- Saken (1/5): Never visit this place - Nothing It was terrible: price 4 times higher (almost $1k for 2 nights) than it would be without pre-booking, no chance to change it even for the second day. They say it is because 9th floor with beautiful view but the view is terrible, and window even not opening. Everything is so old and breaking (you can see in the photos attached). At night no managers available to solve issues - you have to wait for the next day. Even so managers can do nothing just repeating the same thing as the lower staff: no compliments for all this terrible things happened to me.

- Syed (10/5): An excellent stay with outstanding service, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and a convenient loc - We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every staff member—from the security guards to the reception team and housekeeping—was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names, but each one of them truly deserves appreciation. Our rooms (947 and 948) were spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, making sure everything was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. The quality and service at breakfast were impressive. The hotel’s location is also a big plus—very convenient and easily accessible, making it ideal for both business and family stays. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely choose Mövenpick Hotel again for our future visits. N/A

- Zul (10/5): Excellent Stay at 5 star hotel - This is definitely a 5 star hotel, regardless of what others stay. We all have to remember this is Pakistan and not a high end resort in Hawaii or Mexico or Maldives. All the staff were amazing and friendly. This was my first time in Pakistan and I was truly impressed with the Movenpick. Craziness of Karachi traffic. Trying to get in and out of Movenpick during rush hour was madness. Almost 20-30 min process. Nothing the Movenpick can do about this, this is Karachi craziness.

My only concern was the check in time it took the staff at the front desk reception. I had to wait until my rooms were ready although I had clearly informed about my check in time in advance. It took lots of time at the check in counter which really irritated me and my family.

- Kamran (1/5): It’s a 2 star hotel. - Nothing in particular. If it was 2 star I may have liked something but for 5 star it was horrible. Nothing was likeable about the property. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. From front desk staff to amenities all below par. This should be rated 2 star and don’t get fooled by the name as everything in this hotel needs repair and feels thousand years old. Even the stuff which is repaired looks worse.

Bezplatný shuttle bus z/na letiště. Cena je na poměry Pákistánu dost vysoká.

Balconies were locked no ventilation. The reason to book was to enjoy comfort but we didn’t get any HEAD OF OPERATIONS must dive deeper to provide better service.

Bell boys, Jalal and Arjun are the best. Excellent breakfast selections. There should be smaller Airport transfer vehicles available for single or two customers as the big bus is just a waste of space. . Also the mini bar should be free of charge like other 5 star hotels. Just a suggestion

As a Karachi native, I usually stay with relatives, but this time I chose a hotel to give my children a more engaging experience—and it was the best decision. They had a completely different, enjoyable stay full of comfort and entertainment. From the moment we arrived, the hotel management and staff delivered exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the five-star breakfast and dinner services were truly impressive—elegant, delicious, and well-curated. The stress-free airport transfers added to the comfort, making our arrival and departure seamless. What truly stood out was the hotel’s diverse workforce, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Pakistan. It was inspiring to see people from different backgrounds working together with such harmony and dedication. Additionally, the room had an unusual odor, and the sound from the air conditioning unit was quite disruptive. With some improvements, the experience could be much better.

- Ahmad (8/5): good for short stays - gym, steam, etc are very good and value of money. lobby is very well maintenances , cleaned and lovely. staff is very cooperative and well mannered. breakfast was very average and disappointing , room are just ok, some problem with ac units, alot of noice in night, difficult to sleep. room temperature was hot even ac temperature on low degree , i think it requires maintance. very disappointing .
