• Nur Afiqah (7/5): Good stay but hotel facilities need improvement 😌 - Its spacious good for family vacation. location wise is good and they offer a great breakfast buffet. Good value for money too. Customer service is responsive too, our ground floor toilet was blocked and the maintanence did came in the middle of the night to repair. Maybe it was a peak season, our room was situated on 9th floor which was ongoing construction. Most of the room were empty kinda felt eerie. And the blocked toilet part is what gives it away

• Mohd Hafiz (8/5): One night in Malacca - The room is spacious just nice for me since I’ve got a big family with grown-up kids. Breakfast was really good, lots of tasty and interesting food choices. The lift in this building is really slow. Had to wait quite a while for it to arrive. Not because there were many people waiting, but the lift itself is just slow. Also, there’s no iron provided in the room. You have to go to another room if you want to iron your clothes.

Location was far from Jonker St. One of the reception staff was a bit blunt and not friendly, the other was super nice and polite. Shower head was broken.

• Aini Hasliza Hazmin (9/5): Nice and comfortable hotel - The room is big and comfortable. Nice clean Bathroom and they also provide toiletries. Parking in front of the hotel. We had breakfast in another building but it was okay because the breakfast was a very delicious buffet. Air-conditioning is not so cool. But it's not a big deal. Maybe because the room is big.
• MOHAMAD FAIZAL (10/5): - The best parts were the room itself, with its comfortable 2 storeys environment; bed, and my son love the bathub. Definitely the Cafe served buffet style a must try experience. Highly recommended. Some of the amenities and facilities definitely need to be maintained, potentially to achieve more.
• Inna (10/5): Memuaskan - Lokasi penginapan berdekatan dengan Zoo Negara & Mydin Ayer Keroh. Parking kereta banyak dan lokasi mudah dicari. Penginapan servis apartment sangat memuaskan. Bilik kemas dan bersih, ruang selesa, siaran tv elok, fasiliti seperti bilik air dan penyaman udara berfungsi sepenuhnya. Fasiliti juga sesuai diakses menggunakan kerusi roda - ada lift untuk ke bilik dan laluan sekitar penginapan dan dalam bilik sesuai untuk bawa kerusi roda. Sarapan juga memuaskan - banyak pilihan makanan dan minuman - menarik dan menepati citarasa.

Check in was fast , as well as check out. Will come again soon , All my visits in Malacca will be to this place The iron being in another room. Only one left working and needs service. The hotel will be spooky for solo travellers esp females No security guard so any one can simply go up.
