- Rob (9/5): Nice and quiet. Big room with everything you need. - The location was off the beaten path and was really quiet. I enjoy having a coffee maker in my room but at least it was available and fairly decent.

- Dodd (8/5): - No hair dryer Lost power use of outlet by mirror. Should have sign indicating not to use that outlet as it will TRIP THE BREAKER! Room was very sparse. You’d think a kitchenette would have glasses or basics for its purpose.

- Deanna (3/5): Not overly impressed - The location and the coffee...when they actually have cups and refill the machine as both happen often Parking lot was full of pure ice and snow and absolutely no salt. It was very dangerous. For the price of the rooms they should be able to hire someone to deal with the side effects of the weather here. There wasn't many ppl there at all yet they said there was no kitchen rooms available (which they charge at $1800/month for one bed), but online sites said there was 7 kitchen rooms available

- Eric (10/5): - For this Expedia price, I thought I was getting a very basic motel room. Turned out to be bright, roomy, with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. I guess a lot of their business is work crews who stay for a few weeks. I passed through on a solo road trip. If i come back the same way, I'll choose the Northern Lights Inn again. And I'll buy some real groceries, instead of scarfing down junk food while I drive.
- Todd (4/5): - The hotel manager would not refund me for 3 extra nights that I was not there. He said it was because I booked through Expedia but when they called he refused to refund. Charges over $100 per night without Expedia, $65 per night if you book through the app. Seems pretty shady. Will be choosing a different place next time.

It’s an old establishment, so keep that in mind It also didn’t feel dirty or gross, It felt like there would be roaches and bed buggs from the price, but the reviews are true on the cleanliness of the place. Great price and really really nice staff I would stay again if needed

- Pamela (6/5): Mixed feelings. First one was great! Second round not so much. - You press a button for check in. Not 24 7 manned. But fairly responsive. Pretty easy going. They do not clean your rooms everyday. So if you need towels replaced you have to go to them. They make your bed but do not change the sheets. :( I think in the two weeks I was there... it was done once. They have laundry on site. 5 bucks for a wash and 5 bucks for a dry. You need tokens. I've been there twice. The first time I had a full set of dishes. This time I did not. If you want long term low key... this is the place. If you want every day room service... suggest to go elsewhere. Full of oil and gas workers for the most part. Second time, my bedding smelled like it wasn't washed. :( I complained. Some of my lights didn't turn on either. The second round was very disappointing. :(

- DAVID (8/5): No complaints - This is a pretty standard hotel with nothing that stands out to me in either a positive or a negative way. This hotel has a very high score among travelers. My reaction was that perhaps compared to some more primitive options in this part of the world, it is. Hot water, heat and clean sheets count for a lot. I do not have any complaints about this hotel, and certainly it is nicer than many I have stayed in over the last 55 years as I have traveled the world. But I knew in advance to take the high ratings with a grain of salt. My stay was about what I expected, with no special highlights or disappointments.

Didn’t get a refund for the the 2nd night (I stayed one night and left at 6pm later)- and did not stay the second night due to security reasons, felt unsafe + broken deadbolt, and the bathroom had a couple broken things when I walked into the room. If I could please get a refund for 1 of the nights - as I didn’t stay the night. Thank you.
- Autumn (1/5): Expensive - Location Price was high and damage deposit was 200$!! at first the lady said I would get it back the next day (the damage deposit) the next day comes around and it’s about 7 pm and I still don’t get it back. So I called and she says one to three business days. I called again and she says one to five business days. So which is it? And am I getting my money back?
