If wanna get to anywhere, you need to grab. The staff are friendly. The massage place in the hotel closed due to no customer. Location is far from town. Infront of highway.

The cons side of the hotel is the sound proof is bad as I able to hear someone watching 18+ video when I walk pass the room😅. The light in the bathroom is dim and the aircond is full of dust tho😑. Overall is great and worth to stay for short vacation👌

- Verified traveler (10/5): - By the category of hotel, Stella exceeded expectations in every aspect. One point to note is that the location of the hotel is more suited for those who drives cos its not right in the city town. Food and convenience shop within walking distance. Ample parking space.
- K344DBedm (10/5): Excellent short stay - Good for short staycation if you drive. Hotel is clean and amenities is superb for a hotel in this category. Room slippers, water, toothbrush, safe, coffee are amongst the things provided. Staff is service oriented and parking is right at the doorstep. A small provision shop is next door and a few local eateries. A fuss free place to stay.

- Disappointed (4/5): - Only thing I liked about the room is because it’s big. Dislikes: Hotel guest have to accommodate to the hotel’s needs by submitting a form daily on the items required before 2pm, if not, they’ll give you a ton of excuses why they’re unable to provide. Secondly, we are not allowed to receive new towels, we have to exchange towels. The housekeeper kept pressing on exchanging towels even before giving us fresh towels. Thirdly, if you require extra pillow, you’ve to pay for it. Next, we waited nearly an hour or so in receiving extra toilet paper Next, their tv isn’t a 24/7 kind of thing, you need to call them to ask them why it isn’t working, then you can watch
- Summersea (8/5): - Hotel is located next to expressway and easily accessible and spotted, Ample open air parking available. Non smoking hotel but room has lingering cigarette smell. Smell is less after I personally washed the aircon filters which were not cleaned for a Long time. Open shower area in toilet with instant heater. In room Wifi, Bedroom slippers, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, 3-in-1 coffee, bottled water, kettle TV (with HBO) provided. No mini fridge and limited cloth hangers. I booked room with no windows as it was cheaper. Malay Coffeeshop next door. Suitable for a pit stop sleepover. Short drive to Sutera area and Legoland. Decent Budget hotel and good value for its price.

- osc_vitamin (6/5): Budget place to stay - rooms for improvement - If you're looking for a budget place to stay, this is the right place. It is located right beside the highway and should be able to locate easily with Waze. Staffs are friendly, room is clean. I stayed in a room without windows so it would be better if they could have more lights as it is quite dark. Also, it was a bit of an eye sore to see used bed sheets or rubbish bags at the corridor, perhaps the housekeeping could put them at a more appropriate location. On top of that, more hairdryers should be prepared.

The line manager is very professional when we had a bit of issue with our booking. He had provided extra services to cater our needs and it really gave me an impression that they do really cared about the customers.

This is our 2nd stay at Stella Hotel JB and they’d never let us down - had a pleasant staying experience at reasonable price. Kind hotel staffs and friendly manager deserve a compliment for their warm hospitality and helpful customer service attitude. Not to least mentioned the comfy lobby, spacious and clean rooms with simple decorations, superb massage facility inside the hotel (THAI iMPERIAL’ - we’ve been regulars since a year or two), strategic hotel location, plenty of bright open space parking lots and good Malay food stalls in walking distance.

Anyway, it was clean and near to JB town. Near to small mini market and good malay breakfast shop with walking distance. Recommended if you just wanna stay for short visits with no expectations.

Only downside was shops are quite far u need to walk few mins and since pretty much nothing around there. But it was close to big shopping mall Aeon and u can get the uber/grab around 10 ringgits. And it was close to legoland too

Being a hotelier myself, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness and maintenance of the Hotel Lobby and Room. Love the modern interiors of the room that comes with a large bathroom and comforts of the bed. The room amenities provided could beat some of the 4star hotels. Very impressive. This hotel is located next to a highway, I would suggest light sleepers to have earplugs ready. Other than the noise - everything else are excellent!
