Ci hanno aiutato con tanti consigli e ci hanno parlato della cultura locale. Punto forte sono sicuramente la deliziosa colazione, abbondante e varia, e la cena sempre servite nel bellissimo cortile interno. La struttura ha anche una bella terrazza sul tetto per ulteriori momenti di relax. Mi dispiace dover ripartire.

Le lieu est magnifique, décoré avec goût, et offre une atmosphère paisible et authentique, un vrai havre de paix en plein cœur de la médina. La chambre était très confortable, propre et parfaitement équipée. Mention spéciale pour la qualité du service : toute l’équipe est attentionnée, disponible et toujours prête à aider ou à partager de bons conseils. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et généreux, avec des produits frais. En résumé, une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un petit déjeuner remarquable. Le jardin intérieur est une merveille, un havre de paix où, installé devant un délicieux thé à la menthe, occupé à observer les tortues et écouter les oiseaux, on oublie totalement l'animation du quartier. L'emplacement, en limite de médina, quasiment en face du magnifique palais Batha. À 100m d'une station de petits taxis urbains. C'est à coup sûr notre prochaine adresse à Fès. Certains équipements vieillissent.

Es pequeñito, el patio central es un sueño y las habitaciones son preciosas. El baño tiene de todo. Un 10 en limpieza. El desayuno en la terraza buenísimo y el personal súper amable, siempre con una sonrisa y los consejos que necesites.

We got the first floor room and the garden turtles were greeting us every time we stepped out or got back. The dinner we had the first evening was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place.

All of them (and in particular Nordine) made our stay a pure pleasure which was really appreciated as we did a lot of driving coming to Fes. Rooms are beautiful, its is close to everything, decoration is spot on, breakfast perfect. Just top notch. I liked everything. I just hope that when i come back i see the same staff (being happy and content) and everything the way it was now cause it was perfect.

• Bianca (10/5): - • vorallem der junge Mann (wir haben uns seinen Namen leider nicht gemerkt) war an Gastfreundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen und hat uns interessante Einblicke in die marokkanische Kultur gegeben. • Auch das Abendessen (das man zusätzlich bestellen kann) war sehr gut und wurde liebevoll serviert. • Unser Zimmer war traditionell eingerichtet und bot viel Platz. • der Innenhof ist wunderschön & vor den Zimmern befinden sich gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten • Die Lage empfanden wir als optimal, da Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, aber das Riad trotzdem nicht mitten in der Medina lag Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😊 • aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden (für ein solches Gebäude, vermutlich nicht ungewöhnlich) bröckelt der Putz ein bisschen von der Decke.

La chambre au rdc était propre et spacieuse (incluant la salle de bains). Les délicieux petits-déjeuners vont nous manquer. Enfin, que du positif à dire sur le personnel avec mentions spéciales à Nourdine et Hayat pour leur gentillesse, attention et nombreux conseils. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

• Sofia (9/5): Very kind and helpful staff in a cozy, yet little cramped, riad offering very big breakfast - Even thought the rooms were a little small, they were equipped with every comfort. The rooftop terrace was really nice. There were both an indoor space for having breakfast and the complimentary tea in the afternoon and an outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air. The room was a little cramped and the bathroom had only a bath which made having a shower a little difficult. Moreover there was a current of cold air coming through the window in the bathroom.

Un buon servizio e personale sempre disponibile. La camera era ampia e pulita. La colazione tradizionale è un valore aggiunto. Abbiamo cenato due volte in hotel e ci siamo trovati bene. Unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarla, è stata la jacuzzi non funzionante nel bagno, non ci era stato comunicato il disservizio. La camera aveva un valore aggiunto proprio per questa sua funzionalità.

• Pauline (10/5): Parfait! - Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe du Riad grâce à qui nos 4 jours sur place ont été extrêmement plaisants. Mention spéciale à Nordine et Hayatt qui rendent vraiment ce lieu spécial: ils sont d’une gentillesse absolue, nous ont fournis plein de bons conseils et nous ont aidé à organiser nos journées. Et surtout notre fils de 2 ans a été accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance et on nous a mis à disposition tout le nécessaire (chaise haute, baignoire enfant) pour passer un bon moment. Les chambres sont très belles et fonctionnelles (nous en avons testé 2 au RDC), le patio très agréable et l’espace couvert sur le toit terrasse permet de prendre les repas au chaud vu la saison. Nous avons pu dîner sur place le soir, ce qui est très appréciable avec un enfant. Les repas étaient variés et (très) copieux. Idem pour les petits dej, nous nous sommes régalés tous les matins. Bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement ce Riad dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis « comme à la maison » et ne manquerons pas de revenir si nous repassons par Fes.

• Karsten (10/5): - zeer vriendelijk personeel, aan de rand van de Medina gelegen en dus niet TE druk, veel info en uitleg over de stad/uitstapjes ontvangen. ons dochter mocht ook nog langer blijven en de gemeenschappelijke zone gebruiken. Gidsen en taxi kwamen mooi op tijd. lekker Marokkaans ontbijt. op wens ook een drankje op het dakterras eigenlijk niets....echter niet veel variatie in het ontbijt...maar werd steeds goed aangevuld
• Mayra (10/5): Don’t stay anywhere else - The location is great, right at the edge of the Medina. Hayat and Nordine were both incredible and definitely deserve a raise. Breakfast was amazing. They even provided me with gluten free bread. The dinner cooked by Nordine was the best we had on our trip to Morocco. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet. Parking could be a little tricky.

• Abdulrahman (10/5): A great location with easy parking access! - On top of the the beautiful decor, and the level of comfort in the hotel, Noureddine and Hayat were too good to us. They kept checking in to make sure everything is in place and gave us great tips and advice for the city. They upgraded us before our visit and made us amazing and diverse breakfast every day that we can’t even get to half of it. It was delicious! The fact that it’s on the edge of the Medina can be a miss for some, but for me it was perfect for us as we brought a car and we were helped with finding a car parking too. Thank you for everything!

There is a great selection of restaurants and services near the hotel, which makes the stay very convenient. The room and bathroom are large, comfortable, and well maintained. The heater works extremely well, which was especially appreciated. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast is tasty and well prepared. We got delayed on a train and they literally made us food at midnight. And the food was some of the best we had in the country. I could not recommend a stay here more. Nothing!

• Melanie (10/5): The true gem in Fes - Location top, around the corner of Medina but in a quiet place with easy access by veichle; beautiful ornaments and decorations, an authentic experience to live in a traditional Riad. But the staff is the real gem: each of them provides us helpful information, warm greetings whenever we're out or back, and invited us to stay in a spare room for tea or breaks as we booked a room with limited space for three adults. Overall I would definitely recommend this place especially for those who what to have a special experience (I saw couples came for honeymoon). Nothing, all good

• Paul (7/5): Fijn verblijf in Fes. - Prima Riad midden in de Medina van Fes. Ze geven je goed advies waar je heen kunt gaan en waar je op moet letten. Ruime kamer met badkamer met bad en een hele smalle toiletruimte. Het ontbijt was bijzonder lekker. Helemaal niets.
