• MEL (10/5): - I had the pleasure of staying at Eldon Suites Apartments again.   Every time I stay there it gets better.   I've stayed at several accommodation in Nairibi.     This by far the most comfortable and best location.  Staff are very helpful with all my needs.   Im especially grateful for Grace & Wesley at reservation desk.   Along with the security guards every was very polite and professional.   I cant think of anything.

I would suggest the host looks at: Internet slow or not working.TV not working, it was changed but still unable to watch anything and although the staff member said he would return and fix it he didn't, but I think it needs an Ethinet cable to function.On arrival no basic cooking knife or kitchen cloths and gas cooker not connected.Door bell not working so unable to hear housekeeping who knocked softly.Pool lounger mattresses either need repairing or replacing as the heavy rains had entered the foam through the split covers so were squirting water when used.

• PROVIDENCE (3/5): 2 nuits horribles dans cet établissement. Je ne recommande pas - Belle résidence avec un bon emplacement. Personnel gentil et serviable. Appartement au 5 ème étage sans ascenseur alors que nous avions des valises et 2 enfants en bas âges. La télécommande n'était pas dans l'appartement, nous l'avons réclamé plusieurs fois avant de l'avoir. Sur 4 serviettes de toilettes, seulement 2 ont pu être disponibles, il n'était pas possible d'en avoir 2 autres. Douche rouillée. Une seule assiette disponible. Des cafards autour de la plaque de cuisson.

The staff were not bothered, poor communication with no ounce if customer service. The overall experience was so poor a hostel would have been better than paying for penthouse that looked, smelled and lacked any life.

• John (7/5): Great staff, great location, comfy room. - Comfy bed, well equipped apartment. Lovely grounds, pool, sun loungers. Staff were fantastic. Great location for exploring and for Junction mall. I had a roadside room which was very noisey and it got a little stuffy because I couldn’t open the doors because of the noise. But earplugs sorted me out. The rooms with a pool view are much quieter. Some of the gym equipment needs repairing.

• Rachel (7/5): - The apartment was a great location! The room was well decorated and very spacious. I requested to upgrade my room prior to arrival and the request was confirmed. However, upon arrival I was notified of the upgrade charge and it was more than advertised online. The check-in process was slow because the larger room was not ready. The microwave didn't work, but the next day I was provided with a new one. The tv would not work and although we asked to have this issue fixed all three days I was there, this issue was never resolved. We didn't get clean towels while there, but they did change the bed sheets and make the beds.

• Andrea (8/5): A convenient base for stays in the area - Great location near Junction Mall. Staff is very kind and responsive. Nice garden with swimming pool. The structure is a bit outdated. Facilities are basic but cover all the essentials.

The place is truly family-friendly, and the kitchen was great — fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to Junction Mall — with secure parking, a gym available at any time, and a lovely swimming pool to unwind. The rates are very reasonable for such a prime location, and this place truly feels like a home away from home in Nairobi. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

It will take them five minutes to clean kitchen two bedroom and a living room. What they did : just mop and then they're gone. I had to tell them to clean the toilet in our bathroom to give us toilet paper to change our bed. It was terrible. The reason why I keep booking for this place is because it was near the mall. I was here with my family so it was easy.They don't have smart tv.
