- Claire (8/5): Had a quiet peaceful stay. Hotel was very handy to cathedral and centre. - Very helpful reception staff. Took time. Allowed me to leave my pack early before check in time. Explained everything and helpful when needed advice. Jug in room and a few treats was nice. Great to be able to make a drink Limited facilities to get a drink, laundry etc

Geen perspneel alleen bij binnenkomst.Dus codes ,elektronische kasrt ook nog een sleutel.Vrij complex.En om 21uur xat de voordeur al dicht.Glukkig had ik de sleutel mee.Toen ik de stad inging zat er een.jongen van een jaar of 14-15 achter de balie.Pa was er denk ik niet gepast.

Receptionist extremely helpful and sent recommendations for dinner, breakfast and things to do. Great restaurant right next door. Felt very safe.

But we did posted the clean room sign out. No one was on the check-in counter all the time. The other group of people wanted us to open the main door for them to check-in.

Then the conversation escalated into “YOU WON’T GET ANY ROOMS!” — masculine toxicity at its worst. Two other pilgrims with us were completely stunned. For pilgrims Find another hotel, and for management, hire a service-oriented employee with foreign Language skills

- Syra (8/5): - No hay desayuno Al no tener personal, solo para recibirte, al ir a dormir mi almohada era de funda de plástico y no habían puesto la funda y no tenía a quien pedirlo. Tuve que dormir con la cabeza sobre una toalla. No hay ninguna sala ni desayuno. Es una zona sin restauración excepto un restaurante justo abajo pero que no abren para el desayuno y hay que ir lejos. De resto la habitación sencilla pero muy actualizada y con lo necesario, en eso sin pegas.

We experienced some minor issues accessing the hotel and the room because the door codes had not been sent prior arrival. We only received them after intensive phone calls and WhatsApp correspondence, as the hosts spoke rather poor English. Our hotel room had a strange bathroom entrance from the bed side, with frosted sliding glass door that couldn’t be fully closed.

- Jose (1/5): - Teniendo reserva con más de un mes llegas y te mandan a una pensión a la que nunca irias y menos a ese precio porque no tienen habitaciones disponibles, porque por si no lo sabeis no se trata de un hotel es una pensión y por lo que podéis ver las reseñas de Google Maps no es la primera vez ni la última que ocurre.

Me dijeron que me iban a ayudar a resolver un problema con una cancelación, pero al contrario, me dieron una respuesta equivocada que me obligó a pagar 3 veces más de lo convenido. Luego desaparecieron y se desentendieron totalmente del asunto, lo que demuestra que sólo miran por su negocio y son poco profesionales. No volveré a este sitio.

- María (8/5): Totalmente recomendable - La ubicación es perfecta, solo le falta el aparcamiento. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño. Muy buen detalle que te dejen agua, café y unos croissant. Las almohadas y colchones eran muy duros, aunque eso es para gustos. La puerta de los baños es de cristal y no da mucha intimidad.

Habitación sin instalaciones adecuadas para 3 personas y no habia intimidad porque la puerta del baño es corredera, de cristal y no cierra bien. Los olores salen y desde fuera se ve al que está dentro y consecuentemente se oye todo. Una pena porque esto se podría mejorar.

- BLANCA (6/5): Correcto pero no para el camino De Santiago - Cuando contacte con los trabajadores, fueron muy amables. El acceso al mismo, es sin recepcion. Tienes un teléfono al que llamar, bien es verdad que atienden rápido y son eficaces pero creo que hay que saberlo. La habitación no me pareció muy confortable, no había sensación de calidez y de hecho pasé frío. Pedí otra manta que rápidamente me aportaron aunque el aire si querías mantenerlo por la noche sonaba muy estrepitosamente, impidiendo el descanso así que había que elegir si frío o sueño… Si no coincides con que en recepción haya alguien te quedas sin el sello (estaba haciendo el camino De Santiago) A mi parecer muy caro (aunque los precios actuales están por el estilo. No es el típico alojamiento que volvería a elegir si hiciera el camino De Santiago de nuevo.
