The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting with return of security deposit which took several days to post to my bank. Room was quiet despite the activities in the lobby and bar/restaurant. The "dinky" room was entirely too small. There was not much space except for the bed. One small bedside table that had coffee maker, no space for personal items. One luggage rack, but no other place to put luggage. No chair to sit on. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries.

No place to unpack or get my clothes out to see what to wear I had to use the floor. My husband and I felt very cramped. the water ran all over the floor when taking a shower.

- KEVIN (10/5): Perfect overnight stay looking forward to staying again. - Location was perfect for our trip as we were attending a book launch in Belfast Exposed Gallery. Check in staff were most helpful, friendly and very accommodating with our early check in request. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. A great vibe in the bar. Dinner in Taylor and Clay was top class as always. Staff were great! Overall a brilliant overnight stay at The Bullitt and we would definately stay again.

- Claire (9/5): Bullitt Hotel - Location was prefect and thats why you pay a little extra. Great atmosphere and vibe as you walked about throughout the day, we were at the front above the busy street and with music and night goers walking past and there was no issue with sound. Rooms are a good size, clean and beds where comfortable. We would definitely come back.

It's also nice for the staff not to be stuck in the stuffy "must be dressed in a suit" look. The restaurant Taylor & Clay was fantastic. Pictures from our meal are attached here. Tiny issue with sound proofing as the corner rooms let a fair amount of street noise in. As the windows don't open, another level of glass could be installed to deaden the sound further.

Only small suggestion would be that my room was quite cold and I could not seem to control the room temperature effectively. This would not defer me from returning however!

- Conleth (10/5): Excellent, highly recommend for a short city break and a real nice buzz. - Staff at the Bullitt Hotel were excellent, they are very well trained, very knowledgeable about the local area, highly pleasant and accommodating. The layout with the external and internal social and recreational areas is unique and contributes to a great atmosphere. No complaints all very good and exceeded our expectations.
