Carta de room service muy limitada, no había carta de vinos tampoco. Se escuchaban los ruidos de la habitación de arriba y los del pasillo,, casi como un departamento.

Also the staff was really helpful and the room had a lot of space. If I had to nitpick it was that there was no separate light button in the shower, but honestly everything was amazing.

- FERNANDO (2/5): No se condice con la calidfad esperada para un hotel de ese estilo y precio. - Ubicación Problemas con la TV, se reclamó 3 veces hasta que tuve que hacer presencial para que lo tomaran. Hotel cuenta con toda la información respecto a mi familia que habitaría ahí, 2 adultos un niño de 8 años y nunca nos entregaron algo tan básico como una 3ra toalla de baño.

- Patricia (1/5): Una decepción - La ubicación Las habitaciones tenían olor a humo, las luces eran incómodas, el desayuno muy caro .Algunos miembros del personal, mujeres, en particular, eran desatentas, yo tenía una dificultad para comunicarme con mis hijas en la otra habitación y se demoraron mucho no volverlo primero dijeron que no había un problema, lo cual no era cierto porque efectivamente la extensión no funcionaba, pero toma mucho tiempo que me hicieran caso para que llegara el técnico. Era increíble tener un tira y afloja para algo tan básico. No me volvería a quedar en el hotel nunca.

- Nils (9/5): - Alles am Aufenthalt hat gut geklappt. Bequemes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel ist dem Zimmerwunsch nachgekommen, es gab eine tolle Aussicht Richtung Anden. Auch die Annahme eines Päckchens für mich hat gut geklappt. Waschbecken im Zimmer (nicht im Badezimmer) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Café da manhã bem completo, com grande variedade de frutas e itens zero lactose. O hotel fica bem pertinho do shopping, com Ikea (dá para ir caminhando). Gostei bastante da estadia! O hotel tem um restaurante bem gostoso e com uma ótima vista no último andar. Recomendo o sushi! De ter uma porta de vidro para separar o banheiro do quarto. Este foi o único ponto fraco, porque tira um pouco da privacidade.

La ducha tenía un poco de hongos (podría mejorarse la limpieza). El personal el último día de retiro no nos dejó retirar el dinero con mi pareja (estábamos a contratiempo y mi pareja montro el ticket y aún así no se lo dieron porque estaba a mi nombre, aún estando registrado ambos, creo que eso pudo haberse mejorado para hacer el retiro más expedito).

- Igor (3/5): - Staff, bed, view I travelled for three weeks and stayed in a lot of different hotels. I decided to finish my trip in this 4star hotel. It looks really nice and clean, especially on photos, staff is great, but it's awful in terms of comfort. I'd skip all of points below if it'll be 0-star hotel in small village, but for one of the most prestigious hotels in Santiago it's really strange * WiFi. My phone continuesly disconnects from WiFi and if it's connected then even g.transtale loads in seconds, g.photos hardly uploads photos, not video. It's free only if you stay in this hotel, but even then not everyone from my group managed to login * there is no slippers and robe available. It's usually not critical, but floor is tiled and very cold. Fortunately I have my own slippers with me available * there is no toothpaste and similar things available * SINK IS IN THE ROOM, NOT IN THE BATHROOM. Just no comments. I've never seen this in my life in any hotels/apartments/... * light switches are touch. It's inconvenient * there is no extra sofa or similar, only squeaky strange chair * bathroom is big, but floor is very cold as in the room as well. You can't even put your clothes somewhere, only on the floor. There is only couple of small inconvenient hooks * pool. It's extremely small and works only from 9 to 19. I stay in the hotel for the night, not for the day. I have a lot of things to do in daytime * breakfast is not included for this price (I booked rooms in about half a year before and even for this price I can live at least 4 days in any other hotel "tomorrow") To summarise - relatively middle hotel, but this is not 4-star. 2 stars at most. I've been in a lot of hotels without any stars at all, but which were much much better than this one and much much cheaper. They didn't have 24/7 reception and so on, but it was convenient to stay there. I would definitely not recommend Icon to anyone.
