- Bob (8/5): - This apartamento was in a quiet neighborhood in Bilbao. It was not that close to the downtown attractions, but quite walkable and close to a subway station. It was very well equipped and very comfortable. The owner was very attentive and made an extra effort to reach out and help solve our problems. Overall an excellent place to stay.

- michel (2/5): Accueil terrible - Après avoir attendu plus d'une heure devant la porte de l'appartement , il n'était pas près. Il a fallu une autre heures et demi pour régler la situation de paiement car elle n'était pas capable d'exécuter le paiement électronique. Il a fallu tout sortir notre monnaie pour arrêter ces 2 heures et demie de torrure. C'est le pire appartement dans les 30 pays visités.
- Miguel (8/5): Más vale que sobre... - Completísimo piso, con todo (quizás más recargado de lo esperado, pero más vale que sobre...). Tres dormitorios, baño completo, tv, ¡ordenador!, wifi, todos los electrodomésticos, menaje... Y una encargada muy amable y atenta. Tiene plaza de garaje, en otro edificio cercano, pero no lo necesitamos porque teníamos aparcamiento de sobra en los alrededores. El piso es algo antiguo así que el parqué hace más ruido del necesario, y las camas también. Cuidado con lo que dejes en el suelo porque también aparecen hormigas. Superado esto, estarás como en casa. La zona muy buena, con muchos comercios alrededor, autobús, metro, aparcamiento, e incluso puedes llegar andando (si te gusta pasear) a la zona del Guggenheim, por ejemplo.
- Barbara (8/5): Vivere Bilbao da dentro - Ottima scelta per visitare e vivere tutta la città. L'appartamento, pur non essendo nel vero e proprio centro, è vicinissimo alla fermata Sarriko della metropolitana, grazie alla quale si possono raggiungere in 10 minuti tutte le destinazioni di maggiore interesse e nel contempo vivere in una zona non frequentata da soli turisti ma da gente del luogo. Magari qualche pezzo dell'arredamento non sarà proprio all'ultima moda, ma la proprietaria è estremamente gentile e mette a disposizione non la classica casa-vacanze ma una casa vissuta e abitata in precedenza da gente del luogo, completa di tutto, dalla lavastoviglie al tostapane, dalle lenzuola alla lavatrice. E c'è anche un'ampia terrazza dove stendere, fare colazione o leggere. Negozi e supermercati sotto casa. Un'ottima esperienza per la nostra famiglia con tre figli.
