Der Ausblick auf das Bergpanorama und die Terrasse sind auch besonders zu erwähnen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

- Josef (10/5): Schöne Lage - Sehr schöne Lage auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderbaren Bergblick. Das entwickelt sich zum SPA-Hotel. Neues Schwimmbad, in Zukunft werden auch Massagen angeboten.

- Gunnar (10/5): - Wir kamen mit Hund, und hatten demnach ein „Hundefreundliches“ Zimmer. Dennoch war von Vorgängerhunden nicht ein Haar zu sehen, was sehr für die Sauberkeit dieses Hotels spricht ( unser Hund haart nicht) Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Menüauswahl am Abend ist übersichtlich, aber sehr zu empfehlen. Das Salatbuffet war hervorragend. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Der Blick auf die Berge ist fantastisch und es gab genug Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Der Spabereich mit Sauna ist sauber und großzügig, herrlich auch von dort die Panoramafenster mit Blick ins Tal, herrlich bei Nacht. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen !

- Onno (8/5): - Gezellig Alpen hotel. Diverse kuur voorzieningen als sauna en zwembad. Mooi uitzicht over het dal. Kamers zijn netjes en ruim. Weel een iets gedateerd interieur. We hebben er een prettig verblijf gehad.

- Nigel (8/5): Not bad, but could have been better. - We arrived to be greeted very warmly by a friendly receptionist. But we were very disappointed when we saw our room, as we had paid extra for a mountain view room, there was construction in front of the hotel, which meant from our balcony we could not see the view (see photo 1). We complained at reception (I hate complaining and felt awkward having to do this) and were immediately offered a different room, without any question, which made me think that they must already know that the room did not have a good view, so wondered why they had given it to us in the first place. The second room was one floor higher up, above the construction work, and did have a lovely view of the mountains (see photo 2). We enjoyed the pool at the hotel, playing in the games room (there was pool, table tennis, table football, as well as other children's games), and using the fitness equipment. We had also booked a second room for my son and girlfriend, their room was the same price of us and also had a mountain view (paid extra for), but was considerably smaller than our room, which was a bit strange. They also had no mini-bar in their, despite the hotel details saying that every room had a mini-bar. The hotel details also lists that the rooms have toiletries, these were incredibly limited, just some soap and body wash, no toothpaste/hair-conditioner, body lotion. For the price of the hotel room, I expected a little more, there might be better hotel options in the area.

Wake up to cow bells from nearby mountain meadows, with sunsets illuminating the mountains beyond which you can enjoy from your spacious balcony. Good food and wine and beer selection. Super clean sauna and steam room and indoor pool.

- Josef (8/5): Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Kurze Wege in die benachbarten Orte Blaichach, Sonthofen u. Oberstdorf.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Alpen. Die Zimmer waren sehr alt in der Ausstattung, die Lampen mit Glühbirnen besetzt, bei denen man schier erblindet ist. An der Rezeption musste man schier um Informationen betteln, da der junge Rezeptionist nicht sonderlich motiviert war. Die Duschbrause hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, mit romantischem Ausblick auf die Alpen.

Nur die Stofftischdecken wären m.E. während Corona nicht unbedingt notwendig, auch wenn diese vielleicht bei jedem Gast ausgetauscht werden. Das Frühstück ist auch unter den erschwerten Bedingungen gut gelungen, die Auswahl ist reichlich.

Die kostenlose Parkplätze sowie WLan im Hause fanden wir gut.Das Frühstück sowie die Zimmer mit sanitärer Ausstattung waren gut. Das Einzige, was wir bemängeln waren drei schlaflose Nächte verursacht durch wirklich extrem penetrierende Fliegen, die nicht zu bekämpfen waren. Schlaf nur durch Handtuch über Gesicht teilweise möglich. Dafür kann man aber das Hotel nicht verantwortlich machen.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Das schlimmste ist die Straße direkt vor dem Hotel. Ed sieht aus als übernachtet man auf der Alm. In Wirklichkeit ist direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bergstraße, auf der morgens um 6 die Lastwagen im 2. Gang mit viel Krach den Berg rauf und runter fahren. Grausam! Außerdem das furchtbarste Bett in dem ich seit Jahren geschlafen habe!!! Sehr kleines Badezimmer! Aber ganz tolles Essen und sehr freundliches Personal ä!

- Andrea (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Uns hat der Urlaub im Hotel Kühbergalp sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich schön. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, das Bad etwas eng. Leider haben wir von unserem Balkon auf eine Wand direkt davor geschaut.Schwimmbad und Sauna sowie Infrarotkabine waren super. Das Frühstück war prima. Wir haben auch einmal im Restaurant gegessen, sehr lecker, aber auch sehr übersichtliche Portionen.
- Wilfried (6/5): Durchschnittliches Hotel - Durchschnittliches Hotel, im Restaurant fehlt mir die typische Bayerische Küche. Das Bett in meinem Zimmer befand sich mit dem Kopfende unter einer Schräge. Ich war nicht der erste der sich in der Nacht beim aufstehen den Kopf gestoßen hat, könnte man an den Blutspuren an der Schräge erkennen. Vielleicht wäre ein Hinweis auf diesen Umstand beim Check In für den Gast hilfreich.

- Oliver (8/5): Lovely hotel with excellent hotel staff - We chose this hotel for our climbing stay on the Hindelanger Klettersteig. Location is great, wonderful view and excellent breakfast - and the hotel staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Many details in the hotel show the passion of the team to delight their visitors.
- Fabio (6/5): "wanna-be-but-miss-still-something" Bavarian Alps - Despite the structure is very nice, with some remarkable facilities (swimming pool, fitness area, playroom with many games), we had some issues that impacted our stay. First of all, on the arrival evening our reservation was not found - something you don't expect on such a venue on a rainy evening. Then, despite being advertised in the room brochure, at lunch the restaurant is closed - again, it forced me and my daughter to get out late to get some food. Last but not least, the internal SPA was closed in the days we were staying - the hotel reception was not aware of it, nor they take care of the reservations.....being the SPA located in their own premises, something not really nice. On the plus side, the personnel was always very helpful and keen on supporting, and managed to get us a dinner on the arirval date beyond the kitchen' closing time. Very appreciated!!!
