- todd (10/5): - This hotel was delightful, from pull up, to chech in, to the condition of our room, the amenities and through to chech out! Definitely stay again!
- alison (10/5): - Room had tall ceilings and was very clean
- Stephen (10/5): - Great
- Todd (10/5): - Excellent staff!
- Richard (8/5): - Room was nice and clean. Front desk was pleasant but not very helpful. Vallet was very fast! Restaurant was great!
- Phillip (10/5): - Lovely location! Nice to have dinner outside and then walk along the promenade lakeside. Kelowna is knocking it out of the park for experiential tourism year round.
- Chantal (10/5): - Hotel was very clean and quiet and we loved our weekend there!!
- Aliza (10/5): - Nice stay. Surrounding area is very nice
- Laurie (10/5): - Loved our stay! We came for CCMA weekend. We had requested early check in and we’re thrilled to find our room ready upon our arrival before noon. Very clean hotel, the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, happy hour and dinner. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was a perfect temperature. Starbucks in the lobby. Very friendly staff! Would not stay anywhere else when we return to Kelowna.
- Pablo (10/5): - ?
- Tim (10/5): - Perfect location. Incredible views walking along the boardwalk. Staff were amazing. Definitely recommended for all occasions. We will be returning for another stay. Cheers.
- John (8/5): - Great location next to the lake. Void of restaurant options in the area.
- Lesley (10/5): - Very attentive staff, very clean place however didn’t appreciate the large group of about 15-20 guys (30-50 years old) partying in the pool and disrespecting everyone especially with children
- Ahmad reza (10/5): - Great stay
- Andrea (8/5): - Disappointed i
- Desiree (10/5): - Lots to do and fun family stay
- Selayne (10/5): - Great place to stay, very clean, nice staff, and good food!
- Jason (10/5): - clean
- Chris (10/5): - The restaurant staff is amazing. Some of the best service we have had in all our travels. Well done.
- Rosa (10/5): - The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean and spacious. So much to see and do in walking distance.
- Mackenzie (10/5): - Excellent property! Right on the Okanagan with a variety of activities to choose from. The grounds are well kept, clean, and cared for. The daily wine tasting in the main lobby made for a great experience. Staff were pleasant, property was a 10 minute walk from downtown Kelowna, if you don’t feel like walking there are bikes to rent. Highly recommend.
- Stephan (10/5): - The location
- Harjit (8/5): - Property was very clean as was our room. Staff were very kind and polite and helpful.
- Jennifer (10/5): - As good or better than any “tropical” resort. All of the staff are truly friendly, responsive, resourceful and fun. We noticed the staff have also been consistent over multiple visits, which make us think the management/employer treats people well.
Great spot!
- Carrey Anne (10/5): - Our agent that checked us in was very professional ..great stay , great location for gettinf around downtown kelowna ! Would stay again.
- David (10/5): - Great!
- Amanpreet (10/5): - Clean and nice environment
- Susan (10/5): - Loved the suite and balcony was perfect.
Found the stairs from board walk to our balcony unsecured, anyone could walk up them. Door to suite secured from inside but still the stairs are not secured.
I would stay there again, and so would my associates, we did have a fabulous time!
- Jo (6/5): - Parking was very poor for the price. People basically had to compete for parking spots. Valet parking far too expensive. Hotel parking for guests is not a priority.
- Emma (8/5): - Excellent location, beautiful hotel although the room we stayed in can use some TLC.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Beautiful resort. It’s in a prime location right out on the boardwalk, near beach access, and in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Resort is clean and very grand. Would definitely rebook here again
- Paul (6/5): - Extremely expensive ! No balcony
Had to be at the pool when it opened to get a chair. And if you leave for lunch your chairs will be taken and belongings moved.
- Danny (10/5): Great stay - Went for my Wife’s 40th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel special with a complimentary bottle of wine, pastries, and a card. Very clean, excellent food, friendly staff. Would rebook.
- Keith (10/5): - Excellent
- Eleonora Maria (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant Oak +Cru. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities such as the pool, daily complimentary wine tasting and location with spectacular views made this one of my favourite hotels ever.
- Sarah (10/5): - Amazing. Will be back
- Yongfeng (8/5): - Parking is not convenient. Room is too bright, because of the curtains are not good enough to block sunshine.
- Gladis (8/5): - Could use more service staff at the pool. Same with the restaurant in the hotel.
- Cheryl (6/5): - Room wasn’t ready and check in was slow. This was ok. Worst part was the lumpy pillows in the room. This is unacceptable and shameful for the hotel to think this type of pillow is ok for a hotel in this category.
- Barry (10/5): - x
- Anna (8/5): - Con
- Eric (8/5): - Service and staff the best we’ve experienced!
- William W. MacKenzie (8/5): - On the waterfront (lake). There was a small beach and lovely walkway with the mountains in the background. We were lucky to see a free concert in the park close by. A couple of local bands played covers and some of their own songs. Fun to dance. Food options for high end and quality were within walking distance. Our favorite was the “Gathering “ a fusion of Korean & Italian. The “Waterfront” (duck & pork dishes) and the filet mignon at “Erica Jane” were also very good. We visited a few wineries and liked the “elevated wines” at the Black Swift winery. We had a lovely lunch at the Mission Hills winery and the views were spectacular!
- sukhjinder (10/5): - Top standard resort, meet my expectations as seen pictures on Expedia. Very welcoming experience and clean rooms. Thanks you and will come back soon!
- Samiah (6/5): Not worth it - Location was nice, but not worth the money paid. Air conditioning system was very loud, parking was expensive, pool was very small, the bikes need to be replaced
- Clifford (10/5): - Nice rooms and convenient location. Easy to walk to shopping and dining options
- Trent (2/5): - we were relocated and downgraded to another hotel on first night due to overbooking
- Artemis (6/5): - Way to expensive, nice enough property but not worth the money
- Shelley (10/5): - Staff were incredible- when everyone arrived at the restaurant in a short span of time they were organized, efficient and even brought bottles of water to those waiting. Check out staff were quick and front desk assisted when they saw a line. Everyone was incredibly polite and interested in making the experience exceptional. Food was also amazing!! Hotel was clean and modern-one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to-thank you!
- Christopher (10/5): - Best hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel around all of USA and Canada and this is my favourite out of them all. 10/10
- Jeremy (4/5): - Customer service is terrible, completely embarrassed me and my partner in front of the whole restaurant. We have travelled all over North America and never have been treated so disrespected.
- marjan (10/5): - I highly recommen
- Jaspreet (10/5): - Very clean resort
- Hector (10/5): - It was great.
- Kate (6/5): - This hotel has the best pool area in Kelowna!
Unfortunately, my credit card was charged for a room upgrade that was offered to us, even though I declined the offer. The front desk explained my card was “accidentally” charged, even though I said no, and it was only by fluke it was caught. As well as the pool bathrooms/change room had the same gross fake eye lashes on the counter during our entire stay, so it’s clear it wasn’t getting cleaned properly or that often - kinda gross. The food choices at the pool also get old very quickly, no breakfast options and the only food choices are pizza or chicken fingers and fries - thank goodness for door dash!
The staff are kind, property feels very safe, and the rooms are nice enough :)
- Sam (6/5): Meh - For the price we paid (600$ per night), would have expected a nicer room (room was dated, very basic amenities), and the service was disappointing (we called for room service and never came, called for valet & car never was called up on 2 separate occasions)...also if you're booking this place, they don't tell you its a 45$ per night resort fee on top of your booking, on top of nightly parking 65$ per night....which really adds up for a hotel which really isn't worth it.
- Randal (8/5): - Good service
Food was good
Stay was short
- Kevin (10/5): - The absolute best place to he in kelowna
- Kaled (10/5): - Service at this hotel is exceptional, from the check in with Alice to the checkout with Khrystyna, highly recommended! The view is breathtaking
- Gordon (6/5): - We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed. Our city view room was a large tree with a partial view of the pool by noisy continuous ac unit or something so we did not sit on the balcony. Really pretty walk near the lake. We booked 3 nights and were told we would have to move for the third night due to their overbooking. Check out at 11 and they would store our belongings until check in at 4. Not acceptable-after discussion with multiple staff and finally the manager we still had to move in the middle of our stay but they expedited the clean on the 2nd unit and helped move our luggage to the new room. Overpriced in my opinion for the hassle we experienced. The restaurant was really good. Really cute art gallery with local artist features and Dr Seuss pieces. Parking was easy once you figure out where you are suppose to park, but again expensive.
- Randall (8/5): - Expensive. Street noise late at night.
- Dwayne (10/5): - Beautiful place
- Frances (10/5): - Amenities were excellent. Rooms were clean.
- Stephen (6/5): - Beautiful resort, nice rooms, ice cold ac. Checkin experience not great due to them mixing up the 2 rooms on the reservation
- Bobbie (10/5): - I was able to check in early and they upgraded my room
- Pargat (6/5): - Staff was not helpful
Room service was alright( tried to call room service but kept on hold for 30 mins)
Restaurant drinks were average
Delta just charge your card without any disclaimer
- Brad (10/5): - Great hotel
- Edward (10/5): - Great place to stay of visiting Kelowna. Close to everything and all amenities onsite. The pool is starting to show its age but still nice place to spend a sunny day.
- CRAIG (4/5): - I have emailed the manager but they have not responded yet.
Our check in was unacceptable and the staff at the lounge bar did not give us the time of day when trying to get a drink while waiting for our room to be ready which was past the 4 pm check in
- Michelle (10/5): - Nice Hotel. Great location.
- Liming (10/5): - The location is good, Dinner and Breakfast all are great . The receptionist was very patient despite my limited English.
- Deborah (6/5): - Beautiful hotel but my room wasn’t water fron
- Ruth (10/5): - Very happy and attentive staff. Beautiful setting.
- Najeeb (10/5): - Nice view great place
- Liana (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay.
- Masoud (8/5): - It was excellent
- Ian (6/5): - It’s ok. Amenities are very average. Restaurant is ok. Found the rooms to be stark and plain.
- Ivan (4/5): - Generally the property was up to average cleanliness standards however there was an unwanted creepy crawly in our room one night.
- Brandon (10/5): - I stayed here during a recent convention and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in and every interaction smooth and friendly. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — perfect after long days at the event. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, with beautiful views that really showed off the best of Kelowna. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers top-tier hospitality. Highly recommended!
- dave (10/5): - Nice facilities, comfy bed, great staff.
- Lisa (10/5): Amazing service - Fantastic stay. Amazing service. Room was spotless and comfortable. Definitely a 10/10
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Had to wait for room at 1600
- Dawn (10/5): - staff were efficient and so kind
- Gauravjit (10/5): - Best 👌
- Peggy (8/5): - One night for a concert. Great location.
Oak & Cru restaurant has the best steak ever. Was looking forward to the pumpkin bread pudding but sadly it is no longer on the menu.
- Jai (6/5): - For some reason a lot of hotels are putting one comfortable chair in a room designed for dual occupancy. This hotel is no different.
The linens in this hotel are comparable to hotels in the $100/night category.
The room was fine but a couple of small quality changes could bring it up to a memorable experience.
3/5, I would need incentives to stay there again.
The view from the room was 10/10.
- Timothy (10/5): - We only stayed one night but we made use of the dining area and near the pool. The food and drinks were great and the service was excellent.
- Salman (8/5): - I enjoyed my stay the only thing I didn't like was the hot tub jets didn't work.
- Laura (10/5): - Always fantastic!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice but expensive - Very highly priced hotel, parking very expensive, plus added “resort fees”. Offers unique location and very expensive on location dining.
- TRACEY (8/5): - It was a long wait at the hotel bar for drinks and took 40 min to get my salad.
The staff are fantastic and the room waa excellent
- Sherri (6/5): - For the cost this property was disappointing
- Michael (10/5): - Nice hotel. The ground s are very well kept. Front desk staff are competent which seems rare nowadays.
- Kyla (6/5): - The hotel had a “pipe burst” but we later found out that was a lie and the hotel was overbooked. They wanted to move us off site even though we were with a group of 17.
- Marianne (8/5): - It was a beautiful property in a great location with wonderful staff. My only issue with this property is that the doors to the hallway are not soundproof. If people were talking in the hallway we could understand their conversation in our room even though our door was closed.
- Julie (10/5): - Great place. Beautiful. Staff very friendly.
- Micah (10/5): - .
- Ellen (4/5): - The air conditioner was so noisy, we had to keep it off.
The wifi didn’t work after two calls to the desk and IT, the pillows were all firm, no choice, there was no charger for our Tesla
- Mike (8/5): - Good staff.
