- Armendariz (10/5): - Hemos estado agustísimo, el lugar muy bien ubicado, en una zona silenciosa y a 10 minutos de la playa en moto. Este resort cuenta además con una zona cubierta y tienen colchonetas, así pues puedes entrenar en ese espacio amplio y cubierto. Nosotras pasamos una tarde entrenando allí. La habitación estupenda y nos hacían el servicio cada 2 días. Además, a diario nos daban agua, café y tés. Gracias. Si volvemos a zona de Ao Nang Mao repetiremos en este resort seguro! Nos pareció que la piscina tenía demasiado cloro.

- Ian (8/5): For us, a cheap and good location for a stopover. - The resort itself is attractive, sea front, and well maintained. The log cabins are smart and well built. We don’t stay in a log cabin but in a separate accomodation block which was very basic but also very cheap. There are cheap restaurants, a supermarket and fruit stalls all within short walking distance. The ferry for Railay beach is a short walking distance away so this is a good location for a stopover from or to Krabi Airport to Railay. The swimming pool and the view over the sea from the front of the resort were good. Once you leave the resort for a walk it’s not an attractive area, some parts of the town are quite run down. We paid a very cheap price for a room on the accomodation block and the room was very basic. We were only staying one night so we weren’t bothered. But those rooms wouldn’t be great for a longer stay - we’d recommend the log cabins for that. You can’t swim on the beach - it’s muddy and there are mangroves. There is apparently a nice beach to walk to but on our short visit we didn’t go there

- Pat (7/5): We had a nice time but disappointed with the fact there was no beach. - The property was in a beautiful setting.. the gardens were well maintained and looked amazing. The pool was very inviting although only small, it had sunbeds and umbrellas round it, and you can get towels. The pool bar opened a couple of days but only till 7:30-8:00. The area is quiet with a few restaurants and all the staff in the restaurants were very friendly. The property is advertised as beachfront, but there is no beach and the sea definitely not inviting. The long tail boats were constantly on the move and very noisy all day and into the evening.

- Urszula (9/5): Warto 🙂 - Na Krabi mieliśmy kilka hoteli i z tego byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, wręcz żałowaliśmy że zmieniliśmy go na noc w parku Khao Sok. Ogólnie uważam lepiej dopłacić do domku, nam i tak się super udało że pokój mieliśmy na 1 piętrze nie parterze, gdzie widok jest na parking. My widok na parking mieliśmy z okna sypialni ale z tarasu na basen, zieleń i morze. Plaża faktycznie kiepska ale nam chodziło o widok. Basen 10/10, ładne otoczenie, dużo leżaków i parasoli, wygodnych z materacami, altanki nad morze gdzie można siąść wieczorem korzystać z urlopu w pięknym otoczeniu. Pokój ok, podwójne łóżko, klima, czysto, czajnik z kawa i herbata, woda. Nie luksus ale nam odpowiadało, w dniu przyjazdu łóżka były pięknie ozdobione roślinami. Śniadanie, super. Zaskoczyło nas musli, bardzo polecam, porcja olbrzymia, przepyszna, na bogato. Ogólnie śniadania bardzo nam pasowały, były duże i sycące, ładnie podane. Do tego woda i sok, do wyboru kawa herbata, kawa rozpuszczalna neska, datkowo ciepłe mleko, mogło być gorzej, tradycyjna neska nie jest zła. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę zapowiadało się wspaniale. Prosiliśmy o pomoc w najmie skutera i samochodu. Przez kilka dni codziennie słyszeliśmy ze auto będzie jutro, albo będzie popołudniu, albo coś, ogólnie robienie z siebie durniów poziom ekspert, ostatecznie samochód pożyczyliśmy z miasta. Jedzenie w okolicach hotelu do wyboru do koloru, podobne ceny, podobne porcje. Pycha. Masaż w okolicy rewelacja. Aha noi na plus bliskość portu z którego można popłynąć na plażę Rajlway i tuktuki. Lokalizacja super. Fajny pobyt nie żałujemy. Obsługa, która olała temat wypożyczenia samochodu

Vyměnili jsme ho za doplatek za bunglov. Za 7 dní pobytu nám uklidili 1x, na vyžádání na recepci, cedulku na dveřích ignorovali. Na snídaně podávané na parkovišti jsme nechodili. Neustálý hluk z lodí z blízkého mola. Moře na koupání naprosto nevhodné, dokonce jsme v něm viděli plavat hada. Bazén nepříliš čistý.

Auch sonst sind viele Bereiche des Hotels total verkommen. Einzig der Bungalow Bereich ist ganz passabel. Das Wasser des Pools ist eine Katastrophe

- Fadnavis (5/5): Avoid staying in Diamond Beach resort Krabi - Nothing much... Most of the relevant points that make a stay pleasurable. The staff is veey uncourteous. They do not have even basic customer service skills. No staff understands the english well. Even after prior intimation about reaching early, they did not provide the room before 2 pm, though the rooms were available and ready. The room provided had the non functional air conditioning. No one looked at the complaint. All non competent staff tried to attend it and after 2 hours got the room changed. No room cleaning is done unless specifically told. The hotel does not have a basic full fledged restaurant. The location is pretty odd and very inconvenient for commuting. Even for basic dinner to go to Ao nag it costs 400 baht per trip. That makes it over all very costly. There is no supervisor or manager to attend any complaints. Better stay near Ao Nang beach in a decent hotel and not spend anything.on property like this And btw its not a beach property. They have a man made beach near the shore.
- Khedjam (10/5): Superbe - Nous revenons tout juste de notre deuxième séjour au Diamond Beach Resort à Ao Nam Mao, dans la région de Krabi, et une chose est sûre : nous sommes toujours aussi conquis ! La première fois, nous étions déjà tombés sous le charme… alors nous avons décidé de revenir. Et sincèrement, c’est encore mieux la deuxième fois. L’accueil est absolument impeccable : chaleureux, professionnel, attentionné. On se sent attendu et vraiment bienvenu. Le resort est entretenu à la perfection. Tout est extrêmement propre, soigné, harmonieux. Nous avions réservé un bungalow face mer, et aucune mauvaise surprise : aucune arnaque, aucune différence entre les photos et la réalité. C’était exactement – et même mieux – que ce que nous avions imaginé. Vue magnifique sur les mangroves, atmosphère paisible, cadre dépaysant… un vrai petit paradis. Petit conseil : privilégiez les petits bungalows en bois face à la piscine et aux mangroves. C’est hyper agréable, intime, et la vue est tout simplement splendide. Autre point fort : l’emplacement. À seulement quelques mètres, vous avez accès aux points de départ des excursions. Nous avons eu la chance de faire une sortie sur huit spots différents – un moment incroyable, parfaitement organisé. Tout était fluide, magique, inoubliable. Concernant le rapport qualité-prix : oui, c’est la haute saison, donc les tarifs sont un peu plus élevés, mais c’est tout à fait normal et surtout pas excessif au vu des prestations. Franchement, cela vaut largement le prix. En résumé : tout est parfait, rien à redire. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons dès que possible. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Allez au Diamond Beach Resort, c’est vraiment exceptionnel ! 🌴✨

- Dean (10/5): Good base for trips to Railay. - Quiet, spacious, well equipped hotel at a sea front location, only 5 minutes walk from Ao Nam Mao pier, making it a good base for trips to Railay and other places. Very nice, infinity pool with jacuzzi style jets and sun loungers perfect for a morning or late afternoon swim and relaxation. Also decked seating areas and sun loungers by the beach. Nearby restaurants on the main road were good and cheap. Staff were helpful and friendly. Sea front restaurant / bar area open during the day and early evening for simple meals and drinks. This would be a better location for breakfast, rather than the current area near reception. Good value for money in comparison with other hotels in the area. Nothing

- Eva (10/5): Preciosas cabañas y ambiente relajado - Un hotel muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y relajarse después de las excursiones. Aunque la zona no es muy animada, hay varios restaurantes locales a pocos minutos, y tanbien estarctan cerca del muelle es un plus para las comexiones con otras playas. Las cabañas son súper espaciosas, muy bonitas, muy limpias y la ubicación frente a la piscina y el mar las hacen especiales. El recepcionista era muy amable y las chicas en desayunano encantadoras. Sin duda volvería !

- christophe (7/5): Moyen à cause de la taille de la chambre - Emplacement pour aller à Railay et phi phi Il donne Les bungalow sur la plage pour 90m². En fait ce n’est que du 35 m², c’est abusé et publicité mensongère. Et personne pour apporter les bagages.
- Pertold (7/5): All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and give them 7 out of 10 for the overall experience. - Pool was comfortable with a view towards the ocean. Good selection of activities you could book with transportation from the hotel. The hotel's location felt very relaxing and private, while also being a 10-minute drive away from city life. It was also a 10-minute walk to the marina which had trips to places like Railay Beach, Hong Island and more. We also really liked that every morning there was a bag on the door with toilet paper, coffee, tea and water. The staff were often younger girls who were often embarrassed and seemed unprofessional. The food served at breakfast and in the restaurant/bar had very little taste and much of the menu at breakfast was crossed out, but the prices were relatively cheap. It is also not possible to swim on the beach / mangroves.

- Laura (9/5): - Très bel endroit, une magnifique vue des bungalows. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent. Au calme d’AO Nang, environ 15 minutes de taxi pour rejoindre le centre. Beaucoup de chiens errants qui font du bruit la nuit. Né pas avoir peur des chiens.

Staff were extremely friendly and many spoke English, which was very helpful to us. The steps up to the upper-level rooms were each very high. No problem if young and fit, but otherwise request a ground floor unit.

- Lauriane (9/5): - L'emplacement est très sympa, loin de l'effervescence de Ao nang, proche du port et du coup à 2 min des départs d'excursions et moins de monde dans les bateaux d'excursions. L'hôtel donne sur la mangrove c'est différent d'une vue sur la plage mais celle ci se trouve a 10min à pied ou 3 min en tuk tuk. Et là vous trouverez des petits restes super. La chambre était sympa avec la vue sur la jardin, la piscine et la mangrove, juste je pense la salle de bain à refaire, l'espace dressing prend de la place pour pas grand chose et permettrait de faire une vraie douche et un toilette plus à l'écart. Le lieu est très calme, et le personnel est très serviable et gentil. La salle de bain de la chambre. Le bar qui ne propose pas beaucoup de choses.
- Juliette (1/5): Affreux logement - La piscine Les photographies sont trompeuses, nous avions réservé en chambre supérieur et pensions être dans les cottages visibles sur les photographies! Nous étions dans une espèce d’affreuse barre d’immeuble, nous entendions les voisins mettre leur chargeur dans la prise. La nuit, des chiens errants se battaient devant le logement. La chambre se sentait pas bon. Nous avons passé un très mauvais moment

Unfortunately the staff at reception weren’t very helpful and just seemed like they didn’t want to be there and had a bad attitude. It is a nice place but unfortunately the staff ruined it for us and the breakfast wasn’t great. Just not worth the money to stay here as we found it VERY expensive when we stayed.

Die Mädels der Rezeption und der Bar/ Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Slushis sind lecker und den Preisen angepasst.Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet. Das Essen an der Straße ist Mega lecker. Leider gab es keinen Strand, nur eine steinige Mangroven Bucht. Die Longtails sind sehr laut, auch Nachts.

- Varsha (3/5): Unless you are really really really tight on budget I would say don’t go here .. - Only the staff. That’s all was good about this property . Though they didn’t know much about the local favorites , they helped us in the issues related to the room (that’s coming up ) Other than the staff z… EVERYTHING was sub or lower standards .. to start with 1)the location is in a very shabby area with too much poverty ( and yes that’s sad but they can atleast clean up just outside the hotel . ) also it’s not worth the 45 mins drive from the airport and NOT walkable to the beach. 2) The cottage we took showed diff pic than what we saw online . The room has a very very basic (it’s more like a cabin restrooms in jungles) bathroom and toilet in one place .The bed is okay but after a long day of activities it wasn’t great . 3)Mosquitoes .. lots and lots of them. 4)there is a basic restaurant on the site provides food and breakfast and that was OK and kind of just whatever .. No good restaurants in the walking distance and all the street food around .. again was kind of shady . It stank kind of crappy on the whole road so you wondered whether to eat or not there. 5) this is not a beach front resort . There is no beach to walk . There is pier 10 mins walk .. again shabby and dirty. 6)everywhere we went , they had board - Beware of thieves and I know why..

- Stefan A. (4/5): Kein wirklicher Strand und nervender Bootsverkehr - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Fußläufig entfernt gab es Restaurants, Supermärkte, Massage Salons Der Strand bestand aus Steinen und bei Ebbe war er gar nicht vorhanden. Von morgens bis spät abends waren ziemlich laute Boote auf dem Meer zu hören, die den naheliegenden Pier anfuhren oder wieder wegfahren. Dies nervte sehr.
- Uros Zaletel (4/5): Povprečno - Postelja je bila udobna. Bližina pomola za odhod na Raley beach (precenjen. Gneča, plaža nič poaebnega, navite cene,.....). Sobe so minimalistične, glede na ceno precej visoko. Za zajtrk ni bilo neke izbire in pa tudi poatrezba zelo pocasna.
