• Danielle (9/5): Great value for money and one night but very uncomfortable hard mattress - Great for one night. Close to airport and easy to get a taxi (direct route). Check in was smooth and they also have a lift to rooms - so no dragging heavy bags/suitcases up flights of stairs. Really really hard mattress, kept waking up in the night as my back was in agony. Ants in room and bathroom, even when I had so food source. Didn’t get to see the chunky dog as well 🙄🥲

• ZDENEK (10/5): - Excellent basic hotel at a convenient location. This is a good choice for a local Thai experience. It's in a quiet location. The diamond market is nearby and the Lotus supermarket is also just a few steps away. As Bolt works perfectly in the area, it's cheap and easy to come to the airport, the train station or the center with the agencies organizing the transportation to islands. We used this hotel as the base to go to the islands and also back. The hotel is quite big with many rooms, we had one double room and one triple room. Both rooms are basically furnished with a private bathroom. The beds are hard but very convenient. The sheets are perfectly clean. The Internet was working without issues. We didn't have a car but it seems that there are plenty of parking spaces . We can definitely recommend the hotel. We stayed already twice and would be happy to come again.

• Tu (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel location is abit far from the town, if you rent a scooter go around there will be no problem. Nearby there is a Central plaza and Lotus which you can find food and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, especially the staffs there, they are so nice, so helpful. My bf got a problem losing thing, the receptionist she went with him to garbage disposal area and helped him to find things. We are truly thankful for that! P.s don’t forget to check it out big boss Latte, he is a nice boy. Thankyou once again for everything
• Rachael (6/5): We just booked one night, the room had wifi, aircon that worked, a shower with plenty of hot water. It was basic, genera - The price was good value for money and the staff were very friendly. It wasn't easy to find somewhere to eat, we had to cross a busy highway. The mattresses were still in the original plastic wrapping so a bit crunchy!

• Danielle (10/5): Would Recommend - Staff were very attentive, they recommended me a large market that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. They gave me a free beverage from the shop every day (on top of all the many free bottles of water). Bedroom was cleaned well. They upgraded me to a bigger better room because they didn't have many guests at that point. Mattress a bit hard but that seems to be common across Thailand.
• Zhenia (10/5): Great value for price: spacious clean room exceeds expectations, declared services do work for real. - Clean! Room service operate every day. Also quite a spacious room. The bed's mattress is quite stiff (bed itself is very good, clean and solid, just the mattress). The bathroom is ok (clean, without major issues), however, you may find it not as comfy as the room.
• Keith (10/5): Room with a balcony - The hotel is very good value..it's older style, in a quiet location.. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a little way from the centre of the town, easy to reach by tuk tuk but only 5 minutes walk to the Lotus shopping centre and food court. Rooms also have a small balcony... It was all good... nothing not to like..

• Hillclimber76 (10/5): Bicycle friendly and great value - Bicycle friendly Englisch speaking manager. Very good value for a basic, but large room. Everything worked and it was clean. Small shop downstairs. Very close to a cool night market, large supermarket and a shopping mall. Some mosquito's came through some gaps and the bathroom windows
• Margaux (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is a little far from the centre but the rooms are nice, super clean and large. The reception was also very good by the owner and the sweet Latte! You can have breakfast in the restaurant next door, it was delicious. Unbeatable value for money!
