- Tomerial (9/5): accommodating to guests without " nickle and diming" guests. To have water out for free in the lobby - breakfast was great. Appreciated the hot breakfast , coffee, and water available to guests at no extra charge . The breakfast bar had plenty of options and was well stocked and maintained. Aprreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room wish we were able to fully close the heavier drapes in the hotel room

- Andrea (2/5): safety protocols - Cleanliness of room Heater was loud needs repaired had to turn off to sleep When we arrived there were 10 emergency vehicles (police/EMS) because of shooting in the parking lot. Front desk did not lock the doors, did not seemed concerned. He did however move us to a room upstairs per our request as we no longer wanted a first floor room since we did not know if anyone had been arrested or was still outside

We returned to our room around midnight, and the power soon went out and we had to shower in the dark, using our phones. We couldn’t watch tv and the AC wasn’t working. Whatever, accidents happen but we paid over $200 for one night and this was our experience. When I mentioned it while checking out, the attendee only said, “the power was out? Really?”

- Kymberly (8/5): Nice - The breakfast was good. The lovely black lady, working breakfast is amazing. I travel through twice a month, and she is incredibly professional, kind and friendly. The front desk clerk, gave me 1 key for 3 people, she did not honor my request, and I was almost charged twice. I told her 3 times, I prepaid with booking.com, she tried to run my cash app card. Luckily I only leave so much cash on it. I had asked for ground floor( my mom is handicapped) She said no, she couldn’t find my request. She also couldn’t find my members number, but a week prior the front desk clerk was amazing and found it

- Miles (4/5): - Air conditioner did not work, and there was no mat in a very slick bathtub in the room we had the first night. I told the desk clerk of both issues the in the morning, but no action was taken while we were out of the room for about 8 hours. When I asked the evening clerk why the air conditioner are hadn’t been checked, she initially said she hadn’t been on duty that morning, then almost immediately changed the excuse to maintenance having checked the wrong room. When I requested another room from the evening clerk, she just walked away, came back about 10 minutes later and said the thermostat wasn’t set to cool. That was not the case, as I had checked it before requesting a new room. She just walked away again, and a few minutes later while still standing at the desk, I turned and noticed her at the room door with a replacement thermostat (she’d hadn’t even told even told me that’s what she was going to do). She fiddled with the replacement thermostat and the a/c unit for about 10 minutes then just walked out, even after I told her that it still wasn’t working. I went straight back to the desk, and she seemed surprised that the unit wasn’t working, even though I’d told her that less than two minutes before. When I again asked for a different room and mentioned that I was already late for an event, she got very curt with me and said she was working on it. (It was hard to tell, as not once in this 30-minute ordeal had she ever mentioned what her plan was to resolve the issue)

- Voyager38581503462 (4/5): Wet Towels & Cheese in the Tub?! - This is my third time staying at this hotel in the past year, and each visit has had cleanliness issues. I’ve found hair in the tub, wet towels left hanging in the shower, and once even found cheese on the bath mat and in the tub. The service and location are great, but the lack of basic room cleanliness makes it hard to trust this place. I really hope things improve—guests deserve clean rooms.

Also the air conditioner was broke, we called down to ask for a new room & was told they only had a king bed. The next morning we complained again & was told we could have a new room after someone checked out & it was cleaned. After 1 we were finally able to get into a new room, the air worked great, but the mattress still sucks. And the 1st room, the air conditioner was broken & had to have parts ordered…. But never once did they offer to discount our rooms for all of our troubles…. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the elevators was out of order and the other one had a bell that was so loud, my husband could hear it inside our room halfway down the hall. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, our overnight stay was fine but I might look for a different location if I'm in the area again.

- messerj1 (6/5): Don't pick just because of the name. - We stayed at this location because of the Marriott name. Wish I would have researched the TripAdvisor ratings first. I was not recognized by the front desk as a long standing Gold Elite member, which is okay but something the front desk is supposed to do. No elite "gift" as advertised. I had to ask for an upgrade based on my Gold Elite status. One elevator wasn't working. I heard staff talking in the hallway about how long it took for the hot water to be fixed. Breakfast was horrible; no juice, no waffles, only banana nut Muffins (no other options), toaster didn't work. Dining staff said they're waiting on a shipment of supplies. Front Desk this morning said today is the General Managers last day. I wish I'd booked Holiday Inn Express next door.

We came down to the front desk to ask a question and waited at the desk for over 5 minutes just to find out the front desk staff was outside smoking a cigarette. The bathroom didn't seem clean, the shower floor was disgusting, and the AC unit/heating unit smelled terrible.

My kids had a blast until they got out of the pool and their feet were all cut up. They were cut up to the point that my 12 year old did not want to swim the next day. If you’re going to go and enjoy the pool, bring water shoes

- Cynthia (5/5): It was a 70/30% experience. 70% pleasant. - Location and property were convenient, nice, and very clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Our room was clean and smelled clean. The accommodations were great. We did need some extra towels and they were quickly brought to our room by a cheerful and helpful staff member. Our room had several bugs - easily eliminated but I will admit to being uneasy about how many I couldn't see. The shower had very limited if no hot water. There was hot water in the sink but nothing past tepid in the shower. We thought it was a fluke the first morning. After the second morning of tepid water in the shower, we did mentioned it to the front desk.

- Darren (8/5): Great place to stay - The staff we delt with were amazing and friendly. The room was clean as it should be. They need to take a little more time cleaning the corners in the bathroom where dirt builds up. The free breakfast and coffee were good. Our room had been damaged from a water leak at some point. The repairs they made were not very good. Thats why im only giving 4 stars. I would be happy to stay here again. Im very picky when it comes to hotels as i travel alot and ive seen it all!
