The property is well kept and maintained, you get all the information on activities and attractions nearby from the host shortly after your arrival. This was really appreciated and helpful. W naszym apartamencie stała jeszcze oryginalna prasa do winogron. W apartamencie byly wszystkie przybory kuchenne, łazienkowe. Codzienne sprzątane. Widok z tarasu na ocean, duża część wspólna z niewielkim basenem, spokojna okolica.
PHILIPPE (10/5): Séjour en couple - Logement calme, aménagé avec beaucoup de gout et très bien équipé. Nous y avons passé qu'une seule nuit, si nous avions pu nous serions resté plus longtemps. L'accueil du propriétaire est aussi très agréable, il a attendu notre arrivée pour la remise des clés et nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour effectuer des visites. rien
Michael (10/5): - Unsere Wohnung in der Finca ist liebevoll restauriert. Die Räume waren sehr sauber. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Frühstück gab es per Gutschein in einem Café im Ort. Der Besitzer Francisco war gut erreichbar, entweder direkt vor Ort oder über WhatsApp. Er versorgte uns mit vielen Informationen über Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Einmal fanden wir sogar eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank als besondere Aufmerksamkeit.

Yoram (8/5): נחמד - חדר מיחד שהיתה בו גת עתיקה . החדר היה גדול מאוד, עיצוב אקלקטי ומיוחד, המטבח הכיל את כול מה שצריך שיהיה. בניגוד למפורסם אין גקוזי ביחידה. הבריכה קטנה ולא רלוונטית והמקלחת קטנה. המקום היה בשיפוץ ולכן החצר היתה בעייתית.

Marta (7/5): - Nocleg w zabytkowym domu- jest dość czysto ale wszystko nosi ślady zużycia, panuje nieład. Świetny kontakt z bardzo pomocnym właścicielem. Dom położóny jest trochę po środku niczego. Do jedynej porządnej restauracji- La Tasquita de Carol jest 25 min żwyego spaceru z górki, konieczna rezerwacja stolika. Nie ma innego miejsca, żeby wyjść i w przyjemnym miejscu zjeść kolację. Nocleg dobry ale tylko dla osób z samochodem.

Haus, umfangreiches Angebot zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung: Pool, Liegen, Grill, Fitnessraum, Terrasse mit Tisch, Stuhl, Schwingsessel. Ruhige ausgeglichene Atmosphäre, sehr grün. Äußerst geringer Fluglärm (und nie nachts). Da hatten wir bei Buchung ursprünglich ein kleines Fragezeichen gehabt. Dominque (8/5): L'hébergement a répondu à nos attentes mis à part le petit déjeuner - Logement très spacieux et bien équipé. Petite piscine mais appréciable après une journée de balade. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas sur place. Il fallait 2 minutes en la voiture pour s'y rendre et il était très succinct.

Tim (7/5): Historische finca? - De rust, de architectuur, de ligging. Prachtig zicht over Valle Guerra. De overdaad aan overbodige en vaak kitscherige spullen (meubilair, versiering, lampen, laserverlichting, radio's, enz) die het oorspronkelijk historische karakter van de finca verblinden. De realiteit komt niet overeen met de gepubliceerde foto's, waarop een veel soberder en gestileerdere versie van het complex wordt weergegeven. Het zwembad is proper en aangenaam maar heel klein. Buiten lag overal wit poeder 'om mieren weg te houden'. Het kleeft aan je voeten en schoenen en je neemt het vergif mee binnen. De slaapkamer is heel donker, weinig verluchting. De badkamer is heel klein en een beetj groezelig. Gastheer Francisco is best vriendelijk en geeft per whatsapp tips over resto's enz....maar twee ervan waar we naartoe reden bleken gesloten. De laatste dag van ons 3-daagse verblijf stuurde hij een bericht met een zeer summiere historiek van de laat-18de-eeuwse finca. Als ik eigenaar of uitbater was, gooide ik alle troep buiten en zette ik het historisch karakter en de rust op de voorgrond, ontdaan van alle kitsch en overdaad...maar ik ben geen eigenaar :-)

Natasja (8/5): Peaceful and rural place in otherwise very touristy Tenerife - Nicely, for us, away from the mass tourism. Quiet and peaceful ( also means minimal facilities at your fingertips, you need to walk/drive a bit, albeit not far) Parking is a bit tight and we had a big car, but just a tiny thing.

Ioana (10/5): A place like home - We liked it all. The house, the garden, the pool, the silence. In fact, we feel like home. Our host gave us very good advice concerning the restaurants in the area, which are the interesting points to be visited, or the where are the best places for swimming. I advise all those who will visit Tenerife to choose Finca Paraiso as a place to stay. Nothing to not like!
Laura (9/5): Nice apartment with very good value for the money. - Nice accomodation in quiet location out of town. Rental car is advisable. The apartment is equipped like a private flat and has everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to a small selection of books. We even had a foot massage bath, which we didn´t try though. We also very much appreciated the resident gekko in the room, who caught the mosquitoes for us =). The apartment comes with a small private terrace, which is however not very inviting. The common pool area and garden are quite small, but very well kept and probably very nice to pass an afternoon or two (for which we didn´t have the time sadly). Our host Jose was very kind and helpful - we never met him personally, but the communication via WhatsApp was quick, nice and easy (as was the check-in). He also sent us very good restaurant recommendations. We didn´t book the breakfast option. My husband noticed an unpleasant smell in the apartment, I however can not confirm (maybe his nose is more sensitive). The advertisement on booking said that the private bathroom was equipped with a whirlpool bathtub - this is not true, it only has a shower with a cabin which was rather tight. I also did not see a hot tub, which was mentioned in the description on booking as well.

Andreas (6/5): - Eigentlich recht schön, aber das Potential wird nicht ausgeschöpft. Von einem Frühstück zu sprechen, wenn morgens ein kleines Baguette an der Tür hängt, ist schon ziemlich dreist. Am Samstag gab‘s das dann aber erst um 9:00 Uhr und Sonntag fiel es ganz aus.
Anni (9/5): Superb - It was like home! :) We liked the tranquility, the village-like living, fresh homemade bread at the door in the morning, spaciousness and view over the sea. It was really calm and pleasant location and great place to discover north of Teneriffe! Owner was heartful too. The water in the pool was extremely cold, but yeah, it is winter time in the north so it is better to dip in the sea in December as it is a bit warmer :)

Michael (7/5): Good - Very friendly host. Complimentary bottle of white wine and nibbles on arrival and he left bread for me each morning. Bedroom had charm and good period features. Quite a pleasant site overall. The bathroom is in quite a poor condition and needs renovating. There was an unpleasant smell in there when I arrived, which improved by me opening the window. Some aspects of the property were tatty e.g. there was dustpan and brush in the back yard but the handle was broken off the dustpan and had just been left. The kitchen and back yard looked in need of improvement overall.

The shower could use a modern update to enhance its appearance and functionality. Upgrading the lighting in the house would create a cosier atmosphere. The sofa in the house, which seems to be from the 80s, is uncomfortable even by the standards of that era.
Joy (9/5): A great spot for exploring the north east of Tenerife. - A very cute tiny house with easy access to the swimming pool and a gym. It was perfectly located, easy to access by car. We would definitely come back. The bathroom could benefit from a refresh but it is okay
Sebastian (10/5): Would definitely recommend and come back in the future! - Really nice and spatial country house in a quiet place, far from the noises of tourists. The room was really well equipped - you have all you need. I was also surprised with the android tv which made it really easy to connect from my phone and see photos or videos on a big screen. Swimming pool was nice, there's even a small shared gym. I was well welcomed by the host, was always willing to help. The bread every morning and warm churros with chocolate on Sunday were a fantastic addition to it all! The breakfast was served in a nearby cafe (be prepared they don't know any English there) The navigation from google maps didn't really show the easiest way to reach the place in last 1km, so be careful, but this is not really owner's fault :) Other than that - all great. Maybe just the weather could be a bit better, but the location of this village is in the place where it is mostly cloudy. Anyway, it was still warm and it's not far from places where you can enjoy much more sun.

Moritz (8/5): Very good - it’s a beautiful place and located perfectly to discover the northeast of the island. There is a kitchen but it’s missing all basics, there’s not even salt so if you want to cook, you actually have to get everything. As great as the location is to discover the northeast of the island, at the same time you basically need a car for everything from shopping to going to the closest restaurant.

Christopher (9/5): Cosy and private cottage in a good location. - Lovely cottage with its own leafy garden in a courtyard, shared with 2 or 3 other holiday cottages. Good facilities and lots of space. Loved the old books on the shelves. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nothing really. Needed to keep food covered because there were ants around.
Rocky (9/5): The area was beautiful and authenticity Spanish. - We stayed in a traditional style bungalow that had charm and character, the owner Jose delivered bread each morning and other treats. Any problems were sorted out quickly and he was very hospitable. unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because it was being renovated.
