- Klaudia (7/5): Angenehmes Hotel, das eine gute Wahl ist, wenn man in Kuala Belait einen Stopp einlegt. - Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist eine gute Wahl, wenn man auf der Reise nach oder von Brunei eine Nacht in Kuala Belait verbringen möchte oder muss.

- Ian (8/5): Generally good but just a few little issues stopped from being very good - The room was large and comfortable and having a refrigerator was very useful as was the kettle and coffee etc. Breakfast was limited and also a little confusing with a buffet some days and table service on others. Every day there were items unavailable and generally the food from the buffet was not hot, this included the coffee. However table service items were always hot and the staff always welcoming and helpful

- Noel (8/5): Affordable stay close to shops. - The hotel is located on the main strip of Kuala Belait town so easy access to shops and eateries nearby. Very friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Stayed in Room 208 which accommodated three of us. Room was of an adequate size. View from the room was of the building next door. Quiet and clean. Housekeeping were quick in dealing with request for an extra set of towels. Bathroom was clean. The shower area contained a small window with venetian blind. Bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep. It was a pleasant stay.

Even other rooms are vacant, the hotel provided me a room at the side of next buliding. Another side view should be much better. Even the room is quite large, the width of bed is quite small.

Near the end of the stay, the entire electrical system shut down and I had to walk the stairs to my room to the 6th floor. Breakfast was awful. My husband and I had half of it. The front desk staff doesn't seem to understand some of the things they're doing. An additional tax charge was incurred after Expedia already charged tax for hotel. Explanation was not clear. Not going back.
