And I'm supposed to believe that the prices on booking.com include VAT and tax. It was my first time being asked to include such in all my hotel bookings. Another thing, when I got there, I stood for 30-45mins because their front desk monitor was having an issue and they couldn't connect to my details on booking.com

- Abbey (10/5): Home away from home - I love everything the location was excellent. The staffs were brilliant and very friendly. Is home away from home. The breakfast was top notch. I love it will definitely go back again. The location is brilliant and easy to every needs. It was my first time and the staffs makes me feel at home. Always attend to my needs ASAP ❤️ The parking is an issue for me. They should try and create more parking 🙄 Thw restaurant is too close to the reception no private sitting area. Apart from the above , overall is excellent.

- Abdulkadir (7/5): Good - The location was central with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and many other businesses nearby. The staff were courteous, the hotel had a security guard, the air-conditioning and fridge worked well, there was central hot water and complimentary tea, water and a kettle. Power supply was constant. There was also complimentary breakfast though because I had to leave early an ad hoc arrangement was made for me. My room had an adjoining door to the room next door which made me uncomfortable despite assurances from the porter that it is impenetrable. The room seemed smaller than what l booked for but was too tired to probe further. Many of the television channels weren't clear.
