• Joachim (3/5): Für Stopover nicht geeignet. - Zentrale Lag zum Flughafen, das heißt: siehe "nicht gefallen" Zentrale Lag zum Flughafen, das heißt: Alle 5 Minuten donnert ein Flugzeug im Landeanflug genau über das Hotel. Gleich neben dem Hotel die Autobahn - und keine Schallschutzfenster. An Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen: Pappbecher, Besteck aus Plastik, Kaffeebecher aus Styropor, keine Wurst, kein Käse.
• V_and_R (6/5): OK for one night - The room was spacious with two queen beds. There was a free airport shuttle available (unfortunately not until late when we arrived) The internet signal was good. Breakfast was included in the price. There was a minibar and amenities in the room. There were no real silverware or dishes, everything was made from plastic, which always frustrates me when I am traveling in the USA. But there was handmade food (scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, sausages) at least, waffles, fruit and juices/water at breakfast. For an airport hotel it was quite far away from the airport, which I was not aware of. (30 USD via Uber!!!)

• Eleonora (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo con qualche limite organizzativo - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte durante uno stop over notturno e la scelta si è rivelata davvero comoda, soprattutto per la vicinanza all’aeroporto. È disponibile anche una navetta gratuita che permette di raggiungere facilmente la struttura, servizio molto apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio. La camera era molto ampia e ben organizzata: una prima zona con divani, tavolo e una piccola cucina, e una seconda stanza con letto e cabina armadio. Il materasso era davvero molto comodo e ci ha permesso di riposare benissimo. Anche il bagno era molto spazioso e abbastanza pulito. La struttura dispone inoltre di piacevoli spazi comuni, tra cui una piscina e un bar con divanetti dove rilassarsi tranquillamente. Nel complesso, una soluzione molto pratica e confortevole per chi deve fermarsi vicino all’aeroporto anche solo per una notte. La struttura può essere comoda per la vicinanza all’aeroporto, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l’organizzazione della navetta gratuita. Le indicazioni fornite per trovare il punto di prelievo in aeroporto non erano chiare e, al mio arrivo a Miami, ho avuto molte difficoltà a capire dove recarmi. Ho provato a contattare più volte la struttura tramite messaggi, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta e ho dovuto arrangiarmi completamente da sola. Inoltre, gli orari di prelievo della navetta non vengono sempre rispettati. La navetta gratuita è disponibile solo in determinate fasce orarie e, avendo il volo molto presto al mattino, non ho potuto usufruire del servizio per il ritorno in aeroporto e ho dovuto prenotare un Uber a mie spese. Sempre a causa della partenza anticipata, non ho potuto usufruire della colazione che però avevo pagato insieme alla prenotazione. Considerando che l’hotel viene scelto spesso proprio per la vicinanza all’aeroporto e per gli stop over, suggerirei di offrire una colazione anticipata o almeno una soluzione takeaway per chi parte molto presto, oltre ad ampliare gli orari della navetta. È vero che gli orari della colazione e della navetta sono indicati dalla struttura, e infatti ho scelto comunque di soggiornare qui perché comoda per l’aeroporto e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Tuttavia, il mio vuole essere un consiglio costruttivo sia per la struttura sia per i futuri ospiti, nella speranza che chi abbia esigenze particolari possa informarsi preventivamente o chiedere chiarimenti prima del soggiorno. Infine, anche i prodotti da bagno forniti, come shampoo e bagnoschiuma, non erano adeguati al numero di persone presenti nella stanza.

Aangegeven dat water bij wastafel niet goed en langzaam wegstroomde. Zouden iemand sturen. Niemand geweest. Gevraagd voor hulp van Uber bestellen. Werd er een wagen gestuurd. Bleek ook geen meter te hebben. Toen ik die chauffeur vroeg of hij een uber was zei hij van niet. Was ook geen taxi. We moesten van t hotel naar cruise terminal carnival. Een rit van 10 minuten. Die man vroeg dus 55 dollar is na mijn reactie gezakt naar 50 dollar. De medewerker zei nog dat de prijzen van uber het zelfde bedroegen. Ik heb de app. Als ik dit geweten had had ik zelf de uber besteld. Heb voor 2 nachten 150 dollar borg moeten betalen dat gelijk ook met gereserveerd bedrag eraf ging. Gevraagd voor n kwitantie. Kreeg ik niet want bij uitchecken zou t gelijk teruggestort worden. Zijn 10 dagen verder heb het nog steeds niet ontvangen. Via booking een bericht gestuurd naar ze. Reageren niet erop.

• Rowan (7/5): Adequate budget stay near the airport. - It did the job as a place to stay overnight between flights. There were good walking-distance dining options, which I appreciated, and the room was fine. I don't know why they use the sliding barn doors for the bathroom. I don't see how that's convenient for anyone. My main quibble is that the free shuttle, one of the main reasons I booked the location, was very limited in when and how often it ran. I did not see anything about this during booking, and it meant that we still had to pay for a ride to our morning flight.

Chambre spacieuse avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour. Bon, vu le prix, on ne peut pas tout avoir. Mais si je devais citer les points négatifs : le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon et reste pauvre en choix, la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer, et les murs ainsi que le mobilier ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

• Dirk (5/5): - Nah am MIA, gut für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach dem Flug. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Das wars dann aber auch schon... Ziemlich heruntergekommen, kaputte Einrichtung, laute Lüfter und Klimaanlage, kein kostenloser Kaffee / Tee in der Lounge, dreckig. Das Frühstück ist das Schlimmste was wir bisher in den USA gehabt haben. Trinkbarer Kaffee kostet $ 2 extra. Ansonsten Besteck / Geschirr aus Plastik, kaum essbares vorhanden - Toast, Rührei, geschnibbelte Kochwurst, süße Cerealien, Joghurt, abgepackte Gelees... Waffeln zum selber machen sind noch die beste Option. Für die gebotene Leistung viel zu teuer.

• Paulet (10/5): Very positive experience - I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of this hotel. I did the booking for 4 other people and was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. I felt as if I had won the Lottery when we got there. The front desk was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was conveniently just 5 minutes away from different restaurants and the Dolphin Mall was only 10 minutes away. The price is also reasonable. Overall it was a very positive experience for us. I would definitely recommend the Wingate Wyndham Hotel to anyone.
