- Graham (8/5): Comfortable and Close to the City - The words "close to the city" are not just advertising but real, and I cannot see what some have complained about. Three of us stayed here in July '18 and found it perfectly suited for our needs and absolutely NO cause for complaint. The location is designed to sleep 3. The entry way looks a bit run down, but that may not be the owner's responsibility. (That is the main reason for the "4" rating not a "5") Inside it was very clean and comfortable. Even on some of the really hot days, the unit stayed cool enough. The address is not 180 Sturton Street as stated, but 181, a fact which caused us some confusion on checking in. (We had to ring up for instructions). Otherwise, check in (key safe) was without a hitch. Check out was equally seamless. The kitchen area was fine but there were no microwave dishes provided for use. The laundry was well appointed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfortable,clean,nice quiet area. - I stayed here with my son we both thought it was really nice.It was close to shops and takeaways.It was only a ten minute walk to the Grafton centre.There was somewhere to park my car.The only thing i would say is there was no mirror in the second bedroom.
- Verified traveler (2/5): The Worst Appartement - Worst apartment. The lock of the second door in house was broken and we were trapped. Unreasonable price for this. Never try again !
- Verified traveler (2/5): A nightmare! - Reserved via Expedia for 2 adults and two kids (15 and 13). The apartment had only three beds. For the fourth we were told to sleep on a chair, or they could supply a camping mattress(!). Only after threatening to call the Police, for 50 pounds extra (actually paid by Expedia, thanks) we were redirected to the suburbs of Cambridge to another apartment called "Home sweet Home". Soon renamed to "Home trash Home" since to enter the house one must zig-zag amongst the trash bins of the shops under the apartment. The local agency was incredibly rude, but for the young man come for key delivery who tried to help us despite his boss and the agency. Thanks also to Expedia for helping us.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Ik had gereserveerd voor 4 personen: 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen. Er was slechts een dubbel bed en enkel bed voorzien. Er waren problemen met de communicatie. Er zou koffie en thee zijn maar ik heb slechts één theezakje gevonden en geen koffie. De temperatuur van het water in de douche is moeilijk te controleren. Positieve zaken zijn: rustige buurt met parkeermogelijkheid op straat, net appartement, mooie TV met Netflix.
