• Giulio (8/5): Molto gradevole e confortevole, lo consiglierei molto! - Posizione molto vicina all'aeroporto, quindi comodissima per i transfer! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile! La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata e complessivamente è gradevole e in buono stato complessivo. A pranzo e a cena vorrei un po' più di varietà del buffet, mentre a colazione era perfetto. La piscina rimane aperta per troppo poco tempo, anziché dalle 10 alle 18, estenderei dalle 9 alle 19. Estenderei il divieto di fumo anche nelle aree esterne alla zona buffet, è onestamente fastidioso.

• Jakub (8/5): - Skvělý poměr cena/výkon, poměrně blízko k pláži, dobrý výběr jídel. Ikdyz je hotel blízko letišti, vubec to nevadí, protože pres noc se nelétá. Je tu asi trochu problém s teplou vodou ve sprše. Za 4 zde strávené noci se mi povedlo asi jenom jednou, ze jsem chytil teplou vodu hned, zbytek dní jsem se ve sprše musel otužovat.

Possibly the only hotel in Zakynthos to almost close but still ensure guests are taken care of. Outstanding service and hospitality. Thank you Mary and everyone The hotel is a bit tired and could do with a touch up, but the outstanding service and treatment made up for it a hundred times over.

• Jenny (10/5): We will definitely be returning in 2026 and wouldn’t stay anywhere else - This was my 4th time at Exotica and we just love it here , the staff are amazing and so helpful and very welcoming, the hotel is lovely and clean , the food is amazing to . It’s local to the beach , shops , restaurants and bars and only 10 minutes from the airport. You couldn’t ask for more . I can’t fault this place . I have nothing bad to say.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Lovely, relaxing week - would recommend this hotel unconditionally. - Location excellent, close to town and 15 mins from beach. Really good choice of food, including traditional Greek, lots of healthy options. All staff really friendly, nothing too much trouble. Special thank you to Mary in reception who upgraded us, sent a bottle of wine to our room, and provided pool towels for free. Only small complaint - during our stay we had torrential rain which came onto our balcony.
• Stefania (10/5): PERCHE' ANDARE A KALAMAKI........ - Scegliere come meta l'isola di Zante è stata una decisione facilissima! L' Isola delle tartarughe. La scelta di Kalamaki , quindi, è stata molto semplice e veloce. Prenotare presso EXOTICA HOTEL ancora più lungimirante. La cortesia del personale, la POSIZIONE, la pulizia, la varietà di cibo, i gatti presenti in tutta la struttura, l'area del verde, lo spazio piscina, la TRANQUILLITA', ad EXOTICA HOTEL ti senti protetto come le mura di casa tua. Uscendo dall'hotel a dx si può andare comodamente in spiaggia percorrendo a piedi, per 10minuti, la strada asfaltata. Incontrerai pecore al pascolo, locali, noleggi, bazar, pub, persone cordiali. Se sei fortunato come noi, puoi ammirare dal vivo la schiusa delle uova di tartarughe e la loro risalita verso il mare. Si, parlo proprio della kalamaki beach, d'altronde non per caso è chiamata l'isola delle tartarughe. Uscendo a sx in 4minuti arrivi sulla via principale di kalamaki, e lì, ti si apre un mondo dedicato allo shopping. Attenzione ai compulsivi dello shopping. Ci sono anche più punti di assistenza sanitaria, sempre utile sapere dove sono! Abbiamo eseguito, come da manuale del turista, la classica gita in barca per avvistare le tartarughe. Bhe per noi non è stata molto entusiasmante! Punti di vista, è tutto molto soggettivo. Abbiamo poi deciso di noleggiare un auto presso l'hotel per visitare le magnifiche spiagge che l'isola propone. Mr, George, il noleggiatore, è una persona squisita e accomodante. Consiglio vivamente di approfittare di questo plus dell'hotel. Attenzione ai limiti di velocità, ci sono i 50 km orari in tutte le strade per poi calare ai 30 km. Attenzione alle strade, strette e di montagna, noi non abbiamo fatto l'assicurazione aggiuntiva dell'auto, ma siamo esperti guidatori. Le spiagge da visitare in auto, e comunque distano dall'hotel una trentina di minuti, per ogni versante, sono tutte degne di nota. I parcheggi sono tutti gratuiti. Purtroppo era invaso da VESPE INSIDIOSE. Per chi è allergico faccia molta attenzione. Ma che sia chiaro che tutta l'isola vanta di questo MALESSERE. Ho letto che per la coltura florida dell'isola sono indispensabili, ma ahimè, saranno indispensabili ma che cavolo!!!!!!

• Rita (8/5): Φιλική, εύγευστη και όμορφη διαμονή ☺️☺️ - Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο και το προσωπικό εκπληκτικό! Επίσης, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι ήταν φροντισμένοι και οι εσωτερικοί καθαροί. Καθάριζαν τις πισίνες τακτικά! Το μπάνιο είχε ορισμένες βλάβες και ατέλειες. Κολλητική ταινία γύρω από τον καθρέφτη, στην ντουζιέρα έβγαινε νερό από πάνω μόνο και όχι από την μπαταρία… Είχε και κάτω από τους νιπτήρες ένα μέταλλο που προέξεχε (κανονικά υπήρχε εκεί κρίκος για να κρέμας την πετσέτα για τα χέρια, αλλά είχε χαλάσει και έλειπε το τελικό κομμάτι) και γεμίσαμε μελανιές στα πόδια καθώς πλησιάζαμε τον νιπτήρα για να πλύνουμε τα χέρια μας. 😝 Είχαμε και ιδιωτική πισίνα, αλλά λόγω καιρού ήταν παγωμένη.

Ombrellone della piscina privata squarciato, porta asciugamani rotto e non sostituito, porta con difficoltà di chiusura (dovevi dare una spallata per chiuderla bene). Da rivedere lo standard di pulizia di wc e doccia.

Man muss halt all inclusive mögen. - Wir konnten sowohl beim früheren Check In sowohl beim Check Out (11 Uhr, Flug 19:00 Uhr) die all inclusive Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen. Die Lage war top. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alles in Laufnähe. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, Taxi). Wir fanden gut, dass es nicht so überfüllt war, auch am Strand hatte man schön seine Ruhe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Anlage mit Pool und genügend Liegen, es bestand nie Platzmangel, es hat sich alles super verteilt. Das Essen war ok. Täglich wechselndes Buffet, manchmal gut, manchmal weniger gut. Wir haben gutes griechisches Essen/Spezialitäten vermisst. Nicht-inclusive: Freizeitangebote (Billard, Hockey Table und Flipper) waren kostenpflichtig und eins davon nicht nutzbar. Safe im Zimmer und die Handtücher für den Pool, Kofferwaage und Massagesessel in der Lobby kostenpflichtig. Eigentlich waren nur Drinks und Essen all inclusive. Hellhörige Zimmer. Man hört nachts/morgens jedes Geräusch vom Flur. Auch der laut starke Kühlschrank, der direkt neben dem Bett stand, hat uns genervt.

• Karolina (4/5): Spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego za ponad 1100zl/ noc - Mała odległość do Venus Garden gdzie nasi przyjaciele mieli ślub Klimatyzator w naszym pokoju bardzo głośno chodził. Pompa basenowa była popsuta, więc woda w basenie musiała być dopełniana przez szlauch lodowatą wodą- co z tego że mieliśmy prywatny basen, jak nie dało się w nim kąpać. Woda brudna.

Kedves volt a személyzet. Korábban érkeztünk, mégis rendelkezésre állt a szoba. Kevés ételválaszték volt. Görög ételekre nagyobb hangsúlyt fektethetnének. Medence nyitvatartási ideje lehetne hosszabb, 18 órától már nem lehet fürödni.:( Szállodától függetlenül a tengerpart 5-10 perc séta, és a parton a napágyak 20-25 euróba ( 2 napágy+napernyő) kerülnek.

• Toccaceli (9/5): - Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno dato per due giorni la camera con piscina privata senza alcun supplemento poi dal terzo giorno la camera che avevo prenotato. Lo staff i camerieri le ragazze alla reception molto gentili e grazie a Mary il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto usufruire del pranzo in struttura gratuitamente essendo il check out entro le 11 ma avendo il volo alle 17. Formula all inclusive top! Struttura vicinissima all’aeroporto, a laganas e alla città di Zante. L’esperienza in questa isola è stata magnifica e se dovessimo tornare a Zante sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura…

Zgomotul de la aeroport nu este atât de mare cum spun alții și nu deranjează deloc. O fată pe nume Elza a fost foarte prietenoasă și ne-a oferit câteva recomandări excelente despre ce merită vizitat în zonă. Per total, experiența a fost plăcută și recomand cu încredere acest hotel pentru o vacanță liniștită și confortabilă.

The room was spacious and modern. The food was delicious and there was an excellent variety including local Greek specialties. A special thank you goes to Mary at the front desk who was absolutely wonderful – friendly, always smiling, attentive, and always going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel and especially grateful for Mary and all the staff at Exotica for their amazing hospitality!

• Kayleigh (7/5): Prima verblijf, kan beter. - Het zwembad is lekker rustig en de ligging is perfect. 6 minuutjes vanaf het vliegveld met de auto en het eerste strand is op nog geen 5 minuten rijden. Het eten is slecht, en redelijk veel achterstallig onderhoud.

• Dimitrios (7/5): - Personalen gjorde allt de kunde för att gästerna skulle trivas som t.ex Elsa och Alex. Väldigt trevliga och serviceminded. Maten var mycket bra och varierad. Själva hotellet skulle behöva en ordentlig renovering. Badrummet var så där med flera saker som var trasiga eller fungerarde dåligt (ingenstans att hänga handdukar,svag vattentillförsel,en gammal AC som lät och inte klarade rummets storlek och en del annat).Spa var inte så mycket att tala om.

• Giorgio (8/5): Posto incantevole consiglio per giorni di relax - La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicino all’aeroporto e a pochi km da zante cittá e Argassi. La cucina e la professionalità dello staff sono il punto di forza. Sono tutti attenti e preparati. Ovviamente bisogna interagire in inglese visto che la struttura ne riceve di più. Nonostante questo c’è qualcuno che mastica l’italiano. 🤣 Non piaciuto il bagno e la doccia. E qualche volta con la finestra aperta il traffico dei velivoli prima della partenza e all’atterraggio

Από την πολύ καλή υποδοχή η οποία μας εξυπηρέτησε υποδειγματικά, τα παιδιά του service του εστιατορίου, του pool bar, της καθαριότητας αλλά και του εξαιρετικού ναυαγοσώστη που προσέχει ιδιαίτερα τα παιδάκια. Το φαγητό είναι εξαιρετικό και με επιλογές για παιδιά. Τα γλυκά και τα παγωτά επίσης άριστα όπως επίσης και τα κοκτέιλ. Αξίζει ειδικά για οικογένειες με παιδιά που θέλουν να ξεκουραστούν. Συγχαρητήρια για την πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και τις παροχές σας συνολικά!! Το ξενοδοχείο έχει προστεθεί ήδη στα αγαπημένα μας για μελλοντικές διακοπές μιας και η Ζάκυνθος είναι αγαπημένος μας προορισμός και η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν μέχρι στιγμής μακράν η καλύτερη.

• Artur (8/5): Ok. - Recepção do hotel muito prestativa, limpeza, e instalações condizentes com o preço. Eu e minha companheira somos vegetarianos e as opções de almoço e janta são bem fracas. Quando perguntamos se haveria possibilidade de fazer algumas adaptações em alguns pratos, nos disseram que não era possível, e isso nos frustou bastante. Para um all-inclusive, acredito que devam pensar melhor em pessoas com restrições alimentares. O triste é que, no formulário de check-in, nos pediram para preencher se havia alguma alergia ou restrição alimentar e colocamos que eramos vegetarianos e que minha companheira havia intolerância a lactose. Essa informação pelo visto serviu para nada, pois 90% dos pratos vegetarianos continham leite ou eram derivados de queijo, portanto, tivemos uma má experiência nesse sentido.
• Ana Sofia (9/5): Amazing thank you!!! - The team is very kind and hard working, from Mari at the frontdesk, Panos and Elsa at the bar, Bruna and Nikos at the restaurant and the Chef Dionisios, and as well the safeguard at the pool, thank you for your hospitality and professionalism, thats what truly makes us want to go back and recommend the property! Also very close of lots of shops restaurants travel agencies and the beach is 10/15 min walking. Perfect. The food and drinks were surprinsingly amazing. Maybe we should consider on holiday to not even using wifi but if its offered to guests it should be working properly. It was slow in the room sometimes not working. The pool is open from 10-18pm which it could be a little more flexible.
• Ivan (10/5): - 5 minuti d'auto dall'aeroporto e 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Struttura pulita con cambio della biancheria giornaliero. Buffet vario e diverso ogni giorno, qualità buona. Disponibile merenda al bar della piscina dalle 15 alle 17. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di godere del servizio all'inclusive anche negli altri resort Zante Plaza dell'isola (in particolare quello di Alykanas), utile per visitare l'isola. La sera c'è sempre un po' di musica live nel ristorante del resort. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, consigliato per una vacanza in tranquillità . Da notare che le camere hanno il bagno in camera (1 stanzetta con porta a vetro accanto al letto)

• Vesela Desheva (5/5): - The hotel buildings and the pool area are nice, the food was delicious and the ladies at the reception were friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks (a bottle of wine and two small bottles of water) were a thoughtful gesture. The snacks by the pool were very good too. The Kalamaki Beach is very beautiful, clean and quiet. For the 7 nights we spent at the hotel, we didn't get proper cleaning of our rooms - the towels were replaced randomly, the sheets were not changed even once, there was no refill whatsoever (of tea, coffee, and even toilet paper). The maids only threw away the trash and that was all... The water in the shower was either freezing cold or super hot, it was almost impossible to adjust the right temperature. There were not enough choices of seafood and typical Greek food, which was another disappointment. And the packed lunch we got on one of the days, was a total joke - a sandwich (two slices of bread with ham and cheese), a bottle of water and an apple. The staff in the restaurant was very pushy - they were always in a hurry to take our plates/glasses even before we had finished eating/drinking. They also looked very tired and almost never smiled. And the top of it all was the strange closing time of the pool - 6 p.m., which is too early by every standard. In general, this hotel definitely does not deserve four stars. Oh, and it's rather far away from the beach, too, so going there in the heat was a real torture.

• gary (7/5): - Location great, staff were great and very friendly. Food was good for all inclusive. Great pool facilities Room could have been cleaner. Room was quite cramped for a family of 3. Alcohol from all inclusive wasn’t great.
• Eleni (9/5): - Είχαμε μια εξαιρετική διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Καλαμακίου πολύ κοντά στην όμορφη παραλία του και κοντά και στο κέντρο της Ζακύνθου με το αυτοκίνητο. Το μενού του μπουφέ σε όλα τα γεύματα ήταν διαφορετικό συχνά, καλόμαγειρεμένο και πολύ νόστιμο. Και τα γλυκά ήταν γευστικά.Το προσωπικό ήταν πρόσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό. Είχε και θεματικές βραδιές αν κάποιος ήθελε να μείνει στο ξενοδοχείο το βράδυ.Θα το προτιμήσουμε σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας. Χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε τοποθέτηση ασανσέρ στα κτίρια. Επίσης, θα πρέπει να μπουν παντζούρια και σίτες στα παράθυρα και η ντουζιέρα θέλει αλλαγή. Τέλος θα πρέπει να εκσυγχρονισθούν τα κλιματιστικά.

• giacomo (9/5): Soggiorno super - Posizione strategica per vedere le migliori spiagge dell’isola e al tempo stesso tranquilla. Piscina ottima non troppo affollata. Staff disponibile e cordiale. Camere pulite e cibo buono Unico appunto e’ la mancanza di una reale animazione serale, che però viene ovviata dalla vicinanza con numerosi locali a Kalamaki

• ΜΑΡΙΑ (9/5): - Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Στα μεγάλα συν του ,το ευγενικό και πάντα χαμογελαστό προσωπικό του που ήταν πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!
• Leo (4/5): Dull food, nasty hotel rooms, good staff absolutely no value for money - The staff are nice and very polite and professional First the wifi does not work, 5G does not work in the room I have to sit in the balcony for it to work, however in the balcony there is AC unit releasing mega heat do you cant stay. Hotel is basically nasty, the food all inclusive is like I am amazed how the chefs managed to come up with such a tastless food although filled with oil yet tastless, its not worth it nothing tastes good.

• Petra (10/5): Barátságos személyzet, kiváló hotel, jó elhelyezkedés. Mindig öröm ide visszatérni. - Kiváló ételek, nagyon barátságos személyzet, akiknek mindig volt egy jó szava hozzánk. Sokadjára térünk vissza erre a szállásra, és még sohasem csalódtunk. Mary, a recepciós nagyon kedves és mindig a megoldást keresi. A Beach-bárban dolgozó hölgy és a Bárban dolgozó Thanos is nagyon figyelmes és kedves emberek. A hotel elhelyezkedése is szuper. Egyedülálló élmény Zakynthoson. Minden éven vissza szoktunk ide térni. -
