- lynda (8/5): Good but should be better. - Underground parking was easy. Pleasant flat walk into the centre of town. Very nice, clean and spacious room. We would stay again as it was good value but it could easily be so much better. The cafeteria area is horrible and there is no bar as such so nowhere nice to sit in the evening. The dining and breakfast area is soulless and not well lit. The breakfast buffet reminded me of a terrible,old fashioned self service restaurant. It had some decent foods on offer but lacked the staff to maintain it so items were often missing. One very slow coffee machine caused queues. The receptionist however was delightful and very helpful.
- Neil (6/5): Restaurant really good, swimming pool too cold - The food and the service in the restaurant was really good. The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance. The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies.

- SongbirdSpain (8/5): Good Hotel for the price - It was clean and comfortable, the room was large and nicely decorated. We experienced a few issues though, the underground parking was illuminated by movement sensors which didn't work so we had to use our phones to find the door to the lifts in pitch dark, then we couldn't get the lift to work so we used the stairs. The receptionist wasn't concerned about the lighting or the lift, she just shrugged her shoulders. There was no hot water from the sink tap, we reported it on check out, the chap at reception was really good. There was no signage in the lifts which was confusing. Breakfast was ok but the fried eggs were stone cold. However for what we paid we would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): 非常に不愉快な滞在になり残念 - グラナダからマドリードに車で向かう途中の宿泊地として選び、長いドライブの疲れをスパで癒したいと思い、スパ込みの料金で予約した。20:45にスパに行ったら、係の若い女性職員が高飛車な態度でスパは20:00で終了したからダメと主張。こちらはスパ込みの料金を払っているし、ホームページにはスパが22:00まで開いていると書かれているのにおかしいじゃないかと言ったが、女性職員はスペイン語で捲し立ててNoの一点張り。何度もやり合った結果、最後は女性職員はスマホのGoogle翻訳の英語を見せて、20分だけならここにいてもいいと譲歩してくれたが、とても不愉快な気分だし、着替えとシャワーの時間を除いたら10分しかスパに入れなかったので、疲れを癒すどころではなかった。翌朝の朝食会場の男性職員も粗野で失礼だった。 また、カードキーとドアノブで部屋を開けるタイミングが難しく、部屋に入ろうとするたびに何度もやり直さないとなかなかドアを開けられなかった。部屋に湯沸かしポットがなかったのも残念だった。 公平のために良かった点も書いておくと、屋内駐車場が無料、フロントの男性職員は親切だった。

- Mad_about_the_girl (10/5): Business trip - September 2023 - Parking isn't great, it's underground and tight, so something to bear in mind. The room was excellent, complete with air conditioning and a functional shower. Toiletries were supplied as were ample towells and daily room cleaning service. The receptionists were professional, but as the hotel is mostly Spanish guest orientated, it will help if you know a little bit of Spanish to get you by. THe rooms have good sound proofing to aid a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent as were the spa facilities. All round it was a very comfortable stay.

- Carlos (10/5): Great value and quality hotel for a night’s stay - We booked two rooms for a family overnight stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, good bathroom and very comfortable large beds. Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We used their pool, underground car park (free) and their cafeteria was really good value. 5-10 min walk to the centre of Ciudad Real with lots of cafes, etc.. better value ones away from Plaza Maior. This hotel exceeded my expectations and much better than some larger hotel chains.

Le côté spa de l’hotel est superbe et la nourriture y est très bonne. Petit hic sur la piscine qui ne fait que 1m10 de profondeur et qui n’est pas très grand en surface.

- courtnieclemens (6/5): One Night Stop - This circular hotel is not very conveniently located but it is a quiet area. The hotel is decent enough, but definitely lacks the room comfort for a long term stay. They have a spa with decent manicures with friendly staff however nothing special.
- Antony (2/5): Unprincipled management - Has a tendency to charge more than agreed. Management then will not compromise. Flooring in room uneven due to expansion, a safety hazard. We will not use again.
- Katrina (10/5): Fabulous x 3 - We really wish we could have stayed longer. The room was so comfortable, and the biggest bonus of all was that the air conditioning worked! Most impressive.
- JeffR605 (10/5): Great overnight stop - Just over half a kilometre from the centre of town, this hotel has everything and for 2 of us B&B was under 70 euro. Secure underground parking under the hotel was extra but handy as lifts took you straight to reception or you room floors. Free WiFi that works everywhere is also available. This hotel also has a spa and a gym, a good self service cafeteria for breakfast, a decent Restaurante as well we had lunch and were pleasantly surprised as the variety and quality and the service it is obviously somewhere that the locals come to eat. It is a modern hotel and our spacious bedroom on the forth floor on the back of the building was well equipped there is a mini bar and also room service if you want. Good beds loads of pillows,controllable aircon and a well provioned bathroom with loads of towels and soap and shower gels provided.
- NickPapi (6/5): Dissapointing stay - Stayed there 2 weeks. the first week the room was good, with wifi reception - the second week the room was half the size and wifi ws like lottery. 1st week breakfast was served at 7:30 - 2nd week at 8:00......... While eating breakfast, the cleaning lady was taking care of the dirty floor from last night's customers. English is spoken by a couple of people at the reception - for the rest, best of luck.

The restaurante is awfull. Food was disgasting and the waiters very uneducated. Don't go! Around the hotel there is nothing.... But we ha dato stop over.

But nonetheless, the rooms were very comfortable and very trendy. Location is OK, but the town is very small so you can easily drive to the main part of the town.
- NorwichMummy (8/5): An enjoyable stay - Big rooms, nice and quiet lots of facilities on offer. Didn't have breakfast and downstairs cafeteria could use a few plants outside. Our key didn't work most evenings but the staff were quick to solve the issue. Only a 15/20min walk to the centre - very good value for money!
- 970gonzalor (10/5): Great hotel for a long stay - I stayed in this hotel for three weeks. The service is excellent and my room was clean. What made it special was the people working in the cafeteria. During breakfast, dinner or brunch on the weekends, you can feel the good Spanish hospitality. A huge plus was the gym downstairs. It is complete, and you can take classes like spinning, or pilates, etc. i would definitely go back there!
- SergioF424 (10/5): Excellent hotel and good value for money - We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. During that time we had a great service in all areas. For the price it was included gym, 1 hour of spa per day, free wifi and free parking in a underground garage. If don't like walking you might need to take the car to the old city center, specially in a hot summer day of August. The room is very spacious, although we were given a room with two beds put together. I recommed this hotel if you're in a tour in La Mancha region.
- CarolynA781 (10/5): Excellent stopover - The hotel is very nice and modern with comfortable beds, nice furnishings, a business center with computers and internet available. The restaurant had a good selection of tasty food at a reasonable price. A waiter did not speak English, but got a staff member who was fluent in English to come to the dining room to help us with our selection. In general, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay pleasant. It was a very good value, and I would definitely return to this hotel if I was in the area again
