• Eduardo (9/5): muy buena - La ubicación y el trato amable del personal. Sentí el colchón un tanto duro y las almohadas no nos fueron muy cómodas pero a pesar de ello la pasamos muy bien.

• Juan Pablo (10/5): Excelente estancia. - La habitación tiene muy buen tamaño, la cama es muy cómoda, la iluminación es tenue oara descansar, está muy bien ubicado Y EL BUFETE ES EXQUISITO. Ya me urge regresar a Aguascalientes solamente para desayunar ahí. Las habitaciones con alfombra requieren muchísimo mantenimiento, ya que de lo contrario, dan la sensación de suciedad.

Nos acercamos a preguntarle algo y estaba en una llamada en su teléfono personal que nos contestó super cortante y medio grosero con cero actitud para resolver

• Rosa E (10/5): Best place in Aguascalientes - I loved everything about this place. Downtown is just a couple blocks away. It's one of the safest places in town. The rooftop view is beautiful, and the pool is a bonus. It's my perfect place to stay in Aguascalientes.

• GUADALUPE (10/5): - Lo único que yo veo que hay que meterle un poquito más de cuidado al servicio de atención, atención que dan en el restaurante, los meseros, la verdad sobre todo una mesa en particular, cuando llegábamos casi cerca de la hora de cierre, notamos que ya no nos quería dar servicio, nos quería rápido, sacar la nota Ramos, de mal modo, atendiéndonos También observé de hecho lo comentamos que el servicio de Internet en cuanto a la televisión es un poquito malo porque se traba mucho, pero de ahí en fuera todo lo demás estuvo muy bien la verdad que el Hotel y todo lo que es alrededor, hay mucha seguridad y tranquilidad. La vialidad es fácil de transportarse y quedan cerca varias partes. El hotel está muy hermoso.

• Dr (9/5): Me traveling with a temporary disability with my son, they made our stay the best experience! - The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the pool was as well. The restaurants was adequate for the pricing and the food was decent; their breakfast buffet was outstanding, but the menu options weren't as tasty. Breakfast starts at 7 AM. It would be ideal if they could start serving somewhat earlier than that for early risers trying to avoid the crowds.
