• Julio (1/5): - L'emplacement La literie n'est pas du tout confortable, la pression de la douche eau chaude est très faible, une douche à l'italienne avec un appareillage neuf serait le bienvenu plutôt que cette baignoire d'époque. Il n'y a pas de machine à café. Pas de box internet,de wifi ..obligé de se connecter sur celle de l'hôtel Blaumar qui ne fonctionne pas plein débit....la télévision uniquement chaîne espagnole et impossible de la connecter à internet pour nécessaire voir Netflix. De nos jours une offre internet est casi obligatoire. Au vue du prix de la location en sachant que nous sommes en basse saison et qu'il n'y a rien, pas une animation sur Salou est aberrante. A fuir ! Nous sommes habitués de séjourner sur Salou, nous ne reviendrons plus. Cordialement.
• Ana (3/5): - Muy bien situado, frente paseo marítimo. Apartamento frio, ropa de cama húmeda. Utensilios de cocina muy sucios( sarten inservible llena de moho), olla con suciedad enganchada. Muebles cocina con moho por dentro, desagüe lavadero lleno de pelos. Algunos aparatos de cocina rotos ( hervidor agua). Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron el apartamento a uno que estaba mejor.

La comodidad. Las camas se sienten los muelles del colchón. El sofá no era muy cómodo y debajo de la cama había mucho polvo acumulado.

Our stay was for 5 days on day 3 we asked for fresh towels and bins to be changed we were happy to buy some more toliet paper but were told its not included in our self catering but on arrival back our rooms were made up fresh towels and bins changed and toliet paper restocked....lovely surprize. Extra bonus pool towels available free save you packing them like i did We didnt know we were to check in at the hotel beside the apartments and arrived late on my own with 2 kids it would be good to have this information highlighted more.

• John (8/5): Great location. - Loved the location, situated right across from the beach and near the shops, restaurants, mc Donald's etc There was no draining board where sink is, no cooker/oven , the socket s are right next to sink, in hot press and one inside the door. Not ideal if you have a family and wanted to cook in appartment . Also you book in at the Baumar hotel next door which is not specified in booking.com

• Berta (3/5): Disappointing. - The location was very good. Really close to the sea side and accessing through a lovely square First off. Soon after booking, we get an email informing us that neither the parking, nor the gym or sauna would be open during our booking. That was a let down.. When we arrived there. It was clear they were under some renovations (at least I hope so..) one lift sealed with woods, the other one out of service. All the way to our floor(obviously by the stairs) we saw construction materials, as well as fire extinguishers waiting to be properly hung. Lights going up the stairs were not working..that was fun at night.. The apartment was very worn off. Not even a coffe maker! We booked an apartment to have the option of doing a light meal or breakfast inside..however the crockery and general kitchen material was next to no exisiting.

• Damian (7/5): Las Acacias apartments = not great. Blaumar Hotel = amazing. - Beach-front, central location perfect for families. Staying at Las Acacias means we had full use of facilities at the 4* Blaumar hotel (adjacent). Lovely pool and kid's pool. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Daily room service in our apartment. Kid's Club still running at the end of September/start of October with small, daily activities. Great for our 7 y.o. The apartment smelled damp. Cracked, crumbling walls throughout. Loose plug socket inside the front door was fully hanging out of the wall. Mouldy, dusty air-conditioning unit in the living room has probably not been cleaned for years. Didn't get a sea-view apartment as per the booking. Keys to the front door of the building kept getting stuck Nearest electrical sockets for kettle or toaster are across the room. Not the best place with a 2 and 3 year old in the room. Tiny kitchenette.

• Paula (8/5): Very good - The apartments were spacious and spotless and plenty of cutlery and crockery Love to watch TV but no English speaking channel went to reception but got no satisfaction. For a self catering apartment was shocked to find no sockets at the kitchen area had to use sockets in bedroom for kettle and toaster all week.I actually think this is a ploy to get you to eat in the hotel there buffet we had it 1 night ,was so disappointed the food all of it was lukewarm and the buffet had only been open about 10 minutes

• Kathy (6/5): Location good,room not as advertised ,disappointing - Not 1 picture on booking .com site showed our room ,placed at rear of apartments with no sea view or sun at any point during the day, the sink tap was loose and the fridge door was faulty,no kettle in apartments, once again the main point was the pictures on your site they had no comparison to our room ,room number 2313,we was disappointed with the room after carefully checking the pictures on the site and contemplated moving hotels but just couldn't be motivated to move
• GEVORGYAN (6/5): Hôtel d'exception, appartements très dessévant - je suis client de l'hôtel Bluemar depuis plusieurs année, cette année nous avons décidé de s'installer dans l'appartement, très décevant, car appartement extrêmement sale, cuisine vétuste, ustensile de cuisines très usé et impropre à l'utilisation. en bref très dessus. si les autres fois, je ne retrouve pas de place dans l'hôtel, j'irez dormir ailleurs.
• Sheila (10/5): - Lækkert lejlighedshotel der overraskede positivt og med perfekt beliggenhed. Pladsen i lejligheden var udnyttet godt og lejligheden var ren og pæn. Der var daglig rengøring og udskiftning af håndklæder. På hotellet ved siden af var poolfaciliteter samt en masse forskellige aktiviteter for børn og voksne. De ansatte i receptionen var søde og hjælpsomme.

Wi-Fi kunde varit bättre, för att hålla barnen nöjda fick vi använda egen surfpott. Valde frukost, riktigt härlig buffé som varierades från dag till dag. Enkelt att ta sig via tåg till Barcelona. Bra placering av hotellet in Salou, en bit ifrån värsta nöjeslivet, perfekt för familjen. Mycket att göra på stranden. Härlig strandpromenad, perfekt för långa promenader.

NECESITA URGENTEMENTE ALMENOS UNA RENOVACION DE TODOS LOS UTENSILIOS DE LA MISMA. CUANDO PREGUNTO POR LA CLAVE WIFI (ESTABA INDICADO QUE TENIA WIFI) ME INDICAN QUE ES UNO QUE TOMAN "PRESTADO" (??) DE UN HOTEL DE AL LADO, PERO QUE AL ESTAR CERRADO HASTA SEMANA SANTA, LA SEÑAL ES MUY DEBIL. EFECTIVAMENTE LA SEÑAL MAS BIEN ERA PRACTICAMENTE NULA. EL EDIFICIO, POR ESTAR CERRADO TODAVIA, DA SENSACION DE SOLITARIO Y SOLO HABIA PERSONAL DE MANTENIMIENTO. DA LA IMPRESION QUE NOS HAN METIDO POR GANAR ALGUN DINERO FUERA DE TEMPORADA, PERO MEJOR HABERNOS QUEDADO EN CASA.

• JAMES (8/5): Very Good, kitchen facilities only downside! - Very good location less than a minutes walk from the beach as they advertise! Nice apartment. Only downside is the kitchen facilities, no kettle or toaster, washing up liquid, dish cloth, dryng cloth etc etc! (small saucepan for heating water!) Small fridge , but u can still make a basic breakfast in the morning at least there's a hob. For people unlike me who prefer to go out for breakfast this wont be much of an issue! Nice bathroom, bedroom balcony, living area and tv, cleaners come in daily, so overall for a budget choice in a very good location you wont be disappointed.

• L (4/5): - El apartamento esta correcto, pero el servicio que depende del hotel adjunto deja mucho que desear. El wifi tienes que ir pidiendolo dia a dia paea cada uno de lis dispositivos, el restaurante no abre asta kas 12:00 por lo tanto el cafe de la mañana no te lo tomas, el gimnasio spa y masajes en Semana Santa no funcionaba (no estava operativo). Lo bueno la localización, la limpieza y la equipación.

Les bémols : - pas assez de couverture pour les lits quand vous êtes à quatre - eau chaude insuffisante pour douche et vaisselle (une personne douchée à l'eau chaude et les 3 autres à l'eau froide) et ceci dans deux appartements distincts dans l'immeuble - vaisselle rudimentaire - pas réussi à nous connecter à la wifi malgré les codes et adresse IP...

• Michael (8/5): Nice apartment near the sea. - A very nice, comfortable, basic apartment 100 meters from the sea. A big balcony. A comfortable bed. A little difficult to check in, at another hotel, but ince I figured that out it went smoothly.
