/5): Super hotel, difficult district of Shinjuku. - The breakfast was excellent - as it always is in a Toyoko Inn. The staff were always happy to help and the facilities were excellent. It is in a very dodgy area of Shinjuku. Nightclubs, adult clubs, lots of drinking etc. Quite dirty - considering Shinjuku's normal super-clean standards. If you want to party then that's fine - but I was travelling with my children. The walls were very thin and guests were not considerate. Making loud (speaker) phone calls in the hallways and their rooms as well as during breakfast. This is not a complaint about the hotel in any way - just many of the guests not abiding by some basic cultural understandings.

- Mark and Merilyne Vella (9/5): - Proximity to Shinjuku Station was good. The staff on the front desk were great. The availability of Taxis was good. It's a good location. The rooms were clean and tidy. It's difficult to get used to the firmness of the beds in Japan. The rooms are a little on the small side but we were able to slide our open suitcases under the bed to make room. The breakfast had limited choices. Some rooms have a good view, but ours faced a wall with A/C units.
- Violetta (7/5): Excellent location, clean and very compact rooms - Breakfasts are varied and tasty. Every evening you could indicate on the TV whether you would be attending breakfast the next day. The room had all the necessary toiletries, as well as a refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer. The hotel has an eco-stay system. If you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the room will not be cleaned, but towels will be left on the door handle. So the towels were changed every day, and even if you were away for a night, you would still receive fresh towels and a new set of toothbrushes. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, although small. There were no problems with the Wi-Fi. The location is excellent with many cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Metro stations are close, including the largest railway station — Shinjuku Station. You can safely leave suitcases and personal belongings near the reception desk. There are lockers with locks for this. When booking the room, it was stated that if you stay for more than 7 nights, you would need to change rooms, but in practice this did not happen. We stayed for 10 nights without moving. We didn’t have to pay any additional taxes. The breakfast time is quite early (7:00–9:00), and after 8:30 the selection becomes much more limited. Housekeeping started quite early — from 10 a.m. The mattress in our room was very hard — it felt like sleeping on a bench. And as in many places in Japan, there are no toilet brushes provided. We booked a smoking room because all the non-smoking rooms were already taken, and the corridor smelled strongly of cigarettes. It wasn’t critical, but it’s something to consider if you are sensitive to the smell. The sound insulation is very poor. We could hear everything from the street, and when it rained it felt like the water was trickling right next to our ear. Noise from the corridor was also clearly audible. The doors also make a very unpleasant squeaking sound when opened, so whenever the neighbors entered their room, we could hear it very clearly. There was very little space in the room to store belongings.

Silenzioso anche se nel mezzo della movida di Kabukicho. Per chi arriva dall'Italia in Giappone al mattino, dopo un viaggio di 20 ore tra aerei e treni un check in anticipato farebbe molto comodo per fare la doccia e riposarsi, magari con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento.

- Amanda (1/5): Evitaría venir a este hotel - Nada Todo, personal muy frío, la habitación solo la limpiaron 1 día de 5 que estuve Lo único que hacían era cambiarme las toallas Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias El grifo del baño perdía agua y el cabezal de la cama donde está el enchufe estaba roto El barrio del hotel también se veía sucio No aconsejó venir aquí

- Nadir (9/5): Top rapport qualité prix - Super hôtel hyper bien situé proche de tout à Shinjuku , 7eleven à quelques pas de l’hôtel , personnels au top Les petits bémol sont l’isolation on entendais parfois le voisin du haut ronfler légèrement et le petit déjeuner pourrais être améliorer mais sinon top
