• Ines (10/5): Auf jeden Fall wieder! - Die Unterkunft liegt optimal um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen; geräumiges Zimmer; kein beschränkter Verkehrszugang. Keine Parkprobleme. Die Dame, die die Unterkunft führt ist außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und einfühlsam. Wir haben nichts vermisst und waren extrem zufrieden. Nichts :-)

• roberto (9/5): Dimora storica a die passi dal centro, top - Posizione eccezionale a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale del centro storico di Palermo, struttura pulitissima e staff super accogliente Da migliorare, secondo me, l’isolamento acustico delle camere. In alcuni orari per l’odore di fritto proveniente dal locale sottostante non si poteva tenere la finestra aperta, in ogni caso c’era il condizionatore che funzionava benissimo.

• Petra (9/5): Außergewöhnlich, sauber, top Lage, gutes Frühstück - Die ganze Unterkunft und Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich. Alles war sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, gemütlich. Das Badezimmer auch. Der Frühstücksraum war auch außergewöhnlich. Das Frühstück war gut, vor allem die Croissants waren super frisch und sehr lecker. Parken konnten wir auf einem kleinen Parkplatz ein paar hundert Meter entfernt in der VIA Cappuccini. Die Lage ist top, wir waren in ganz wenigen Minuten schon bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten Palazzo Reale etc. Ich hatte leider eine durchgelegene Matratze und ein unbequemes Kissen. Daher hatte ich nicht gut schlafen können.

• major51 (10/5): - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Pyszne śniadanie na które składało się gorące pieczywo rogaliki na słodko, wędlina, ser żółty, dżemy, kawa, soki, herbata i co kto chciał. Łóżka bardzo wygodne a pokoje czyste i wysprzątane. Świetna lokalizacja obiektu blisko starego miasta i wszystkich atrakcji. Nie ma problemu z pozostawienie auta na noc gdyż jest dużo darmowych miejsc przy ulicy.. Właściciele bardzo serdecznie i troskliwie służyli nam wielką pomocą podpowiadając gdzie dobrze zjeść oraz co i gdzie zwiedzić. Bardzo dziękujemy naszej gospodyni i pozdrawiamy ją serdecznie. Kiedy będziemy jeszcze raz w Palermo napewno zatrzymamy się w tym miejscu gdyż ma klimat i świetną atmosferę. . Nie było takiej rzeczy

• Eckhard (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft um Palermo zu erkunden. Wir würden wieder kommen. - Die Lage der Antica Dimora ist ideal zur Erkundung der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Alles ist leicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Damenen der Bedienung sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Francesca hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war vielfälltig und ausreichend. Das ging weit über ein normales italienisches Frühstück hinaus. Unsere Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, allerdings etwas dunkel. Es gibt jedoch größere und hellere Zimmer. Da gibt es kaum etwas.

• Johanna (9/5): Outside the old city walls, yet close enough that you can visit the old city easily. - It’s a beautiful building. We took a room for four of us, so we were not really looking for comfort, just a place to crash. We did not have breakfast there. I imagine that if you get a bigger room, it is probably a pretty nice place to sleep. The beds were not as comfy as some we have had, but otherwise, lovely personnel, and our room was on the inner courtyard, so not noisy at night. Pretty good location.

Sytuacja ze śniadaniem spowodowała pogorszenie oceny. Na miejscu przy check in otrzymałam informację że na jedną osobę przypada jedno jajko oraz jeden rogalik… :D Podróżowałam z grupą 14 kobiet i sytuacja z „ograniczeniem” była dla nas mało komfortowa. Jeść śniadanie i zastanawiać się czy możemy wypić drugą kawę lub czy koleżanka będzie miała co położyć na swoją kanapke to trochę żenująca sytuacja. Nocleg powinien oferować śniadanie lub nie. Informacja po rezerwacji to jakaś pomyłka. Ogromny potencjał a przez taką sytuację nie zatrzymałabym się tam znów.

Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per un' intera giornata in modo da continuare la nostra visita in città agevolmente. Le indicazioni sui posti dove mangiare sono state preziose. Non potevamo chiedere di più!!!!! Da non credere ma è stato tutto perfetto!!!!!

• Silvia (4/5): Passabile solo per la posizione comoda e il prezzo basso - Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi dal centro Struttura datata, la camera è molto ampia ma necessita di manutenzione. C'è una tv molto piccola e i materassi sono scomodi. La colazione purtroppo è pessima, i prodotti che propongono sono di scarsa qualità, i bicchieri sono in plastica, i succhi di frutta confezionati vengono offerti in brocche da pic nic, lo yogurt da discount, i cornetti surgelati, di cui alcuni ancora crudi all'interno, frutta molle, al limite della commestibilità. I cereali per lo yogurt sono proposti in erogatori rotti, privi di manopola. Niente pane, nessuno ha chiesto se volessimo uova o salumi in alternativa ai cornetti (alla prenotazione era prevista la possibilità di scegliere tra salumi, uova o cornetti), che invece abbiamo trovato al tavolo. Prima ancora del nostro arrivo si erano preoccupati di farci sapere il prezzo degli extra, quando sarebbe bastato davvero poco per rendere tutto accettabile: abituati all'ospitalità dei siciliani, qui non se ne vede nemmeno l'ombra purtroppo. Allo stesso prezzo avremmo potuto fare una colazione sicuramente più dignitosa in un qualsiasi altro bar.

Po dokonaniu rezerwacji otrzymałam listę produktów i limitów obowiązujących na śniadaniu na 1 osobę. W rzeczywistości wybór był bardzo skromny. Na talerzu czekały podgrzane croissanty, o wędlinie i jajkach nie było mowy. Tylko 1 ciepły napój do wyboru podany do stolika. Dodaję zdjęcia regulaminu śniadania. Warto przemyśleć jeśli ktoś nastawia się na syte, różnorodne śniadanie. Hotelik znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy, więc nawet w nocy, przy zamkniętych okiennicach jest głośno.

La entrada es un poco oscura y yo en concreto iba con una amiga que bueno nos asustó inicialmente la oscuridad de la entrada y que debíamos abrir muchas puertas para poder llegar al alojamiento en si. Era cómodo y el personal encantador.

• Bernarda (10/5): Lovely hotel close to the city centre. - Antica Dimora was great! I really liked that it was an old bulding with what seemed like original floors, tiles and ceilings were kept. Despite that, the air conditioning was working great. The breakfast was good, there were some sweet and some savoury options. The staff was very accommodating, we felt like we can reach out at any moment if we needed something. Also, everything was very clean. The location seemed safe and it’s very close to the city centre. The wi-fi could be better.

Bylismy bardzo zdziwieni gdy dostaliśmy słodkie włoskie śniadanie. co nam powiedziano? ze skoro nie ma ludzi to nie będą marnować jedzenia i nie serwują wtedy śniadań jakie były w ofercie. trzeba było podobno zamówić ze się takie chce. Szkoda ze nam o tym nie powiedziała recepcja choc o temacie śniadania była z nią mowa. podobne rozczarowanie śniadaniem przed wylotem. wczesnie wstawaliśmy bo o 6. Recepcja powiedziała nam ze sniadania sa od 8:30. Gdy zapytąłam sie czy w takim razie zapłace mniej skoro nie korzystam, to odpowiedziano ze nie ma takiej możliwości. nie zapewniła nam żadnego posiłku. Nadrobiła tę sytuację kucharka. wyjasniła nam i podała to co miała.

• Maxim (6/5): Ok for a short stay, but check which room you are offered - Spacious place, good location close to the cathedral and Norman palace. Staff was really friendly. Room #2 which we got was extremely noisy and light polluted both from the street and also through the flimsy door with finger wide gap to the common area. Other rooms which are opening to the inner courtyard are much more quiet, but we were asked to pay extra and it was easier and cheaper to find a quiet apartment in a more quiet area. Breakfast wass included but it was really meager, it's better to get a breakfast in the coffee place downstairs

• Žygimantas (8/5): Good overall - Very spacious apartment and central, clean. Very high ceilings, you feel like in a palace museum. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Possible to park car for free 10 minutes away. Very central location, convenient for exploring Palermo. Breakfast was only sweet options, for those like me who prefer less sweet in morning was not ideal. Some repair in the shower is needed, shower head doesnt hold and is broken. More light would be needed - quite dim at night. Quite noisy but it’s central location so not mich can be done.
• Oksana (10/5): Великолепный номер, удобная кровать, оборудованная кухня, сантехника в отличном состоянии. - Великолепное расположение отеля в самом центре города, недалеко от исторических достопримечательностей, рядом продуктовые магазины и множество заведений со вкусной домашней итальянской едой. Хозяйка отеля Франческа - самая милая женщина Палермо, очень внимательная и добросердечная к каждому гостю отеля, дала много полезных советов по достопримечательностям и ориентации в городе. Спасибо большое за гостеприимный прием и заботу! Обязательно вернусь в этот отель и в прекрасный Палермо!!! Нет замечаний.
• Mar (6/5): Decepcionante - Lo que más destacaría es la ubicación, cerca de un de las calles principales de la ciudad y con facilidad de aparcamiento por la zona. También destacaría la amabilidad tanto de la persona que nos hizo el check-in como de la persona que nos atendió en el desayuno, el último día nos íbamos antes de que empezase la hora del desayuno y nos dejó todo lo necesario para que pudiéramos desayunar antes de irnos. El estado en general del apartamento, necesita una reforma, la cerradura de la habitación estaba estropeada y habían hecho un apaño para poder cerrar la puerta. Las camas individuales, eran de muelles y podías contar todos los muelles cuando te tumbabas por como se marcaban. El baño es pequeño, la ducha enana sin apenas presión de agua, el lavabo tenía un agujero por el que salían hormigas durante la noche. La luz es demasiado tenue, le falta iluminación tanto a la habitación como a las zonas comunes.

• Flavio (8/5): Week end a Palermo che ricorderò per l'occasione. - Posizione ottima per il centro della città, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto e soprattutto la colazione preparata dalla Sig.ra Francesca a dir poco fantastica, oltre ad essere un'ottima consigliera su come muoversi in città, cosa vedere, e posti carini dove fermarsi per un boccone. Camera che affacciava su una strada molto rumorosa di notte per il traffico. Ma qui la struttura NON ha colpe.
• Alessandra (6/5): La nostra permanenza nella struttura è stata piacevole, la stanza accogliente e pulita. - Ottima posizione molto vicina al centro e a tutte ai principali luoghi di interesse I letti erano scomodi. Il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto male organizzato.
