• Bernadette (1/5): I keep waking up thinking there’s a cockroach in the bed - The location wasn’t bad Everything, I’m traumatised cockroaches running around the floor no sleep had. Very badly equipt. Empty duvet cover on one of the beds so we had to sleep 3 in a bed together on the first night. No spare bed linen. We were there for 5 nights. Washing machine no dryer so if need to wash towels or bed linen no way to dry it.
• Amaya (1/5): Dark apartment with cockroaches and strong damp issues with many broken items. - The location and the size of the apartment. We found a few half-dead cockroach on the floor on a different days. The apartment has dampness and mold on many walls and floors. With a very strong musty smell. The shower ceiling looks the worst. The kitchen items were dirty and broken. The floor upon entering the kitchen is broken and raised, making it dangerous for possible tripping and makes noise when you step on it. We have put adhesive tape to correct it a little and a chair to avoid the area. The heating is very old making difficult to warm up the apartment. The single provided is overly soft and leads to discomfort. The apartment is very dark the opposite of the photos show on the add. The cumulative effect of these issues suggests a lack of care and maintenance, making the apartment feel unwelcoming and uninhabitable.
