The fridge was a fridge where you had to push a button to keep on after a couple hours. The bathroom has no fan and no door so it gets wet, steamy and super slippery!! The bed was rough but not the worst I've slept on. TV streaming was super slow and kept buffering the entire stay.

• Kay (5/5): Irritated about the extra charges for parking particularly in a place like Pullman, WA, where space - There was no breakfast so how can it be rated. Room was clean and quiet. The site says free breakfast and parking. I was charged for both. WiFi is only free if you sign up for a membership for Marriott Bonvoy.
• Bryan (10/5): Thoroughly satisfied with the property and my stay. - The room was modern, comfortable. The bed was comfortable and had adequate pillows (4). The flat screen was large and easy to use. The room had plenty of electrical receptacle with USB ports. The bathroom was modern and inviting. I couldn't find how to set the clock on the clock/radio/phone. Shower head needed cleaning, as it sprayed all over. All very minor inconveniences.

I can understand charging for parking on game days, but it’s a ridiculous fee for a stay in Pullman, WA otherwise. It’s not as if the cars are more protected there than they would be anywhere else.

• Ryan (8/5): - I have stayed here before. Great place. My only complaint was I had early check in requested and I wasn’t able to do that. I had to hang out in the lobby for a few hours. Not necessarily an issue but inconvenient.

Our room faced the enormous hot tub; it was way too bright at night!!! I can't imagine sitting in there with the feeling of being on display for the entire half of the hotel.

Everything seems to be in excellent shape throughout the hotel and the bathroom and shower are nice. Everything seems like new. The best thing is it’s a short walk to the main campus area and it seemed very safe. We were there for the first football game and it was a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

An add in the elevator and on the digital menu indicated a kids menu- but the server said they no longer provided kids menu. Weird! One night was super busy and they did not adequately staff the bistro. There was no mechanism to track orders (numbers, buzzers, names) and my order was snatched by another guest when it was placed on the counter. I had already been waiting a half hour! They aimed to quickly make me another flatbread pizza, but it wasn’t the variety that had ordered.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Nice & clean - - It’s a great location, clean and nice. Pretty standard courtyard Marriott. I reserved two queen beds, and upon check-in they gave me a King. When I showed them my reservation that said 2 queen, they said “oh sorry a king is all we have, we only clean the rooms we need”, and then she said “yeah it actually happens all the time.” What? This courtyard Marriott is the most expensive hotel in town, due to its good location. So I paid way more to go to this hotel than any other place - and they didn’t even honor the reservation? Super annoying. I’m returning again in August and we will be a party of 3, so I decided to stay elsewhere in hopes my reservation is honored and I’m paying less too.

I guess its fine if you bring your own breakfast. They charge for parking but do not have limited space. Not sure why they need to tack on this fee.

They didn't clean the rooms - It was nice but you have to pay extra for the breakfast and they didn't clean the rooms for some reason we had to ask him even then they just didn't be the trash. Disappointing. See above. Also they didn't have a microwave. This room is pretty expensive at least she have a microwave besides her refrigerator and clean up towels. And if you get trash daily.

Trying to save a few bucks by having to use your room card to keep power on while you are in it did not impress. the shower was not set up well. One small grab bar at the end opposite of where you stand under the shower head. The TV set up was not convenient so I didn't use it.

• Daric (7/5): Grad weekend. Needed a break from grads! - Friendly staff, housekeeping is always really nice, bar service was good We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn't ready. We were not able to check in until after 6:00.
• Amy (10/5): Great location and comfortable beds. - Convenient and close to my daughter’s place. Stayed on Sunday because it was affordable (meaning not graduation surgery pricing) The shower floor was grimey and black. The rest of the room was spotless but the shower floor was gross. Minor considering how nice everything else was.
• Jeannie (10/5): - This was a nice and quiet place to stay. There was a loud game going on in The lobby when we arrived but when we got to our room we couldn’t hear a thing.
