Verified traveler (10/5): リーゾナブルで悪くない - タシュケント空港とタシュケント駅のちょうど中間で、最寄の地下鉄駅からは徒歩20分くらいと少々遠いが、英語が通じてサービスは悪くない。部屋には冷蔵庫、ケトルもあって清潔。
Dan (6/5): Trevlig vecka på enkelt hotell - Jag och min fru bodde på hotellet en vecka i början av sept -18. Första intrycket av hotellet var negativt. Mattorna i entre` och gångar var slitna, receptionen var liten. rummet var ganska litet och sängöverkastet var mörkbrunt. Rummet var rent och välstädat. Personalen i receptionen talade bra engelska och var tillmötesgående. På gården finns en pool som utnyttjades. På eftermiddagar och kvällar träffade vi andra gäster vilket vi uppskattade. Frukosten var enkel. Om man önskar öl eller vin kan man köpa detta i närliggande butiker och förtära på och i hotellet.
Helena (8/5): Good value for money. - The hotel was quite cheap and so I had low expectations. The staff, food and services surpassed my expectations. Even the swimming pool was real and clean, and very welcome in the summer heat. My room was simple but adequate. When I requested a hot water jug it was brought promptly. Breakfast was good and the restaurant able to cook you a meal 24 hours/day. Great when you have a crazy arrival time. Laundry was done nicely and charged me rock bottom prices. The service staff is on duty round the clock and so can help you with requests at any time. It is located just off a main street and so is quiet but close to bank and large supermarket.

Verified traveler (6/5): 立地は微妙 - 立地は微妙。市内中心部からやや離れており、地下鉄最寄駅（アイベク駅）迄徒歩約25分掛かる。ホテル近くにバス停があり、タシケント駅迄行くことが出来る（所要約10分）。本数はそこそこある（十数分に１本）が、予め系統番号を調べておく必要がある。タシケント国際空港迄タクシーで約15分と近い。ホテル周辺にはスーパーマーケットや酒屋がある他、飲食店が何件かある。フロントの係員は英語が通じるものの、無機質。ロビーは狭く、エレベーターは無い。朝食（無料）は充実。客室は綺麗で広く、Wi-Fi（無料）は問題無く繋がる。
ｒｒｒ (8/5): 駅に近い - タシュケント駅に歩いて15分ほど。アフラシャブ号でサマルカンドへ行く際朝食を食べた後すぐに行けたのがよかったです。

Peter (8/5): Nice hotel, great staff - We stayed here twice and enjoyed both times. It is a relatively simple yet perfectly comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's not really in a very lively part of Tashkent but it is quite central. There is an amazing local restaurant about a 5 minute walk away which I think was called Dilores. The Grand Art hotel reception staff will tell you. There is a supermarket and bank within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was fine. Wifi and AirCon worked well.
Verified traveler (8/5): A nice convenient, economical hotel - Located between the airport & centre of town it's convenient if arriving or departing from the airport. The local area is not that interesting, about 5 mins walk to a restaurant or supermarket and a bit further to the local Mirabol bazaar. The nearest metro is quiet a hike but taxis are plentiful & cheap in Tashkent.The staff were very friendly, rooms comfortable & the buffet breakfast was fine.
wendy (8/5): トランジットホテルとして利用価値大 - タシュケントのGrand Art Hotelをウズベキスタン到着日に利用しました。立地はTAS国際空港から車で10分弱。翌朝の飛行機が早朝便でしたので、便利な立地の上、宿泊料金もお手頃、空港への送迎(有料)も有ったのでお勧めのホテルでした。以下に、ホテル詳細を纏めます【ロケーション】・タシュケント国際線空港から車で10分、タシュケント国内線空港から車で15分・ホテルの送迎車は国内線、国際線の送迎は10US$(空港へのお迎えはメールで依頼可能) ・ホテルの近所にスーパーはあるが、徒歩で10分以上かかる。【室内】・Wi-Fiは客室内でも快適受信・バスタブはないが、ホットシャワーの水量、お湯の温度は熱めの湯が好きな日本人でも満足・ドライヤー付き。・シャンプーは置いてあったが、持参する方がお勧め・ミネラルウォーター2本、電気ケトル、お茶セットあり【朝食】・宿泊料金に朝食込・出発が早い時には。朝食ボックスを作ってくれるが、その形態にはちょっとビックリするかも。【両替】・スムへの両替はホテルでは不可だが、送迎代金の支払いはUS$現金で可能だった。
Verified traveler (6/5): - Sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche und vielsprachige Mitarbeiter machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Weiterer Vorteil: die Nähe zum Flughafen. Von den Räumlichkeiten her ist das Hotel jedoch recht veraltet und für westliche Verhältnisse eher unterdurchschnittlich. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
YANO (8/5): ATMあり - タシケントに到着した日、翌朝列車でブハラへ向かうため駅に近いホテルをと思い１泊しました。フロントにVISAのATMがあり$でもスムでも引き出すことが出来便利です。お部屋も満足しました。朝食時間前の出発でしたが、ランチボックスにしてくださってありがたかったです。
tm77 (2/5): 部屋がない⁈ - 予約をしてホテルに行くと、フロントで突然「あなたの部屋はありません」。どうしてかと聞くと、部屋の改装中だからとのこと。なぜ事前に連絡をくれないのか、夜に言われても困ると抗議し、別のホテルに振り替え。同じ系列のホテルでしたが、駅からはとても遠く、振り替えの手続きに時間もかかり、９時過ぎにタシケント到着後、ホテルに入ったのは１１時前。翌日は朝早くサマルカンドに列車で向かうのに、大きな時間ロス。フロントでは、「同じ系列だから問題ない」とか「支払いが確認できないから新しいホテルで現金で３０ドル払え」など、いちいち反論しないと手続きもスムーズに進まず、初日から不快な思いをしてウズベキスタンに入りました。前の口コミでも、振り替えの話が出ていたので、アート系列のホテルは要注意！４つホテルがあり、そこで空室を融通しているのではないかと思います。

Ron (8/5): Nice hotel with good breakfast - Nice hotel with good breakfast This is a nice hotel in a quiet area, but still quite central. The rooms are simple but everything works well. The breakfast is very nice, there is a buffet and you can order extras for a low price. Staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English.
