• Ibáñez (7/5): - La cocina muy chica y no estaba my limpia. Poco espacio para sentarte o pasar tiempo afuera o tenias que subir hasta la terraza. Para usar el comedor había horarios, si se te hace tarde ya no podes usar los diferentes espacios y apagan las luces. No me dejaron calentar agua para hacerme un té.

• Cindi (8/5): Muy agradable - La ubicación y los voluntarios un 10! Los chicos muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Está cerca de puntos importantes en la ciudad. El hostel es grande, los baños y duchas están afuera de las habitaciones lo que me pareció muy práctico, tiene un lindo espacio al aire libre y cocina completa. También, arman actividades recreativas para los huéspedes Faltan más toma corrientes en las habitaciones compartidas. Por otro lado, durante los días que me hospedé hubo un evento con alumnos de colegio que ocupaban el único espacio destinado para comer por horas

• Daniela (9/5): - Tive uma experiência muito especial neste hostel em Recoleta. A organização e a limpeza realmente se destacam, tudo muito bem cuidado, o que traz uma sensação imediata de acolhimento e tranquilidade. O ambiente é leve, respeitoso e com uma energia muito familiar, daqueles lugares que fazem a gente se sentir confortável desde o primeiro momento. Quero deixar um carinho especial para a Karolina, a Guilhermina e o Gonzalo, que são extremamente prestativos, atentos e fazem toda a diferença na experiência. A presença deles transforma o espaço em algo ainda mais humano e acolhedor. Foi uma estadia que deixou uma marca bonita Não tem água filtrada.

• Andrea (10/5): Comodidad en Recoleta - Me encantó el desayuno y la vibra del Hostel! El hostel estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Me gustó mucho las actividades que proponía el Hostel (Quiz night y clases de español). Sin duda volveré :)

• Stefan (4/5): - Die Lage Ich kam um Mitternacht an, und mein Bett war besetzt. Die Volunteer war überfordert und ich wechselte dann in einen anderen Dorm. Tags darauf musste ich wieder wechseln und mein Zeug wurde neben dem alten Bett platziert. Organisation scheint überhaupt nicht vorhanden, da weiss die linke Hand nicht was die rechte tut. Die Klima im Raum wird durch das Personal erst spät nachts bedient. Sehr nervig, dies nicht einstellen zu können da es super heiss wird vorher im Zimmer. Badezimmer und Duschen waren mässig sauber. Die Lage ist oke, der Rest lässt zu wünschen übrig und ist mässig unterhalten. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hostel nicht mehr buchen.

• Emilie-Marie (8/5): Hostel Recoleta - Le personnel: très gentil et serviable. Le rooftop. La déco: canapé vintage à tous les étages. Le quartier: vert, propre et on se sent en sécurité car quartier plutôt huppé. Les prises dans la chambre sont desuets ainsi il faut un adaptateur. Il n'y a pas de dortoir girls only et il faudrait réhabiliter la sdb. Le petit déjeuner en supplément ne vaut pas le coup: il faut attendre une éternité avant d'être servie. Je n'ai pas non plus aimé ne pas avoir de clefs et j'ai trouvé cela étrange de ne pas pouvoir accueillir de personne extérieure à l'établissement, même pour un court instant.

• Adrina (1/5): Tem que haver alguma segurança - A localização é alguns funcionários . Fui roubada por uma hóspede que estava no mesmo quarto que eu , e não fizeram nada. Sai à noite , voltei e quando cheguei não estava meu perfume e produtos de pele , procurei no quarto , um produto estava na bota dessa hóspede que estava , e outro produto dentro do lixeiro do banheiro porque eu olhei tudo , estava dentro do lixeiro e as pessoas que trabalham no hostel não fizeram caso nenhum , eu disse que ia chamar a polícia e não fizeram caso . Fiquei em outros hostel e nunca aconteceu isso … uma experiência horrível e frustrante , e além de tudo essa trans ainda queria me agredir . Enfim !!! Cuidado !!!

• Paz (10/5): Excelente para conocer viajeros - Ya perdí la cuenta de las veces que me quedé en el Hostel, el ambiente es excelente al igual que el personal! Ahora sumaron clases de español y de conversación en donde pude conocer a otros viajeros de todo el mundo, me encantó esta actividad. Sin duda voy a seguir hospedandome en Voyage en mis futuras escapadas a Buenos Aires :)

• Jane (10/5): Good value hostel in central location - The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent. I love the location - it's really central to Recoleta and surrounding tourist spots and local parks. The building itself and decor is pretty cool too, with a nice shared living room and kitchen. The wifi was fast which was great as I needed to do some work while I was there. The staff were really helpful and friendly, check in and out was super easy and I got lots of local advice on places to eat and see. It has a really nice atmosphere! Nothing!

• Shona (10/5): Good value hostel in a handy location - My second time staying here, it's good value for it's handy location. The staff are really nice and helpful, and the social activities like the Spanish class and conversation club they put on are a great way to meet people. Highly recommend!

• Marie (7/5): Good location and friendly staff, but very basic facilities - The location is very good and convenient, especially for exploring the city. The staff was really friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay nicer overall. The facilities are quite limited. There are only two showers and one toilet for everyone. The water pressure was very low and it was difficult to get hot water. Sometimes there was no toilet paper available. Overall, the common facilities could really be improved.
• Cortez (2/5): They care more about their concept than people - They agreed on a free cancellation, I appreciate that. Thank you. But there is a big BUT After traveling for 20h, I had to keep moving because they didn’t allow my bicycle in. I was by myself, no big group. They said there’s a paid park nearby, and that they couldn’t store my bike because the space is dedicated for tango lessons lol. I had one night reserved, I just needed to rest. My bike wouldn’t hurt their business, it was just a tremendous lack of hospitality. Had this hostel lower score on booking I wouldn’t have tried it. That’s why I’m giving it a 2: people with such hospitality shouldn’t have their business among the highest rated.

• Phoebe (7/5): A convenient and comfortable spot - The property was in a great location in the Recoleta area, conveniently in the middle and nearby to other neighbourhoods. The staff were very attentive and always smiling. Our room was regularly cleaned and the breakfast was lovely too. Unfortunately when we stayed there were multiple power outages, one lasting until the next day which was a bit of an issue when it came to charging our phones and wifi. However, the power was working in the communal areas so it wasn’t the end of the world. There wasn’t clear signage outside the property so it’s hard to find it at first.

En verdad el Hostel esta un poco descuidado, sus puertas, sus chapas y sus baños estan agrietados sus instalaciones un poco viejas y desactualizadas, ademas los sofas huelen a sucio, no hay tomas ni luz en las camas que faciliten el estar cómodo y no afectar al otro. en general falta ajustar muchas cosas.

Looked like mold in the shower. There's no sign or anything outside to let you know where it is.

• Lene (5/5): Aceptable relación precio calidad pero hay mejores opciones - Lo mejor es la ubicación pues queda cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad Hacia mucho calor, había aire acondicionado pero uno no tenía el control de el, el baño siempre estaba mojado el piso o el lavamanos, la gente se paseaba muy tarde y hacía ruido en horarios que se supone era tranquilo, la cocina tampoco estaba muy equipada
