- Verified traveler (6/5): - This was a decent stay (MC6 on the square). The apartment is very cleanand staff are helpful. You only get one body towel and one hand towel per pertain and one duvet and one pillow. If you request extras they impose a $20 fee. The building was quiet but more often than not the security doors left ajar and anyone could enter the building.
- Gonzalo (2/5): - These people treat us really badly. Expedia contacted them several times regarding moving our reservation to another week because someone in our party had Covid and we had to postpone the trip. Expedia customer service contacted them at least three different times (while I was in the chat with them) and they always said that "the reservations people is gone for the day", it doesn't matter at what time you called them. Three days before arriving I decided to contact them directly just to find out that "because of the short time advice you can't do anything". So basically they tell you always to call later until it is too late. Worst customer service ever, AVOID STAYING HERE.

- Tina (6/5): Familielejlighed med super beliggenhed. - Lejligheden ligger helt perfekt i gåafstand til de fleste seværdighederne Lejligheden mangler dog udluftningsmuligheder. Der var tæt på 30 grader inden og vinduer er kunne ikke åbnes på øverste plan, hvor man skulle sove. Praktisk set er der kun et soveværelse, de øvrige sovepladser er i samme rum, hvor man opholder sig. Lejligheden egner sig derfor bedst til familier med yngre børn. Der stod i vores materiale, at opholdet var med rengøring, det var det ikke. Men vi havde dog nogle dejlige dage i Prag, det kan ingen tage fra os ❤️

My only complaint was something bite me in the middle of the night and made my foot swell up like a Easter Ham! I couldn’t walk the next day. I looked under the bed and it looked like a dust bunny farm- hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time

- Peter (6/5): - Die gebuchte Unterkunft auf Expedia stimmte nicht mit der Unterkunft überein, die wir dann letztendlich erhalten haben. Da wir nur für eine Nacht da waren, war es uns egal, da es uns der Aufwand nicht wert war. Trotzdem ein Rat an alle Reisenden, die über Expedia ein Appartment von Old Town Square buchen. Bitte unbedingt beim check-in abklären ob es auch wirklich das Appartment ist, welches gebucht wurde. Ich werde Appartments in Zukunft jedenfalls nicht mehr über Expedia buchen, sondern über die Konkurrent, da weiß ich, was ich bekomme.

- AJ (10/5): Groot appartement met geweldige ligging! - De ligging van dit appartement is geweldig! Uitzicht vanuit twee raampjes op het Oude Stadsplein. Ons appartement was op de vierde verdieping. Heel ruim met drie tweepersoonsbedden. Open ruimte met gebinten maakt het sfeervol. Receptie is 5 minuten lopen.

- JIHYUN (8/5): - 위치 최고. 모든 곳이 도보로 가능. 올드타운을 그대로 느낄 수 있음 . 유럽 아파트 치고 관리가 잘 되어있긴함 . 다만 이런 아파트의 고질적인 문제인 열쇠가 많이 헛돌아서 현관 앞에서 시간 꽤 날림 ㅋㅋ 인덕션이 지 멋대로 꺼졌다 켜졌다 해서 라면 하나 끓여먹기가 힘들었으나 애초에 별 기대 안하고 가서 뭐.. 온수는 한번 샤워 하면 30분에서 1시간 정도는 기다려야돼서 먼저 씻는 사람이 유리함 엘레베이터 있음 . 수건은 인당 2장씩 준비됨 그래도 전체적으로 관리가 (유럽치고) 잘 되어있는 아파트이고 리셉션이 24시간? 운영되어 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받음. 리셉션 장소와 아파트가 떨어져 있지만 10분 이내의 거리에 있어서 가까운 편이고 체크아웃은 오전 8:30이후를 권장함 디파짓은 100유로임 (현금) 다소 밖이 시끄럽긴 한데 이 가격에 이 정도면 아주 훌륭함
- Diana Jane (10/5): “A Sight To Behold From Our Window” - I accidentally booked the no cancellation. Then, I read a lot of bad reviews about Old Town Square Premium right after I booked this apartment. I got worried when I read that they ask for deposit before your stay and would not return the deposit when you check out. All the bad reviews I read where not true. I booked for a pick up ride from the railway to the main building. Old Town Premium Square gave us their cell no so I could contact them via WhatsApp. They reply instantly everytime I have a query. The apartment we got was right across the Old Town Square. It was centrally located and the sIze of the apartment was huge. The beds were very comfortable. There were no shampoo, conditioner (there was soap ) but we were informed about it prior to our stay. We were also given a recommended list of restaurants, where to change your money to their currency, and the map. We tried some of the restos and they were really good. Beware of the money changer. Rates should be 24-25. If you changed your money at a low rate, you still have 3 hours to return it back. Regarding the deposit, if you check out in the main building, they will return it back to you. Since we did not want to go to the main building anymore, the cleaner met us on our check out date and time and brought the deposit to the apartment. I asked for pick up at the apartment to the airport and the driver picked us up at the designated time and place.
- Seungyong (10/5): 연말에 묵었던 숙소입니다 - 쫑말 쬐약의 쑥쏘였습뮈다. 이 글을 뽀시는 한국분이라면 쫄때 묶지마세요. 후기 잘 안남기는데 너무 쬐약이라서 남기네요. 체크인 하는 곳부터 꺼쥐같았떤 꼿이었숩니다. 체크인하다가 꺼찌깥은 빽윈새뀌한테 인쫑차뼐도 당해쑵니다. 뷰도 저거 꾸라임니다

- Jan (8/5): Nästan mitt på torget i gamla stan - Stor trevlig lägenhet som ligger i precis vid torget i gamla stan. Fönster vetter rakt mot torget. Lägenheten har sovrum, kök och vardagsrum. En toalett. Köket välutrustat, lika med toaletten. Lägenheten har 8 bäddar vilket är mycket med tex bara en toalett. Vardagsrummet skulle kunna ha mer sittmöjligheter istället. När vi var där var det en stor renovering i trapphuset som vi inte fått information om. Smuts drogs in i lägenheten. När vi kom var det dessutom hantverkare i lägenheten som byggde en säng. De arbetade fort och bra men jag uppfattade att de bidragit att det inte var helt rent i lägenheten när vi kom. På stora hela en mycket trevlig lägenhet och mycket bra kontakt med reception före och under vistelsen.

- Jamie (4/5): - I was shocked at the conditions here. The hotel looked as if it at bombed. Nobody who stayed here ever commented or posted pictures- how is this possible?? The apartment was a ways walk away from the check in that was hard to find, we were emailed after the booking that it was separate. After dragging bags 10 min across the square we had to carry them up 3 flights of stairs. No lift, the condition of the hallway was crazy bad- concrete dust everywhere. It seemed to be under construction- in the back there was scaffolding with men working. The windows were broke and anyone could enter and we didn’t feel safe. There was no working light in the hallway when we left at 4:30 am.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment we stayed in was very nice although it had a strange floor plan. There was a bedroom bed in the dining/living room right next to the table. The kitchen was on the other side of the apartment near the bedrooms. It was beautifully redecorates and held all of us 5. We also rented the apartment upstairs that was not as nice and we didn’t need it and were not told this in advance. We had to haul our luggage clear across the square and back to get the key, about half an hour and then had to do it for check out while they went and checked the apartments to give us back our cash deposit. They should have someone meet you st the apartment with a key and then come get it. You had to pay extra to use the air conditioner even though there were no windows in the middle bedroom. Overall, a clean apartment in a great location but very poor customer service and convenience. I would not stay here again.

- Rafael (10/5): Nice place I really recommend it - Great place we have the whole floor for us the view is to the church in the main square the only thing is that you have to walk a little from the check in to the apartment and if you are tired you May find this not convenient, but once you get there is awesome Elevator was not working but I think that could happen anywhere they need to verify this often you have a place to buy food and water near the place which is good At the front desk the guys are really open to help you out and the cost of the transportation from/to the hotel was fair which is good that sabes you the hassle of looking for a secure and not expensive transportation to the center of Prague

- so yeon (10/5): 위치, 청결, 전망 모두 좋습니다. - 프라하 올드스퀘어가 내려다보이는 숙소 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋고, 창문으로 보이는 전망도 아주 좋았습니다. 숙소 자체도 깨끗하고 넓고 기대 이상이었습니다. 다만, 올드스퀘어가 워낙 유명한 관광지이다보니, 이른 아침, 늦은 저녁까지 계속 시끌시끌하다는 문제점이 좀 있었지만, 관광 자체를 위해서는 최고의 위치가 아닌가 싶습니다.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location and wonderful staff - The location and view were incredible and the service was wonderful; however, the apartment needed some minor repairs before we arrived and the main office address was not the same as listed on the website. The photos on the website were much better than the room where we stayed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not as advertised - We booked the apt through Expedia. The apt address is at the old town square and the reception address outside of the square which is ok. But, when we checked in, we were given an apt several blocks from the square. We stayed in the apt for one night (we booked 3 nts), which was a horrible experience. The room was very hot (over 32 c), without AC. There were a couple of small fans. We had to open the windows which face a street that is full of people and cars even at midnight and early morning, which means that we heard loud noises ALL night long. Also, the wooden floor of this old apt deteriorated to the extent that with any weight on it, it makes big squeeky noise. And the very old and worn beds also make loud noise with any body movement. Between the heat and the noises, we could not sleep. Next day, we complained and got sent to another apt that is 30 min walking and 10 min driving from the old town square. This one is also very warm inside, without AC, but it's in a quiet neighborhood, so with opened windows, we were able to get some sleep. We booked this place after seeing many positive reviews, but our experience had been terrible. We can not recommend this place to anyone. You are being warned, take your own risk, if you still want to.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 우연히 잡은 최고의 숙소 - 예상치못하게 일정이 변경되어 급하게 잡은 숙소였는데 반전급으로 최고의 숙소. 다만 위치가 Old Town square 광장이 정면에 보이는 좋은 위치인데 간판이 없이 입구문에 조그맣게 씌여있어 찾기 힘들었고, check in 하기위해 Old Town Square apartment 로 가야하는데 어떻게 가라는 것인지 알수가 없었음. 결론적으로는 난 Old Town Square Premium Apt 에 묵는 것인데 열쇠를 받으려면 다른 곳에 거쳐서 가야함. 어려움이 좀 있었으나 최고의 야경~ 넓은 아파트 에 방도 마루방, 안방 , 화장실, 부엌 다 따로라 2커플이나 대가족이 와도 문제 없겠음.
