• Bader (5/5): لا انصح السكن هنا - الموظفين قمه بالاخلاق والمساعده والاحترام الشقه كريهه جداااا بسبب التدخين حيث انني حجزت شقه بدون تدخين ولكن عند تشغيل المكيف ريحة التدخين كانت كثيره جدااا تخرج من المكيف لدرجه اني لم انام واصبحت مريض اول مره بحياتي تحصل هذي فسكرت التكيف وفتحت النافذه وصوت السيارات بالشارع كان قمه بالازعاج ارجو تنظيف فلاتر التكيف وممنوع التدخين بالشقه

• TAObrien (8/5): Spacious comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but loud appliances and a strong smell of smoke - The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The apartment was large and comfortable (good bed, sofas and work desk). The shower was hot and had good pressure. The staff provided a clothes drying rack when I asked for one. The parking is off street and there was always a place available. The fridge and microwave were very loud. I slept with earplugs. The place must have accommodated smokers in the past and smells very strongly of smoke. Drying my clothes in the room left them picking up this smell.

It was so cheap n delicious. You should give a try. Everything was perfect. I hope your family business go smoothly well and get expanding it. Please pray for them. Just one. You need to put signboard at the big road because your entering area of your hotel is at the back. I couldn’t see where was your parking area. Nevertheless, keep your service in high level. The owner and staff are very attentive and happy to make arrangements from everything to simple things in the room, help with the pharmacy and local suggestions and even to connect you with ethical drivers to help with sightseeing out of Amman. The elevator to every room makes getting up and down with bags a breeze. Great value for money at this price point, and whilst there is always more polish a room could have, this is the best value for a mid-tier apartment and is perfect for those that don't need multi-star daily services.

Le vrai problème est la carte qui coupe l'électricité, du coup ça coupe le frigo, on ne peut donc pas conserver quelque chose donc il ne sert a rien. Pareil pour l'eau chaude et la machine a laver.

• David (5/5): Passable - Payment was not made upon check-in. Because my check-out was early in the morning, the owner told me via whatsapp to pay today - after I entered the room. I told him I had an infection and was very sick so could not walk to the reception, but he still told me to come. I told him again that I couldn't and he came to my room. It was the owner's fault for not charging me when I checked in, so I wanted him to come to my room earlier if he could. Also the heater for the shower was not turned on first and the owner never mentioned to it. After I told him there's no hot water, staff came to my room and told me to wait for 15 mins... I've never stayed in such a hotel.

• Murad (8/5): Very good - Spacious clean bedroom, living space and integrated kitchen, good hygiene, kind and helpful staff, good location with a walking the 7th square bus station, nice neighborhood with many shops and different facilities nearby including 3 malls, and though you can hear traffic noise, generally it's not disturbing. Good value for the money. I can confidently recommend this hotel. The bathroom could have been a little bigger, and hot water depletes a bit quicker than usual. Sometimes the AC unit generates repetitive noise.

• Fatemah (2/5): I regret going there, doesn’t worth price. - I liked that it is kinda close to the mall I didn’t like anything about it, bathrooms are in very poor condition, walls kinda dirty, blankets are old dirty and some had holes in them. Also, the building’s door is in a narrow street and get filled with cars so no taxi can pass. The most annoying thing is the staff didn’t even took the bags upstairs, most of the time the front desk is empty which gives insecure feeling anyone can go up to the apartments. They have only one very small elevator.

They were literally horrible. we left few hours after checking in as we could not take it and stay there. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.
