• Tram (5/5): Our stay at Muong Thanh Buon Me Thuật was dissapointed! - The location and the staff are excellent Even though the room was spacious and remodeled compared to when we stayed 3 years ago, it was not done properly! The hotel did not meet its 5* rating. The carpet that you walked on is not even and the bathroom leaks water all over the floor whenever you took a bath. We had to changed room after one night due to a foul smoking odor that staff could not fixed. Breakfast time was from 6:00 a.m. till 9:30a.m., but at 8:30 or even at 8:00 a.m, lots of dishes were emptied and not refilled. Food quality, even local Vietnamese food, was mediocre.

Strong smell of sugar era everywhere. Even I’m a smoker, it’s impossible to stay at the room with such a strong smell. Internet is not working. They even charged me for a bottle of drinking water even the sign at the room says that the water is complimentary
• Simon (6/5): Nothing special, doesn’t deserve the stars. - Hotel was ok, room floor was dirty and water from shower flowed towards the toilet due to the shower drain being higher. They changed me to a new room which was fine but soon noticed the floor and desk was still dirty but was at the front of the hotel so fairly noisy from beeping traffic. Quite a bit of hair about. I’ve never complained before but clearly the floor hadn’t been mopped when I could clean it in seconds with water in tissue. Hotel staff were great and offered to move my room again.

• timothy (8/5): TET holiday stay - The stay was very pleasant during the TET holiday break. The staff is accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had the Jr Suite which was spacious. The hotel is very central which was great for us to explore the city and comp breakfast was nice to start our day. The only slight drawback is the bathroom light is too dim, the TV had no apps for Netflix or international channels, so only had local stations, and the shower drainage was slow which caused overflow onto the floor. Its a small issue resolved with a few towels. Overall, I would return to this hotel when back in BMT.

The property is well-maintained staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is quite good. The rooms are modern with good amenities.like safe and mini fridge. Lots of food within walking distance as well as the town market. Even the decoration inside is phenomenal showing local art of the Ede people No complaints

The lobby needs air conditioned as it was really hot when we were there in May. The breakfast was average. However, the front desk staff was excellent.
