- Maciej (1/5): - Nice hotel, but I experienced something very unpleasant during check-in. We had 4 rooms booked under my name. During check-in, I asked the staff if the security deposits for the rooms could be assigned to each guest’s credit card instead of being charged only to my card. This is a very common and normal practice in many hotels. I’m not sure if the employee misunderstood me, but he immediately became aggressive and unfriendly. I tried to calmly explain what I meant, however the receptionist made no effort to understand me and instead kept escalating the tension and creating a very hostile atmosphere. At one point, he aggressively threw the prepared room key cards onto the floor, shouting that “this is his hotel and his rules,” and that if we didn’t like it, he would refuse to check us in. It was a very stressful situation, especially considering that the hotel payment had already been charged to my card several days earlier. I then asked him to cancel our reservation in the system and refund our money. In the end, he still checked us in, but I believe the person claiming to be the manager behaved in a highly aggressive, nervous, and completely unprofessional manner. Someone like this should not be working at the front desk, and if he truly is the manager, that makes the situation even worse. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they change the management.

- Lorena (9/5): Good & comfy for a night’s rest - The room was clean and the beds and pillows really comfy! The reception stuff greeted us very friendly and was really helpful. The breakfast was horrible, almost anything to eat except for waffles and tons of sugar (sirop, Nutella, gem, sweet cereals, sweetened yogurt etc). There were some egg sandwiches that needed to be heated in the microwave but were inedible and the coffee was tasteless. However, there’s a Starbucks right across the street.

Das Familienzimmer war groß, sauber und geräumig. Das kontinentale Frühstück war gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider konnten man in der 3. Etage das Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen.

- Yvette (8/5): Clean and convenient hotel with all the amenities for a family stay - Clean room that suited our family of four while visiting Zion. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and we were lucky it was warm enough in April to use the outdoor pool. Free onsite parking and lots of eateries in walking distance. Our room was next to the staircase so all night we could hear people stomping up and down the stairs and banging the door which affected our sleep.

- Deanna (8/5): Wyndham hurricane Zion national Park Hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. - It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There is a big gap under the door, and the neighbors were very loud and came in drunk in the night. I also did not like the square pillows.

- Beachtravelers4 (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convienent - The Wyndham property was very clean. Breakfast was perfect since there were many 'grab and go' items to take on your way to Zion. We were very pleased with our stay and would certainly stay here again.
