- Hannah (10/5): - The hotel is in a great location! Right near a sulbing, delicious dinner, several CU's, an olive young and even lotte tower! The hotel itself is clean, and well maintained. It even has laundry available on the 10th floor until 10 pm each night. Breakfast was tasty each morning. The key card is what allows you to use the elevator and lights in the room so it's a bit difficult for parties greater than one person if someone wants to stay in and the other go out.

- YICHIEH (8/5): 位置好 房間舒適 人員親切有禮 - 如果是要來看演唱會住這邊相當方便 走路2分鐘有公車站可以到奧林匹克 8分鐘有地鐵8號線轉乘去金浦機場也相當方便 從仁川來的話搭乘6200巴士走路10分鐘左右可以到飯店 飯店人員非常親切 電梯設有門禁卡相對安全 房間舒適裡面也設有knock knock很讚 想吃外送直接房間刷卡餐點到了櫃檯會打電話跟你說 走路1分鐘就有一間CU回飯店前可以買些零食 備品很齊全很棒 之後還有要看演唱會也會選擇住這裡👍🏻 房內味道不太好聞起初以為是有人抽煙 但都是禁菸房可能只是通風不太好？ 浴室水有點忽冷忽熱

Highly recommended for those who are in budget but still looking for a quality hotel - The hotel is located near the Bangi food street, a lot of choices for the food but some restu doesn't have english menu, it is also near to lotte and the lake. There's a lot of metro station nearby. The room is clean and the size is perfect. Heated floor and even my bes has a heater. The laundry is free just ask the laundry soap in the reception.

- Sarah (9/5): - Le quartier est très animé et il y a de tout à proximité tout en gardant un aspect calme car nous ne sommes pas dans le centre de Séoul. Le personnel a été très attentif à nos demandes et toujours arrangeant. La chambre était petite mais très fonctionnelle (prise pour charger le téléphone, écran pour commander de la nourriture…). Nous avons adoré notre séjour !
- Alinda (7/5): I don't recommend - The bed was comfortable, and the size was okay. The room was dirty, there was a used q-tip on the floor next to my bed, also the bed frame was full of oily hand prints and there was some food/drink stains on the wall near the bed, it kinda made me not wanna touch anything in the room. The hotel is also very loud because its facing a party street and all the screams and music can be heard from the room, the street often also smells like sewage so if you try to keep the window open, your room will also smell like sewage.

- Farrell (7/5): Great location - The location was great, close to transport, close to food. Close to Lotte tower/world. Staff was really good and helpful. Upon arrival the room that was allocated to us was to small to accommodate our bags. It was a very beautiful room, bathroom was bigger than the size of the room itself. We had to upgrade to accommodate two normal size bags, which then cost us extra. Breakfast was a strange affair, you had to book the day before, you were given three time options, there was no choice of what you had. Breakfast was set on a platter in your allocated seat before you got there. Bed was huge. Take sugar sachets with you as they are not easily available. Trying to remember that there was stairs between the bed and the bathroom, that did not have full railings all the way. There was no way you could have a light turned on downstairs and someone trying to sleep upstairs in the bedroom.

- Mai (8/5): - 10階のデュプレックススイートに3泊しました。 寒かったので浴槽付きの部屋で嬉しかったです。水回りが広く清潔で、シャンプーコンディショナーボディソープ歯ブラシなどアメニティもあり助かりました。リビングからは浴槽が丸見えなので、浴槽に入る場合は気兼ねない間柄の方が良いと思います。またシャワーとトイレには扉が一枚しかないので、シャワーに入ってる間はトイレ全開(その逆も)という感じです。 テレビでYouTubeも見れますし、部屋からペダルも頼めるのでお篭りステイにもいいと思いました。 空港からはバスで来ましたが、チャムシルパークリオアパートから歩いて10-12分で近く便利です。周りも飲食店が多くてご飯には困りません。 受付のスタッフの方も親切です。 特にありません。 強いて言えばチャムシル(蚕室)が最寄りなので夜中も賑やかです。

- Karen (8/5): Fantastische locatie, comfortabele ruime kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel! Een vette 9!! - Wij hadden een duplex suite op de 2de etage, soort maisonnette. Heerlijk bed: vaak als ik in een hotel verblijf is het bed te hard, kussens te hoog, noem maar op. De bedden van Jamsil Delight waren perfect! Na een lange dag struinen door Seoul is het heerlijk slapen in de bedden. Ondanks taalbarrière doet het personeel aan de balie van alles om je te begrijpen: zo hebben ze een heel handige tool waar je je vraag kan inspreken in de microfoon en zij kunnen het dan inlezen en op inspelen. Nog nooit eerder gezien; heel handig! Ruime badkamer met heerlijk bad! Met een paar kleine aanpassingen op de kamer kan Jamsil Delight met gemak nog 1,5 sterren bij krijgen. Zo is er totaal geen bergruimte: kastje of ladekast om je persoonlijke spullen in op te bergen. Wij waren er 11 dagen en om 11 dagen uit je koffer te moeten leven is niet zo leuk. Ook is er in de ruime badkamer niet 1 haakje om je kleding op te hangen, vonden wij ook vreemd, we moesten iedere keer improviseren. Maar ook hier raak je aan gewend. Al met al paar kleine minpuntjes die niet opwegen tegen de grote pluspunten!

- Raikhan (6/5): Бюджетный вариант - Понравилось местоположение, недалеко от Lotte World Tower, рядом 2 озера, прекрасно для прогулок. В Lotte современные бутики, представлены очень много международных брендов, отличный шоппинг, отличные рестораны. Далеко от автобусной остановки до аэропорта. Сам отель находится в густонаселенном районе, где много мотелей. вечером не совсем безопасно возвращаться. Отель потрепанный, в номере стены грязные, можно было бы провести генеральную уборку. Вначале мне дали очень темный маленький номер. На следующий день я попросила поменять номер и мне пошли навстречу.

- 瑋倫 (3/5): Not good - location for concert The room was visibly dirty, with old paint, curtains, and flooring. There was an odor in the room—I first thought it was dampness, but even after turning on the air conditioning, the smell remained. When I went back to check my booking photos, none of them matched the actual room I was given. One of the lights was broken as well. They even charged 10,000 KRW per day for an extra blanket, which is quite surprising—I’ve never heard of being charged for a blanket before. The first male receptionist, I’m not sure if he was pretending or really didn’t understand, but he couldn’t understand English, didn’t understand even when I showed him the English translation, and when I translated it into Korean, he still said he didn’t understand. So how are guests supposed to communicate? Later, another receptionist came, and I asked him to check the room. After he saw the broken bathtub drain and replaced the entrance light, he finally changed me to another room.
- Inhyo (8/5): - 지하철역 근처이고 올림픽공원, 롯데월드까지 모두 도보로 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 화장실 욕조가 정말 커서 안락하가 이용했어요 구조적으로 화장실이 좀 불편한 형태로 지어진 느낌입니다. 욕조가 았는 쪽은 문이 없고 샤워실쪽 벽 아래를 타고 변기쪽방으로 물이 새고 물이 고이는 구조입니다. 그리고 조식의 커피는... 광고에 비해 맛이 없었어요.

- CHIEHLUN (8/5): - 位置很好，最近的地鐵是松倫坡站，如果要去KSPO看演唱會，搭兩站到奧林匹克公園站，走路的話要25～30分鐘，不太建議走路，因為我就是用走的，另外走路五分鐘可以到樂天世界商城；飯店周圍餐廳非常多，附近好幾間星巴克跟便利商店，機能沒問題，房間配有 Knock Knock 外送機台蠻方便的，餐點到了再到一樓大廳拿就行了，飯店的服務人員很親切有耐心 房間桌子有一點黏黏的，樓層間隔音不是太好，可以聽到樓上的椅子移動聲音？但入夜之後沒什麼噪音
