- Athur (9/5): - Safety and location No hot water during the day
- Oscar (10/5): -
- John (4/5): mediocre - Breakfast was OK The barman was a good person but clueless and untrained on what to put in cocktails, He tried but the management have not given him correct training.
- Artie2022 (8/5): - Value for the money, hot water, clean rooms and bed sheets changed Rooms needs renovation
- Artie2022 (8/5): - Clean rooms and bedsheets changed. There's also hot water with good pressure. Rooms needs renovation wall and skating are becoming old

- Emma (10/5): Beautiful and clean place. The staff also do amazing - Very clean and serene I liked everything
- Kudzai (10/5): -
- webzy_03 (7/5): Good place to lay your head - The rooms were a good size, with clean linen, a TV, WiFi, and hot water. The breakfast was pretty decent. I loved the location as the hotel is situated along the main road and easy to find. I noticed one or two cockroaches in the three rooms we booked and although, it wasn't much bother with respect to everything else, it is still something that could be improved on.
- Juliet C. (9/5): -

- David (10/5): I felt welcome at every stage. The entire staff is awesome. - Clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and genuinely helpful. Every department was 10/10. Nothing to dislike.
- Noel (6/5): - We had a mixed stay: three rooms, all with slightly different experiences. One room was fantastic, but the other two had minor issues. The hotel was battling with the national power issues which meant that air conditioning was rarely on. The hotel consists of villa rooms which make the whole site very pleasant. Unfortunately (entirely outside the hotel’s control) weekend stays may be noisy due to a nearby music venue and the railway runs nearby (the railway doesn’t run many trains but if you coincide with a train running by at night then your sleep will be interrupted: thankfully the national railways are in a parlours state and trains seem to run rarely!)
The peacocks wandering round the site are a nice touch.
- Neil (10/5): - Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable!
- Sylvia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anyanwu (8/5): Very good -
- Tichatonga (2/5): - This place has been run down terribly. Most amenities don't work. There was no hot water and when I reported, I was offered a bucket of hot water collected from somewhere. Bath towels are old and stained. The staff is insulting and tired. My stay was horrible. I had to get dinner elsewhere but when I returned my parking area was taken. Several cars blocked my bay. Owners were partying in the adjacent villa. I will not go there again
- Zain (1/5): Don’t recommend this to anyone - Nothing. staffs are not well trained had to wait 45 minutes till they could find the booking. Rooms were very far off from the reception long walk In dark. Restaurant didn’t have much from the menu. Showers not proper. WiFi very bad
- Deborah (1/5): Terrible hotel - avoid if possible - There was nothing to like about the lack of customer care and the poor facilities. Room 1 - unsuitable location for solo female traveller
Room 2 - no shower
Room 3 - tiny, with a shower that was either scalding hot or freezing cold with just a trickle of water.
Restaurant - food not available and when asked for something from the children's menu in an adult portion I was refused.
Also fell and injured my knees because the hotel employee took me down a ramped curb in the pitch dark of night.
Would not recommend this hotel.
- Tinaye (5/5): Faded glory - The bathrooms are in dire need of repair. It’s a sad state of affairs. The rest of the room was clean
- Mupambo (10/5): Exceptional - Most pleasant stay but breakfast closed too early, 0930??
- Siyakurima (1/5): Bad -
- Tendeukai (3/5): Spend a lot of time mopping water in the apartment we slept in - Outside green Shower leaking water into the sleeping area
- Zvichanzii (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, room was clean Water in the showers was cold

- Ndlovu (7/5): Good - Atmosphere
- Mantiziba (1/5): Poor air conditioning in my room - Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.brears not fresh , Food presentation poor, food not apetitising.A new master chef is needed Car washing
- Kul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Skumbuzo (9/5): It wasn’t that bad - The staff at the hotel are very inconsiderate of customers. They need serious training and they don’t pay attention to customers requests
- Gatsi (5/5): Passable -
- Oosthuizen (9/5): Good nite in Kadoma - We got upgraded to very nice newly renovated rooms.Beds were comfortable, and the big screen tv was an additional bonus. They were also kind enough to make us breakfast packs for the road that exceeded our expectations.
- Klaus-peter (9/5): Superb - By far one of the best hotels in Africa.
This one provides an international standard!
- Makonese (7/5): Good - It’s clean and the staff is friendly. They respond quickly to queries
- Hadron (7/5): Good -
- Rajive1007 (4/5): Not worth the price.. - The staff were always helpful The rooms are need renovations
- Oswell (5/5): The hotel is very conveniently located but please review breakfast price - The hotel is very conveniently located on Harare Road expensive breakfast. The charge of 25usd per person for breakfast is just criminal. That way too much for me plus there is not much to offer
- Patricia (9/5): Very comfortable room, great place to stop over. Exceptional customer service. - Room size great, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Very good hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Bathrooms just a bit dated.
- Selina (7/5): A very refreshing stay! - The staff were friendly and supportive for the entire duration of the stay. The breakfast was good with different options for all tastes. Unfortunately, there is a lodge and pub across the street from the hotel where music was played loudly until the early hours of the morning. It felt like it was in the room! There needs to be a soundproofing solution for that. Noisy neighbours make for bad work trip
- Francis (8/5): Very good -
- Francis (9/5): Superb -

- Jones (8/5): Very good -
- Simbarashe (2/5): Very poor -
- Annamore (7/5): Good - Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable -parking next to my room was taken and had to park very far. Parking attendants especially when there is a higher volume of cars (due to the show)should assist so that everyone get their allocated room parking, if they have additional cars those car then be parked at other available parking spots.
- Lesley (5/5): Passable - The bed and shower! The room us very secure Air con didn't work, holes in the bath, no bedside lights
- Jordan (1/5): Bad -
- Jacob (6/5): Pleasant -
- Merrilyn (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ronald (7/5): Good -
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Spiwe (7/5): Good -
- Francis (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, the service was impressive and all the facilities were in good order, save for the TV picture quality Television picture quality was hazy, but I managed to watch World Cup.
- Muris (8/5): Very good - Decent facilities in good location Mold covered bathroom ceilings need to be taken care of
- Munashe (6/5): Pleasant -
- Paul (6/5): Old, aging infrastructure, pleasant service - The checkin process was good, though there was a misunderstanding on the room allocation versus the booking. We happily paid cash for the extra room. Our bathtub was old, noisy and the shower extension continuously leaked water. There was no facility for a standing shower..I was not happy about that at all!
- Paul (9/5): Thank you for your hospitality - Staff excellent. Accommodation excellent. Breakfast and supper excellent. Room to provide a shower and not only a bath/
- Mawere (6/5): Pleasant -
- Marko (10/5): Great hotel complex in small town - Room and surroundings was clean, wery comfortable, great breakfast, nice personel.
WiFi works at high speeds everywhere. Close to the center. Huge complex really suitable for conferences. Nice stop on the way to Bulawayo.
