• Claudia (10/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztrip, mitten in der Stadt! - Mitten in der Stadt, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub um Zadar zu entdecken. Ruhiger Balkon in den Innenhof und gutes Frühstück mit Gutschein in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant. Hatten nur eine Bettdecke, aber der Besitzer hat uns eine zweite Decke vorbei gebracht. Check-in sehr unkompliziert via Whatsapp und Schlüsselbox. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die uns aber für dieses Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht störten: Duschschlauch leicht defekt, Sonnenschirm mit einem Stromkabel festgebunden 😂 nur eine Bettdecke, wurde aber auf Anfrage gebracht!

V izbach su trocha zaspinene steny, stacilo by vymalovat. Matrac na posteli je makka, ale niekomu to tak vyhovuje 😀. Ranajky neboli velmi chutne, ked sme prisli bolo velmi vela ludi, mozno kuchar nestihal. Nabuduce by sme si nepriplacali za ranajky

• Ilaria (7/5): - Ottima la posizione Purtroppo il parcheggio è un problema non da poco, le due volte che abbiamo dovuto sistemare la macchina abbiamo perso più di un’ora per trovare un posto libero. E poi c’è il problema della mattina, che bisogna rinnovare il grattino e in Croazia non il servizio del pagamento del parcheggio pubblico non è gestito bene

• Flipo (5/5): Is the prestige in the room with us? - Nothing prestigious about a nest of dust and moskitos (is repellent too expensive for your "luxury" establishment?). Don't let the photoshopped pictures fool you.

The breakfast also was not mentioned that on another location, and it's not real breakfast - like little complex food. The description is not accurate AT ALL!!!

• Elifa (3/5): - I liked the location of the apartment. Everything easily reachable and a lot of nice restaurants around. The coast was very near. First of all, there is ants in the apartment and also they kept coming on the bed, where we were sleeping, and the whole experience sleeping was just very uncomfortable with the ants. I will add a picture of proof below. Also the fact that the apartment is on the last floor, I get it it's an old building but an elevator would be very helpful. Soundproof of the rooms was pretty bad. When our neighbours would come late at night, they would keep talking and playing music, I don't know if they were talking loudly and playing loud music but I could hear that and it was pretty annoying.

• Leonardo (4/5): - La posizione è centralissima, la camera era tutto sommato pulita, ci ho passato una sola notte. Flessibilità del check-in accordata, il proprietario della struttura risponde prontamente su whatsapp ed è stato molto cortese. Causa aereo il nostro arrivo era programmato intorno alle 23:30. Il proprietario ci ha lasciato istruzioni per prelevare le chiavi con codice dalla keybox. Al nostro arrivo troviamo la stanza decentemente pulita ma il letto matrimoniale disponeva soltanto di un coprimaterasso e un lenzuolo da letto singolo. Probabilmente un errore del servizio di pulizia.

• Anastasia (7/5): Bella stanza in centro ma le pareti andrebbero insonorizzate - La pulizia impeccabile della camera accogliente e nuova, stanza luminosa al piano alto, luce calda degli abat jour, l'affaccio sul giardino del terrazzino, la posizione in pieno centro storico La stanza è evidentemente ricavata all interno di un ex appartamento che si trova al piano alto di un edificio dalle scale fatiscenti e malmesse. In bagno qualche ragnatela al soffitto e portasapone rotto. Le pareti non sono insonorizzate e si sente tutto. I vicini si sono messi a parlare a lungo a notte fonda nel loro terrazzino attiguo impedendomi di addormentarmi. Bisognerebbe vietare l accesso ai terrazzini dopo mezzanotte.
• Tulon (4/5): - Étant en voyage avec une amie, nous avons aimé pouvoir laisser nos valises le jour du départ, Le personnel a été gentil Le logement était bien placé Alors, ayant dormi dans une super chambre booking juste avant, nous voulions être plus propre de la ville, son nom prestige nous a un peu laissé perplexe.. les murs tachés manquerait d'un coup de peinture, car entre les tâches et les fissures.. Dans la cuisine il n'y a pas un verre, seulement des tasses ? .. et pour finir, nous avions un drap pour une personne, j'ai envoyé un message sans réponse..

• Aaron (5/5): Zadar is awesome well worth a visit and in high season make dinner reservations. - This place is in a great location, right in the heart of Zadar. Ideal for couple on a short stay with everything on your doorstep. Staff are super helpful and provided lots of info and super responsive. The rooms are part of an older building and it’s clear some work has been put in to make them more modern. However the two rooms we rented were quite dirty and a bit smelly. We were only there two nights so made it work.

The hallway had several doors leading to different apartments, and you could hear everything from the neighboring units – absolutely no soundproofing. I asked the owner for help because the apartment keys didn’t work. He replied, “I’ll help you in 2 minutes,” but no one came. I was left outside with a baby after midnight. Seven hours later, he finally messaged me: “I hope you’re OK. Just push the door.” Totally unacceptable. No support, no responsibility, and very poor communication. Location was just great: the apartment inside of Old Town and allowed to make easy exploring of Zadar. 2. Checking in and out was very simple. 3. • Iga (3/5): Prestige Design Rooms wcale nie takie prestige i bez design... - Mieszkanie jest położone blisko starego miasta, więc nie trzeba wybierać się w podróż samochodem czy autobusem, aby zwiedzić centrum. Plus za czajnik i herbatę oraz dostępne naczynia. To tyle jeśli chodzi o plusy. Mieszkanie jest położone w tak fatalnym miejscu, że dojazd samochodem pod budynek jest niemożliwy, trzeba dojść pieszo z walizkami. W pobliżu znaleźć parking też jest niemożliwe, a przynajmniej w dniu pobytu nie było opcji, żeby w promieniu 500-700 m cokolwiek znaleźć. Kręciliśmy się chyba z pół godziny ryzykując obicie samochodu. Na koniec stanęliśmy na drodze na wzniesieniu, zaraz obok ulicy gdzie znajduje się mieszkanie, ale następnego dnia się okazało, że są to miejsca dla inwalidów, co nie było oczywiste na pierwszy rzut oka... Obyło się na szczęście bez mandatu. Problem z parkowaniem to był tylko początek tego strasznego pobytu. Później mieliśmy problem z wejściem do budynku. Na zewnątrz były domofony, jeden oznaczony nazwą obiektu, nikt nie odbierał. Zadzwoniliśmy telefonicznie, okazało się że wysłali całą instrukcję jak wejść, trzeba było wykręcić kod na zamku z kodem, z czym też był lekki problem, ale po 5 min się udało. Mieszkanie znajdowało się na samej górze, bez windy. Klatka schodowa brudna i śmierdząca z kupą na środku schodów. Trzeba było manewrować co i tak skończyło się w pewnym momencie niepowodzeniem z braku uwagi i pośpiechu. Na miejscu okazało się, że obiekt to w rzeczywistości nie żaden hotel butikowy, jak to sobie wyobrażałem, ale zwykłe mieszkanie przerobione na 4 pokoje. Za głównymi drzwiami był korytarz, z którego można wejść do mieszkań, w tym jedno było prywatne...Także informacja o "prywatnym wejściu" w udogodnieniach to bujda. Pokój jest bardzo mały. Łazienka jest turbo mała, bo ledwie mieści się tam jedna osoba. Prysznic był cały zapleśniały, a po łazience chodziły robaki. Kratka wentylacyjna nie ma nic wspólnego z wentylacją, bo przez ten brud żadne powietrze nie przejdzie. Pościel trzeba było sobie samemu ubrać. Na ścianie pod klimatyzacją zaciek do samej podłogi, gdzie były też napuchnięte listwy przypodłogowe. Ściany wszędzie brudne. Strach było zdjąć buty.

• Aneta (10/5): Wygodny przyjemny pobyt w Zadarze - Świetny, czysty, przestronny pokój. Ładnie oświetlony - dużo źródeł światła, jest przytulnie. Kuchenka z lodówką, wystarczająco jak dla mnie na wyjazdach. Duża szafa. Łazienka jest mała ale wystarczająca. Dobre wyciszenie - nie słychać nic z innych pokoi. Największym plusem balkon a za nim drzewo ze śpiewającymi ptakami. Lokalizacja pokoju również na plus, jest blisko do największych atrakcji Zadaru, a jest praktycznie przy bramach miasta. Super kontakt z obsługą

• Paula (7/5): Comfortable - The location of the apartment was perfect. If you come with a lot of luggage, you have to climb a lot of stairs and it's very hot in the apartment, so you have to turn on the air conditioning.

Di qualità la colazione Pulizia molto scarsa, durante la doccia l'acqua calda è sparita subito (credo che la struttura abbia un unico scaldabagno e se gli altri ospiti fanno la doccia bisogna apettare il riscaldamento dell'acqua), serratura del portone di ingresso al palazzo rotta (mi ha aperto una residente del palazzo), porta finestra rotta, porta doccino della doccia rotto (bisogna mantenerlo durante tutta la doccia), avevo prenotato la colazione e non ho trovato i vaucher in stanza, risolto il problema voucher al bar non mi hanno spiegato come funzionava e volevano farmi pagare...

• Claire (8/5): Reasonable value - Great location, all of the old town is very compact. Many restaurants and bars close by. Check in office (just a few minutes walk away) stored our luggage and messaged us as soon as the room was ready. Room was comfortable, bed and bedding good. Nice little balcony surrounded by trees The room was not well sound proofed and we could easily hear people next door. The bathroom was small and the shower head was not secure.
