• Jose Manuel (10/5): - Funcional, bien equipado, fácil en la recogida de llaves. Mucha amabilidad en los gestores del apartamento. Un acierto elegirlo.
• Verónica (6/5): - La estancia fue bien para el precio que tenía, no obstante, pagué algo más para reservar en "Gorbea Suite" ya que se supone que era algo más "superior" a las habitaciones de Gorbea. De Suite, nada.. las habitaciones y el baño sucios, humedades por todas partes, las paredes con la pintura levantada, etc. Ojo, un dato importante que no te especifican a la hora de reservar; cuando llegas al alojamiento hay un cartel en la entrada de la habitación diciendo que tienes que recoger y llevarte toda la basura y limpiar la habitación antes de salir.

Limpieza genial en el apartamento, nuestra tv estaba estropeada y nos dieron un chromecast y pudimos ver nuestras netflix! Jaja perdimos la cartera con toda la documentación y las tarjetas del apartamento y no dudaron en ayudarnos y llamar hasta la policia! Estamos muy contentos! Graciass
• Rocio (10/5): - El estudio estaba genial. Muy limpio y bien equipado y situado. El personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Repetiremos 😄
• Slawomir (2/5): Very bad service, need to improve customer service - I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this time. Our hotel building electricity fuse was gone around 19:00h. We couldn’t cook and the room heater stopped working. No receptionist was there, so we called 24h help line call so many times, but no one picked up the phone. We tried calling all of their telephone numbers but none of them wasn’t working. Around midnight, finally the hotel pick up our phone then they suggested to move us to another hotel near us. My 10years old child was sleeping with ski clothes. We needed to wake my child up middle of the night and packed ourselves in the darkness. We had to walk to the other hotel in the freezing cold night. Most annoying things is NO ONE contacted us (even text or email). No one came to supply any torches or candles, extra blankets etc… The same building customer was feeling same as I am. They couldn’t reach any help from the hotel.We simply didn’t know what we needed to do. This is a ski resort place, it reaches easily -10℃ middle of the night.WiFi connection is poor
• Juan Antonio (6/5): Esta vez regular - No fue muy cómodo esta vez, ya he repetido y la primera vez fue perfecto. El check in que es a las 17 h no fue fluido. No entiendo por qué es a las 17 en lugar de a las 15 pero bueno, eso es otro tema. El cajero no me daba la llave, tuve que llamar al número. La hab no estaba lista, encontré algunos cabellos, se nota que la hicieron corriendo. Después el radiador estaba a “todo lo que daba” y no se podía graduar, dentro de la hab no se podía estar. Tuvimos que llamar al mantenimiento para que viniera. No lo pudo arreglar pero me trajo uno externo y con eso me solucionó. En fin, le daria otra oportunidad, ya que la ubicación es cómoda.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Finde en la nieve en pareja - Estancia muy limpia, ordenada, aclimatada y con buenas vistas (daba a la estación) cómoda y silenciosa.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - There was a terrible smell of stale cigarettes in the studio due to the smokers area to the front of the reception area being strewn with thousands of cigarette butts on the floor. The shower also leaked every time you used it .
• Verified traveler (2/5): Vältä tätä / avoid this - Avoid this, it is a scam. Tätä majoitusta tulee välttää, huijausta. Ensimmäisen kerran joudun huijatuksi. Huone ei vastaa sitä, mitä on kuvattu. Yritys isännöi myös muita majoituksia ja näyttää käyttävän mikä parhaiten sopii heidän tilanteeseen. Me saimme kerrossängyt, huone oli W5, joka vastaa samaa majoitusta , kuin on hotels.com sivulla, toisen, edullisemman majoituksen kuvassa. Maksamaani majoitukseen käytiin eri oven kautta, mutta tästä suoraan kerrotaan päinvastaista. Asiasta keskusteleminen oli yhtä huokailua ja törkeää vääristelyä, vaikka näytän dokumentit silmiensä edessä. Ennen tätä hässäkkää..Numero, johon olisi pitänyt ilmoittaa saapumisesta, ei vastaa koskaan. Soitin 5 kertaa. Kun aikanaan henkilö on saatavilla respassa, hän antaa väärän autopaikan avaimet. Niitä vaihdellaan. Kun lopulta majoituksesta ilmoitan, että heidän täytyy löytää jostain huone, joka vastaa maksamaan, jaa sanon soittavani Hotels.com, tämä nainen lupaa järjestää jostain toisesta paikastaan, johon täytyy ajan, huoneen. Siellä on kuulemma kaikki muut huoneet vapaana kuin numero 2. Saavuttuamme sinne usean kilometrin ajon jälkeen, antavamansa avaimet käyvät vain yhteen huoneeseen, jossa luki 1A. Ja kuinka ollakaan, siellä on kerrossängyt....
• Maria inmaculada (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto - La localización de los apartamentos es buenísima! los hay mejores, pero solo se tarda 5 minutos a pie en llegar a los remontes y a los bares de la plaza de pradollano. Los recepcionistas son muy agradables. Hay café de cortesía en las habitaciones. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, y las camas muy comodas. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Dispone de sartenes, cazos, tostadora, cafetera de cápsulas (ellos te las proporcionan gratuitamente), platos vasos, cubiertos... Además tiene lavavajillas (llevaros pastillas porque allí no hay, tampoco pregunté si ellos podian proporcionarmelas, pero para fregar los cacharros sí que tienen lavavajillas de fregar a mano). Además es un sitio con calefacción modulable. El alojamiento dispone de parking, perfecto para evitar problemas con las nevadas. Alli tambien tienen tienda, alquiler, clases, gestion de forfaits.. vamos, todo lo necesario. Desde luego, si estan disponibles en otras ocasiones, me alojaré con ellos.
• Alejandro (10/5): Estancia cómoda y agradable - La recepción es amable y sin complicaciones. Aunque no tenía incluida plaza de parking, intentaron buscarme una sobre la marcha. Cosa que agradecí mucho. La habitación estaba muy limpia, y tenía todas las comodidades posibles. El baño y la cocina estaban totalemente equipados. En general my buena experiencia.
